I bought out my contract and they still tried billing me. They are extremely difficult to deal with and their services are poor. I recommend anyone else but Unifirst.

This is a reliable company with great people. The office staff Ive spoken with are very nice and accommodating. More importantly, their employees in the field are outstanding. Our regular mat guy, Cody, is always punctual and friendly. He takes the time to engage with employees and communicates any changes to his schedule. Great group!

Cody delivers our uniforms, shop towels and shop rags every week. He is always on time and very pleasant. He takes great care to insure we receive the correct products. Im sure hes a valuable employee for UniFirst.

Charges for items and services not completed. Runaround to have issues addressed. Credit is promised then not given, so that amount is withheld from payment. Suddenly a bunch of past due bills (which have been paid) are sent.12 NOV: Called customer support who ensured me that no bills were past due. Again promised a credit which was never received.02 DEC: Spoke to the service manager, Jason. He promised that he would talk with the driver to see what was happening, ensure it wouldnt happen again, and write off the next invoice. None of that happened as he never returned my call.15 DEC: Drove to the facility to retrieve the key since the incomplete service happened again. Spoke with the branch manager, Chuck. He said the key was in the truck, not at the facility, but that he would have it brought to the store for me the next day. Yet another promise to not bill for the next service.16 DEC: Had to call since the key had not been returned and no word from Chuck. Apparently the driver has the key to my business AT THEIR HOUSE!!

Good company, I guess everyone has a little trouble now and then. In the end, it all depends how we take care of it that matters.

I work in a drs office and this company has taken my lab coat numerous times and lost them! This last time they came in brought coats and I didnt check them right away because I was running pts, and they brought in 3 other random coats... its been over a month they havent even back. Weve called no one knows where our coats are they just say they will TRY to find our coats or replace them. That is the same thing they said the last time and they finally returned my lab coat like 5 months later. I think maybe they should get more organized. Whoever Bill is we have your coat here at our business.

Dont work here new Kensington plant!! I was the only one willing to come back to my job position as a flat fold worker after every one quit do to covid-19. Bet they moved me somewhere else knowing that they needed help this was all caused by them laying me off and tilling me not to come into work so its partly there felt to. That I quit and wont be coming back I just want Unifist to know that they lost a good hard worker cos of there actions.

I worked at UniFirst for 2.5 years straight out of college without any sales experience or professional experience. This organization provided me with the support that I needed to develop professionally and personally. It is a great organization to build a foundation for your career. From a sales perspective, the training and guidance shows you how to be successful in that arena as well as many other sales worlds and teaches the true core values to selling. From the top down it is a great organization to sell for with really great people.

Shawn always makes sure we have the uniforms we need for our staff. He checks in with us every week when he picks up/delivers for additional items that need ordered and checks for changes we need to make to our staffing list. He is very professional and attentive.

Stay Away!!! The quality of the products are horrible, had towels that were so disgusting they didnt look washed but in a sealed bag. Spent 5 days and countless hours on the phone trying to get someone to handle my problem. Products, mouse like sales people, poor quality and customer service that is pathetic. A huge disappointment

It was a great experience working at Unifirst, New Kensington! The management goes above and beyond to help you achieve your salesgoals. Training is excellent, they really teach you how to get in the door and be successful in a sales career. It’s hard work, but the team and the people that I worked with, made it worth it!

This company is a joke they take forever to get you your uniforms and when they come they arent even the size you ordered. If I owned my own business I would not use them cause quality gose down while prices go up not worth the money they charge.

We have had Unifirst at our restaurant for the past 6 years or so. Pretty good service, we like our delivery driver. The last 2 companies we had kept raising the price too much each year. Rob works with us to keep our towels and aprons stocked up.

We seem to always have changes and situations that Keith handles without issue. He always has a smile and couldnt be more accommodating and friendly. It has been terrific to have the SAME rep arriving each week and Im glad it is Keith.

Ken always makes deliveries on time and brings requests for additional items in the next order.

My time at Unifirst taught me exactly what is takes to be successful in sales. Their training on the national and local level is fantastic, and the Pittsburgh team was always extremely positive and supportive. DO NOT APPLY HERE. FALSE REALITY CREATED BEFORE FIRST DAY-When offered the job, you will be told that you will be a salary employee. Upon starting, you find out that you will be paid the slave wage of $12.75 per hour (which does not add up to your offered salary). They will justify this wage by telling you that it adds up with overtime....it does not....but at least they are upfront that you will be expected to be at the office from 7:30 until 5:00-No benefits for 90 days, no sick days-You will be yelled at/ see others yelled at by corporate trainers for not making LIVE telemarketing calls PERFECTLY. Regardless if this is your first live call or not (Im not kidding, If you say that you are from Unifirst, your trainer will YELL at you in front of your training class).-The longest tenure is 7 months and this is only 1 person because everyone else has left.-EXTREME MICROMANAGEMENT-Corporate invests NOTHING into the training of their sales reps. You will sit through 5 weeks of video conferences taught by rude trainers and videos filmed in the 90s (The computers in the video are from the 90s). The out of date training and technology reflects their appreciation for their sales team.-IF YOU HAVE ANY SALES EXPERIENCE, DO NOT WORK HERE. IF YOU NEED SALES EXPERIENCE, GO TO AN ADP, CINTAS, ETC. THEY WILL PAY YOU REAL WAGES AND APPRECIATE THEIR SALES REPS.

Very cheap and neatly handle

Towels and Bar rags from unifirst are terrible, most of the times they are non-absorbent. Which really sucks when we mostly use them for cleaning and drying.
