We worked with the team at OPA to create around 17 different products for our company including the two exterior signs in the attached photo. Our requests were challenging and required several changes throughout the process. Part of the challenge was the fact that we had multiple locations that each required unique pieces. OPA worked with us and provided custom products that look terrific. Two items required last minute adjustments/fixes and OPA worked with us to get it done right.

Be very careful if you hire this company. Dont make the mistake like I did of relying on their word or assuming they will take care of issues in a reasonable fashion.I hired OPA Signs and Graphics to update an existing sign for my business. When the job was complete, I discovered that the signs lighting no longer worked. This was after they had their crew and bucket truck out here twice. During those two trips they did not think to make sure the lights worked.I offered to pay for parts and labor to repair the sign. I expected them to waive the trip charges and travel time since I had already paid for 2 such trips. They refused to work with me to find a mutually agreeable solution. I filed a BBB complaint, to which they never responded. The lighting is still not working.

OPA is great. I get all my printing and signage done by them for my church and another ministry that I work with. They are always easy to communicate with, super helpful, produce high quality products, and are able to turn around what we need very quickly. A+++

I cant say enough about OPA Graphics. Ive found that with many local sign printing businesses, if you dont have every t-crossed and i-dotted, theyll leave you in the dust, but not OPA. I hadnt had any signage printed up in a year+, but they were able to assist me in generating new content and have it printed within a timely manner. Solomon was the designer behind my project. He was patient and accurate with the changes I needed on my past logo design. Thanks for everything OPA! You rock. Ill definitely be back for all of my signage needs.
