The shop has excellent technicians and the price are reasonable. The inside staff is very friendly and helpful you feel like family here. The owner is very friendly and helpful and he and his staff takes the time to explain whats needed and what can be held off on which I appreciate. They are not out to just take your money.

I called ahead to make sure they were doing brake tag inspections. The lady who answered the phone said to come in an hour because she was on break. I showed up about 15 minutes later and planned to just sit there for 45 minutes until it was time to have my service done. The lady came out to ask how may she help me, I told her I was waiting until the time she told me to come back at 4:00 which added an additional 45 minutes to the hours she had said to wait.

I was very pleased with Becnels Automotives pricing! I have a 528i BMW and I got my thermostat/coolant fan replaced and I was blessed with a great price and they are very professional! IT did take a little longer than I expected for my vehicle to get fixed but with the pandemic and maintenance going on in their office I understand! I highly recommend them for anyone needing mechanical work on their vehicle!

Didn’t even get in my car to do this inspection. Charged 25 for a one year tag. Waited 15 for someone to come and I was the only one there. The guy was not professional or friendly really.

I went to Becnels in order to get a brake tag for a 26 passenger bus. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get it inspected. He was thorough and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Becnels!

I’m wondering why they charge so much for a brake tag. One year is 25$ two year is 50$. They quoted a price of 45$ for one year. Why?
