This shop is very professional, I had been looking for a good painter for years and I finally found a shop that does excellent work at a reasonable price. I send him a lot of business because I am very happy with his work, I haven’t had one complaint yet! He’s the real deal, best value around.

5 FIVE STARS. I have an older Mazda 929 sedan which I adore but it was looking pretty beat up & worn bc I have had an SUV for some time & only used this car intermittently. I had also let others use it who I shouldn’t have. There were 4 different areas where there was substantial paint missing & the softball sized hole in the running board. some vandals had ripped off my hub caps & smashed my side view mirror. Needless to say, it needed some TLC. I had called around to a bunch of places in MA & they quoted $6k to do the entire car which left me crestfallen. It only has 112k miles on it. I have also taken extremely good care of the engine with regular maintenance. I didn’t give up though. When I relocated to the Mystic area, I googled auto painting & saw PRIME AUTO PAINTING. I looked at the great reviews. I called up David, the owner the next day. He could NOT have been more kind, polite & courteous. I told him about my car & he said “sure! We can definitely help you out” and explained the tiered pricing: $2k or $3k. I was ECSTATIC & INCREDIBLY RELIEVED bc I could actually afford it. I was moving over the next 2 weeks & he told me just to call him when I had finished moving. After the 3rd week, he texted me to let me know he had some availability if I had time to drop it off. I was thrilled. I brought it in that afternoon. His colleague drove it into the shop immediately & started prepping it. He confirmed the pricing, wrote up a receipt & I put 50% down. 3 days later, it was DONE! IT LOOKED BRAND SPANKING NEW. He had fixed the softball sized hole in the running board. He ordered a new glass for the side view mirror. He even tried to find 2 missing hub caps for me. He spray painted the existing ones the silver bc they were faded & worn. He spray painted the window shield wiper too! He also replaced the screws in the door that were loose. And they vacuumed & wiped done the entire interior. He also gave me a ride back to my hotel which was really gracious & generous, HONESTLY,I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I was so incredibly touched by how kindhearted & conscientious these guys are. THEY DO A SPECTACULAR JOB. THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO INTERACT WITH. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY HARD WORKING & THEY DO HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY ALSO GO THE EXTRA MILE! I will ALWAYS use these guys for ANY auto body or paint work! 💕PHENOMENAL💕💗HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!💖
