Banner did not do any thing to help me. The salesman was not reliable in assisting me. I could not reach him for a day and a half. I went to get my car, keys could not be found. Battery was dead. No apology about the delay. I think you need employees that are concerned about the service given.

Truck had a code come up. Took it to banner and they said they can look at it in 7 to 10 days. It’s been their for 20. No call from them left 5 messages and even contacted GM complaint line still no call. If you want to buy something new used or just get your vehicle fixed please go somewhere else. Oh my truck is under warranty still less then 36000 miles. Hope the owner responds to me. You have my number look in your computer. Kevin meyers update got my truck back problem loose tube/wire 20 days in thanks BANNER 👎👎👎 you have my number how about contacting me. This just seems like a generic response.

My service advisor Mr. Louis Luna has always been super helpful, tremendously knowledgeable, would always correct my problems immediately, and has always given me a reasonable price, along with being super nice. Im so very comfortable with Mr. Luna, and I trust him totally, that Ive driven several of my vehicles in the service department for some type of service, and when I wouldnt see him and I was told he wasnt in that particular day. I would drive out and I wouldnt return until Ive verified when he would return and then I would bring my vehicles in for whatever service I would need at that time. Joe Relf

I paid 3700.00 dollars to have cat converters changed out and found out they only changed 2 of 3 so they can charge me another 1475.00 to change 3rd converter,why didnt 3rd converter was changed out when exhaust system was down! 2009 chevy traverse,I will not let Banner touch any more of my vechicles,they also kept car for a whole month,left engine cover off,bad service Alvin Davenport.

I had a great experience with Banner Chevy. I called the dealership to inquire about a Camaro 2SS around 6pm Wednesday and was the proud owner at 10am Thursday. They even delivered it to me 90 miles away.. The salesman (Steve) was smart, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Also the finance guy (Jay) was extremely prompt and great at his job.This was the smoothest and most straightforward car buying experience Ive ever had.Thanks Banner Chevy, and Rick Flick!

I have been extremely pleased with Banner Chevrolet, as a matter of fact Ive been so pleased with the buying experience I purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past few years. The service department has been excellent and perhaps even exceptional in my opinion. The entire staff has always been courteous and friendly each time Ive visited the Banner Chevrolet dealership.With that said, I am now experiencing a problem with my 2017 Chevy Suburban..It seems to be an issue with the paint or clearcoat because it is starting to fade on the hood & roof. I take extremely good care of my vehicles, my Suburban has less than 11,000 miles on it and is still in warranty. I dont drive it much. This issue has no reflection on the great experience Ive received from Banner Chevrolet over the years, I know this is not something that was intentionally caused.I will be posting an update to let everyone know how the Banner Chevrolet dealership handles my situation. Hopefully I will have a fantastic outcome and my beautiful black Suburban will be restored to match the rest of the vehicles paint at no expense to me.I will be posting photos soon.

I came in for a battery replacement. I was advised after several hours, that they were unable to remove my battery without breaking the cable, as it seemed to be welded or something. The resulting charge would have been roughly $635. I elected not to have to service performed. Went outside, grabbed a tool and tapped to turn. Voila! I removed it MYSELF... a female. There was no need to break any of the cables and my problem was solved with only the cost of a new battery.

You put your best price package together on first try including the price for my trade in. No need to go back and forth like I experienced at another dealer. Obviously did not make a deal with them. Took 5 minutes to review you deal and shake hands. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in over 20 years and still feel great about a it week later. No buyers remorse.

Just got myself a truck from Banner and I’m just beyond thankful for the way theGuys treated me over there . Car shopping is a stressful situation for me but Walt and Joshua made it as easy as possible they showed me several trucks that I told them I was interested in and they went from there showing me more and different things than I had previously thought was out there . I was there for 4 hours but it was more because I was having a good time checking out different trucks they had me ready to go 40 min after I had chosen the one I wanted. They financed it they helped me out w a good monthly note and it was the best experience I’ve had when shopping for a car.

Banner Chevrolet tried to charge me for $3400 service that was only $300. I went in for a computer update errors with Lou.They had my car for 3weeks just for a diagnostic test..Then they call me 2 1/2 week to tell me nothing. Until i went in there face to face. They tried to charge me for a whole entire braking system. He stated the braking system needed to be changed out. But the service sale person Carl told me that the brakes and calibers was still good.. but isnt that part of the braking system 🤔. That sounded kind of shady to me. So I brought my back mechanic in with me. So they can tell him what the problem was again. Thats when the whole entire story changed. I only needed my brake flushed out and fluids changed. There was no wear and tear on my brakes or calibers.. The service sale people and MECHANICS are just trying to get the money back what they lost doing the Pandemic Crisis Banner Chevrolet employees are big Scammers. Horrible service, Purely disgusting and a disgrace to New Orleans East Community..

This place is terrible. I have a recall on my tires, and other issues I need addressed. Ive called and left voice-mails (because no one seems to answer any lines Im transferred to) multiple times for more than a month, no one ever calls back. I expressed this to the lady that answers the phone the last time I called, and she proceeded to transfer me to the managers line... left a voicemail... he also didnt call back.

If you can bring your car for service Literally ANYWHERE BUT HERE do so!!!!!!They dont even communicate when they do have your car for 2 or 3 weeks its up to you to go voicemail after voicemail until you find a real person which is weird becasue every time im there they are eating at their desk but cant answer the phone !!! This was the WORST car purchase/service I have ever received. I was sold a damaged vehicle with absolutely no inform from the dealership. Theyre supposed to be buying the vehicle back, Im still waiting. I was attacked as if it is my fault they sold me the vehicle and they agreed to buy it back. My credit was ran without my consent and when I brought it to the managers attention he absolutely no care or regard. Theyre so money hungry they will mess over people and have zero cares. After contacting the dealership on Monday to identify my car, I was promised that it would be look at the next day. That did not happen, it was not looked at until Thursday. I live out of town from the dealership, so timing was of important as well as communication. Thankfully, it was repaired.
