I went to the dealer for another car and I’m thankful I found Enrico, the manager. He walked me through the car I was gonna get and the one I actually got (the Hyundai Tucson). I really appreciated the way he talked to me because now I know a lot more about the deal I was about to miss. Enrico and Tom really know their business and that’s why they are where they are. Every single thing they said to me about the car was and is accurate. There were no surprises like other dealers. I wasn’t sure about getting that car, but with the very clear explanation, I was very satisfied, and didn’t have any doubts about what car to get. There was not pressure from them and they don’t make you wait. Enrico was making sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there and Tom is a very profesional seller. Robert Reardon was an amazing help finding me a great new car. He was absolutely genuine though out the entire sales process never trying to up sell me and I honestly felt he always had my best interest in mind. I had previously leased a Hyundai Sonata from James Kirby at this dealer. They contacted me to buy back the car 6 months prior to the end of the lease. Long story short...when I decided not to lease or buy another car from them and go to another dealer, James knowingly had me terminate my lease while I was under the belief that they were buying back the car. This would have cost me over $6000! The manager, John Spinnato, also knew what James had done. When I called John, he admitted to me that he had confronted James, asking him if I knew how much money I was going to be billed, James just shrugged his shoulders. John did NOT contact me after he confronted James. I had to call him once I realized what James had done. I also called the owner, but he never responded. They did end up buying the car back from me since they mislead me. EDITING MY REVIEW: Bill Sullivan did call a few days after my review. He apologized for not returning my call prior and fully listened to how I was treated at his dealership. I appreciated his phone call.

The service personal are very professional and attentive. Scheduling was easy and repairs were made in a timely manner. Vehicle was even cleaned before it was returned to me. I would recommend M J Sullivan Hyundai to anyone requiring service on there Hyundai.

EXCELLENT and very personable service! When you talk, they look at you and listen. They do not just hear you...they listen. There is a big difference. They also get. With the crazy times we are living in, I did not want to come across pushy but I had a tight timeline and arrived early for my scheduled appointment. Some unforeseen circumstances caused delays on their end but they kept the lines of communication open and said that they can keep me on time if I forgo the complimentary vacuuming. Just that alone speaks volumes about how connected they want to stay with their clients.

If there was a 10 star option, I would use it. The service dept. at MJ Sullivan is the best. I had a 9:30 apt. and was there on time. At 10:30 my car was still not taken. They were behind, it happens. I went to service rep to see about a loaner. None available, but was told that an Enterprise rental was on the way for me. Above and beyond! Had 4 tires installed and aligned along with front pads and turned rotors. Pricing estimate was so good I didnt even shop it. Very very satisfied with every aspect of MJ Sullivan.

Bought brand new 2016 Sonata sport for 21k they had a recall and ever since the recall my car has been in shop for 4 months to fix wiring harness last time they fixed they told me that if it happened again they will replace the motor. Bought new vehicle to have no problems my car only has 50k miles on it and been in shop ever since recall update. Do not buy car from them

Ran my credit more than once. When they told me that they would only run it once. Then told me they only had once. Well, 3 months later checked my credit report. Turns out they ran it 8 times. Really appreciate it. I shouldve known better. Glad I didnt give them my business. Driving a 19 Subaru Crosstrek, and it is the best decision Ive ever made.note: I never leave reviews, but I thought this was necessary. People need to understand that no one in this management team cares about the consumer. Just their pay check.How does that saying go again? Fool me once, shame on you.

Roberto Romney was excellent with my car sale. This is the second one I have done with him. He listened to what I wanted and helped through the entire process which I was nervous for. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a vehicle.

I started leasing a Hyundai Elantra from MJ Sullivan in April of 2017. When my leasing was nearing the end, I returned to MJ Sullivan to explore my options for another car. I was partnered with salesman Sean. He was rude and uninterested and seemed to have better things to do. Enrico, the sales director, came over when I had a question of damage to the car that occurred at their service center. When I got the lease, I signed up for and paid for the extra wear and tear protection, a total of $720 over the course of the lease. The estimate to fix the damage was $350 from their body shop, but Enrico said it would only be covered if I purchased my next vehicle from them. I dont appreciate being blackmailed, so I went and purchased my next vehicle from Cardinal Honda. When I returned the lease, the manager I dealt with was appalled by Enricos comments and assured me that the extra wear and tear protection I had paid for would cover the damages to the car. This was back in March of 2020. It is now end of July 2020 and I received a bill for $1212.39, $400 being a turn in fee because I did not purchase a vehicle from them, and $740 for damages I was told I would not pay for. MJ Sullivan is shady and I would not recommend to anyone.

My wife and I went to M J Sullivan Hyundai first and regret it now.We were intending to purchase a Tucson.Our salesman was Mike Desmond.We gave him a $100 check to hold a car were were interested in.Two days later I called him and told he we were going somewhere else -Mostly in part of an problem with the dealership in the past not being honest and up front. Well I see on my banks portal that check was cashed even though I asked him to tear up the check when on the phone with him on Wednesday It was cashed yesterday. I should heave stayed away from Sullivans due to their past history with me but had decided to give them a chance.I will never go there again and will advise anyone of my two terrible experiences with them.They are dishonest as the day is long.This experience just showed me I was 100% right.Bad place, bad people.I have yet to confront Mike, the place is closed at this time but I intend to and will also let everyone know the results of my talking to Mike.

Im blown away by the service I received!As a side note: the reason I was going to buy the car was because in the past, car salesmen have tried to take advantage of my wife and I had to step in. Everybody was very friendly and helpful especially Mike Desmond. His knowledge of Hyundai cars is exceptional and he carefully went through how everything works. Also J.J. Parker was very helpful in getting all the paperwork done.

Pretty good for a dealership. If you own a Hyundai, you can come here knowing you and your car will be taken care of. May take a good minute to get fixed or serviced though, so make sure you bring a book and some food while you wait. Wish they had better means for making coffee though. Kureggs are not real coffee makers! (Just a personal opinion.)

This is a modern and attractive dealership with a professional staff ( I worked with the Genesis side of the dealer).
