I was looking forward to shopping here. However, as I entered the store, they began to complain about my SERVICE dog. It is ILLEGAL to not allow a service dog into a store. A random customer began to scream in my face. It was very scary and distressing. I will not be returning.

The lady that helped me pick my hair was so nice and all about me. She was great! You can tell she likes her job!

They do not and cannot guarantee their merchandise, so I strongly advise anyone not to purchase from them. On top of that the female owner is very condescending, does not appreciate patriotism at all!!!!

HUGE wig selection -- biggest Ive seen. And they let you walk around and try them on yourself, rather than keeping them behind a counter. And very friendly staff!

Most bad beauty store in New Orleans,the most of all is, after I spend 116 dollars I asked for restroom been pregnant and have to use it bad that lady told me it was no restroom and asked her if you need restroom where are you guys going to ? She respond and said “we do have restroom but is not public “.
