I love 💕 Busy Beaver! I bought a beautiful wood screen door today for 60 bucks. I love it, gonna polyurethane it, then most likely change paint colors for holidays and seasons...lol I love to decorate!!! A few weeks ago I bought a bunch of patio stone and finally almost have the sidewalk installed! Cant wait for the first 🌃 night around the fire pit

The staff helped me find things, and their prices. The selection of hardware was good, though I just got a bird feeder.

They have a pretty good variety. Customer service is always on point, but their prices are a little higher than the average.

Hello, this Busy Beaver is located up behind Bobs Subs in Lower Burrell 366 off of Tarentum Bridge Road.. They have lots to look at, plus a full lumber yard in back of store. Pretty much everything you would need for a quick repair or a major overhaul for your household project.. Folks there are very helpful and friendly.. lots of parking and Handicap parking and access is available. You have to stop in to check out the latest deals! God Bless, Keith

They had what I wanted and short checkout lines.

Called to get a price on water line insulation and they just left me on hold. After 15 minutes, I just hung up. Ill just go to Lowes where they appreciate their customers time.

Do not go here for potting soil. You can see the soil selection out in the lumber yard without prices. The folks outside dont know the prices. The idea is to.pay inside. But inside, they cant explain what products are outside. Be prepared to get dirty and be inconvenienced and pay full retail price.

Amanda is the best. Always delivers on time. So much more knowledgeable than the people at Lowes and Home Depot. She helped us with our office remodel. Great to be able to get everything at one store. Wouldnt go anywhere else. This girl needs a raise!!!

They have just about EVERYTHING & ANYTHING with the best preferences for anything you need for whatever manual labor work that needs done upMy only concern is that Busy Beaver doesnt have enough employees working at any of their spots to help ever answer questions thencustthen might & will always have. Besides cashiers(for whatever station theyre in or the loaders that work outside),they need people to answer any questions you may have as well as being cashiers ( & vice versa) If that could ever be arranged, Busy Beaver would be the best & well known place to go for any of your manual labor needs. It really wouldnt hurt to take this advice (to see if it does or doesnt work out). It could very well happen.

Prices are FAR to high, selection is poor at best. The parking lot is dangerous with 10 in deep pot holes that they refuse to fix. I have called their main office twice with no return call. They do not care AT ALL about their customers. This place is terrible.

5/7/2018. 12:45- 1:15 I just paid and waited over 30 minutes to be loaded with 8 bags of cement.. except nobody ever came out with the cement. I went in after 30 min, asked to be refunded, and while being refunded the careless sluggish female manager asked if I need cement and I explained that I already waited a half hr and wanted refunded. She turned around and continued cutting keys for another customer. Is that even considered management? Not even an apology.Complete morons, i saw at least 5 or 6 grown male employees wandering around aimlessly or carting cardboard out to dumpster the whole time. I could have carried the cement out myself if I knew they wouldnt do their job.Useless place, terrible if any customer service and I have to pay 2 people working for me for the hour that this store wasted. This is how you lose business.

Can never get any help in the store. They can’t even get a price on something. Very rude employees. I’ll never shop here again. Much easier to take the 7 minutes to drive to Lowe’s. This store should be out of business

I needed a specially cut piece of lumber that they did not have in stock. I found one of the salespeople who not only told me how to do it but also cut the wood for me.
