Update, communication still leaves one wishful. No one got back with me over the course of 2-3 weeks, but there was also the hurricane. In the meantime my husband went ahead and decided to give it a shot and hopefully theyd be the place to get it right. Now though communication isnt the best, the product is legit. Matched my pearl white 370z perfectly. We knew it would be a bit of a wait as I read somewhere that it can take up to 2 weeks before the order leaves the warehouse, then youre just waiting on shipping time. Tested today and its the only place out of many who actually has the color BQAB and its the actually color. Just give it a month and you should get the product.

Recently ordered some paint for my buddys tacoma (gas cap) and sienna (hood), not particularly happy with paint match on either, far too dark, ordered some paint for my evo in wicked white and hoping that one matches at least.. 2 out of 3 strikes for me 😔 will likely be reaching out soon for the gas cap since my buddy doesnt care so much about the sienna, 2 stars for now.

They get promoted on Youtube by World Mechanics who has (100,000k followers) and I watch those guys all the time showing us how to care and fix our vehicles. They suggested to buy paint from these people. These people are terrible. They sent the wrong color paint and refused to give me back my money and the prices are high. Do not use their service. It will not match your car. My car is platinum bronze (A53) and they sent me the color gray.

I ordered a can of touch up paint that came from this company, and not only was the color way off, but it sprayed on so incredibly thin that one can wasnt enough to complete a hood - it barely covered half, and looks horrible, even with clear coat. I wasted $30, and now I have to spend more time sanding this paint off and ordering paint from somewhere else that will be higher quality and a better match.

You guys never answer the calls, no emails, I paid for 3 business days shipping and is 11 days and I’m still without answer.

Very slow compared to a few years ago. Their site says they need 5 to 7 days to make the touchup paint (which is quite long compared to their competitors) and I accepted it thinking it wont take more than a few days before they ship it out but it actually took 2 1/2 weeks without any communication. They finally shipped it out when I opened a claim against them.Please mention these shortages on your website or send an email updating the shipping time instead of taking the money and disappear. You didnt seem to have any shortages when paypal contacted you

Repeat (previously happy) customer. Ordered over $100 in paint on the 5th of April. The 18th rolls around, and still nothing - not even a update. I email asking simply if it won’t arrive before the end of the week (23rd) to hold it so it arrives after the 1st. I receive an auto response that orders ship in 4-6 days… and here it’s been nearly 3x that. Finally get a voicemail, so I call back. Lady is short with me, saying we changed that and it’s not 4-6 day… I said sure would have been nice if I was told, also she says she still has not sent my order…. Like I asked…So it’s another week of waiting - I did not ask to have my order held indefinitely just so it was after the first… I think what frustrates me the most outside of the wait is how short she was with me, that what I asked (simply) was not done… instead she made a huge deal about how she was doing me a favor and wanted to accommodate me etc, all I needed was for what I asked in the email to happen. Multiple emails and calls and I still don’t have my paint. The product quality is good… so I add 1 star for that… but I sure will think twice before ordering again. I just don’t have time for rudeness.Edit / Update. One star removed. Ordered again b/c the paint was a good match and needed more. Its been 19 days since my order. No shipping notification or contact. I understand delays, but the order confirmation literally still says 5-8 days (see attached). I dont mind waiting but please just be honest with us about ship time? Something like, due to covid orders are on a first come first served basis. An agent will be in touch with a ship estimate if you order will be delayed more than a week. Clearly, other than posting a response here, nothing has changed with this business.

I ordered some touch up paint for my Toyota Tacoma. Cement Gray color code:1H5 it showed up when they said it would and the color match was great.

Ordered 2 cans of aerosol and a can of primer. On second coat of base, the second can started spitting and dripping all over my target. Needless to say, the job was botched. I messaged the company and uploaded pictures of the faulty aerosol and ruined paint job. Customer service contacted me first thing the next business day. They offered to replace the faulty aerosol. I replied that I needed primer AND paint because I had to start the job all over. I also requested that I receive ready to use paint (for a spray gun), and they were willing to make things right by me. Within the week, I received 1 pint of primer and 1 pint of base. 5 stars would have been awarded if everything went smoothly the first time around, but customer service did a great job of understanding my frustration and recovering the situation.

Ordered touch up paint for a 2010 Lexus RX350. I was aware of the time delay due to Covid. Products arrived and very happy with them. Recommend and will be using them again for some touch up paint for my wifes car.

Everyone should know about this place of business. You can order the exact match of automotive paint if you have the factory number. It comes in 1 oz bottles oh, so its not expensive to repair minor scratches. The service was great but it was a little slow! Busy place!

08/18 I ordered & paid x2 aerosol paint ...08/28 (10 days later) I was rudely informed that its a wait time of upto 12 BUSINESS days before they will ship, which is 2 weeks since I paid.. Then I will have to wait another week with USPS...09/02 I called, my order still has not been processed & I have now requested a full refund!Terrible customer service....

This is a horrible company! The paint did not match and the customer service is worst! I ordered paint from them and the paint did not match. I contacted them and they sent me a spray card to spray it and send it back. The last thing i heard was that they received the card and thats it. I have not received the paint nor an update. I keep getting ignored when I try to reach out to them. Its been like 4 months, tell me if thats satisfactory to you! Dont buy from this company because if something turns out to be incorrect.... they will not correct it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered some touch up paint & clear coat on Dec. 2nd. Paint was not shipped out until the 8th. I still havent received the paint & today is the 23rd. My credit card was billed for the paint. I ordered another product from a company in California on Dec. 12th & received it on the 22nd. Both were sent through the post office. I would not have ordered this product if I had known how long the shipment would take. Received the paint Dec. 24th.

Terrible experience with this company.I just wanted to paint a bumper on my truck, so I ordered spray cans of base coat here. However, Im still waiting for the delivery, 17 days passed from the order, even 14 business days passed. All other supplies that I ordered for this project were delivered 10 days ago. I shouldve ordered them from other vendor.... I really regret.... I contacted multiple times by phone calling and sending email..... The only thing that I felt after contacting them is that they are not professional, and I felt that I was just humiliated by them. I just ordered base coat spray cans from another vendor, and Ill look into tracking information, so which one will be delivered first, even though there is 17 days difference between the dates that I ordered them. Not worth for just one star.... zero star...

UPDATE #2: I did end up receiving my order as promised from the 1st update below. The quality is great, and exactly what I had hoped for. Hopefully things are back to normal for them, and orders are being shipped on time + customer service is on top of customer inquires/phone call/emails.UPDATE #1: I tried 1 more time to call and all the stars aligned and someone actually answered the phone (1st time in 6 attempts over a weeks period). The lady said my order will ship tomorrow 9/24/20. I will update when received.I placed an order on 9/1/20 (#11332860 Alan Pask) knowing it would take 10-12 business days to ship. It is now 9/23/20, and I still have not received my order. I have called on 5 separate occasions (nobody answers the phone btw) and left message after message asking for a call back or an update on my order. Never received so much as a phone call back.I have also emailed them through their website multiple times over the course of the last week and never once received a response. Im forced to now go through the hassle of having my bank reverse payment, and now over 3 weeks later, here I am without the paint/clearcoat I needed or the money I paid to get it.Absolutely the poorest customer service Ive experienced in a long time. A simple phone call or email wouldve sufficed, and I wouldnt be here leaving a bad review.

BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I never received my order order and when I contacted them requesting a refund, they stopped returning emails. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. I have a 2014 corvette. Berlin blue. Painted ground efffects to match with micro finish brand. Exact match. Came out excellent. Recommend using the gloss clear coat to make the color POP.

This company is awesome. Got my order in a timely manner and the metallic paint matched perfectly including how the color changes in different lighting! Quality spray cans did not splatter at all and applied the paint perfectly! Metal flake is very hard to apply evenly and when you can do it from a spray can you know you have a good product!!! A+++

I have been looking for paint for my 56 Belair. Very hard to find and when you do find it, its astronomically high. Heard about these guys from some friends have them a call and not only did they have it, but they had it in a spray can. Got the color and tested it out in a small part and it was an exact match. I was genuinely surprised. Immediately ordered the other part of my 2 tone car and some clear coat. Was exact as well. Will only order paint from these guys now. As some of the other reviews say it does take them 3-5 days to mix it before it ships. I would gladly wait that long for exactly what Im looking for.

Bought duplicate color spray cans.Exact match!!! Quality paint!!!Other reviews talk about bad spray cans - MINE WERE AWESOME!!! Another review talked about watered down paint - mine was the perfect consistency to do two coats and done. Avoids over spray and allows for edge blending. The custom auto paint I received has the transparency of watered down milk. It would take 50+coats to work. I talked to customer service and he agreed that it should be more like cream. His help was zero. Send it back at my expense and theyll look at it. I would never buy from them again. They clearly sell grossly inadequate products. I will post this every where that I can to warn others.

They were unable to provide the correct color for my 2017 Ram pick-up. They claimed it could have been a mis-labeled can or a bad batch of paint. Wasted an entire day repairing my truck only to have to start over again. I dont recommend them.

Just placed my 3rd order with these folks in the last couple years. Great color match using clearcoat. Website says it will be a week or so before getting your paint being they have to custom mix. I will continue to order from them.

Paint didnt match, as many others reported. Had to go back and forth with Sheila from Customer Service. She had no idea how to type an email, let alone help with customer service. I received no help, but luckily, I used PayPal to pay them and PayPal forced their hand and got my money back. Five stars for PayPal, 0 for this fraudulent company

Poor service. Your site says 3-5 days to prepare and ship. Ordered on March 28. Started making inquiries on April 10th as to where my order was. Emailed and received no response. Called April 11th. Was told systems were down, could not get info. Someone will call you back. Called April 12th. Was told the same thing. I advised your representative that I wanted to cancel the order. She told me nothing could be done because the system was down. Someone will call back when back when things were online and I could cancel then. Tried to cancel on website, but the site was not functions for 3-4 days. Cancellation emails were returned as undeliverable. Faxed a cancellation request. No response. Received a call late Friday evening April 12th advising my order was shipping. Told her I no longer wanted it. She told me too late, it already went out. I refused the product when delivery was attempted on 4/16. I want my credit card refunded, and have begun a dispute with my credit card company. Goodbye forever!

Tried to get paint for my 2001 bmw 325i, gave them the paint code 372. It took 2 weeks to receive the paint and it did not match. I called customer service, they said send in sample card and they would see what they could do. I told them it was way to dark. I mailed back the sample and it took 2 more weeks to get back thier next try on the paint color which was even darker then the first. I called customer service again, which I believe is just the people who mix the paint, it seems it’s whoever gets to the phone first. I spoke with the same lady who mixed my first paint, and told her again it was way to dark, she said she would see what she can do, but the boss has her working on someone else paint first. I decided to take a picture of thier lastestSample held up against my car and send it to them hoping this would help. I waited a week to call and see what the status was, they said they were still busy with other people’s paint and would be working on mine shortly and mailing me the next try on paint color. I hadn’t heard or seen anything from them in 3 weeks so I called them ( got busy on other Projects around the house) I talked to a different lady this time and told her what was going on. She said she would get with the lady that has been working with me on my paint. Her answer was we can try one more time, but if that doesn’t work will issue you a refund. I told them forget it this has been going on for 2 MONTHS NOW just issue me a refund. My refund was a partial refund, now I have wasted two months, and have nothing to show for it other then paint that I can not use.This place is a gamble, some reviews good, but if the color isn’t right GOOD LUCK!

This was the only place I could find Targa Blue for my 1972 Corvette. The paint match is spot on! Very happy. I highly recommend Microfinish/automotivetouchup.
