O my god. I love, love their chili. And their snowballs are soft and juicy the entire time. Great crew as well.

Rating on the hot dog! So delicious. The chili is homemade and the weenie is not one of those red weenies. Very tasty. I added jalapeños to mine.

These are their nachos, extra nacho cheese on the side, and Pig in the Tater! Cool Scene will not hold back on flavor and your tummy will be filled with yummy!We also have had their Pulled pork potato, pulled pork on the nachos, boudin link, and snowballs. Cool Scene doesnt disappoint.

Longest wait for food. And it wasnt all that good. No seasoning and definitely wasnt the best hot dog like sign says . Bread was hard chilli was bland. Not worth the hour wait in line. I was picking up a door dash order and decided to make an order myself. Didnt know yall had other options. Had to get out and go to window after waiting in hour long line. And still had to wait for food.

Was visiting from out of town. The service was superb and the seafood stuffed potato is worth a return trip!!

Went for the first time today. Took almost 15 minutes for a hotdog and fries from drive thru. It was lunch time so I didn’t mind that. The food was absolutely flavorless. No seasoning in the chili and no salt on the fries. Pretty disappointed :/

Its a cool scene. Theyve got good stuff here, snowballs, best hot dogs, corn dog, and chili dog. Its just dog~gone good. Youll know when you go because theres always a line but it moves swiftly. Make note...no large bills

The banana shakes are absolutely delicious. I love ice, I mean I really love shaved ice, and Cool Scene has some of the best shaved ice in town. Occasionally Ill get a flavor( I like more ice than syrup) this place has made my shaved ice with a little syrup perfectly. Taylor( has always made them correctly). the hot dogs are the best in town perfect chili and fresh baked local bread. The prices are reasonable for the quality of product you receive.

Always a very pleasant experience when visiting Cool Scene. The owners husband politely greeted each vehicle at the drive thru, thanking us for supporting his wifes business. The staff are always cordial and friendly. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍

Best hot dogs and pulled pork poboy. You can tell they really take pride in the quality and consistency of their food. My daughter says they have the best fries in town. Snowballs are top notch as well. Keep it up.

Call in and Order. They said 10 minutes. 10 minutes to drive there. Then it was 25 minutes in line with only three cars ahead of me! Cold and mushy food is not what I ordered! Wont do it again!!

When a business stays open for years! Thats how you know this is an awesome place and dedicated to its locals and new comers. They awesome known for the best hot dogs. This eatery has been around since I was a little girl and Im into my later 20s and they are still going strong. Their prices are affordable and their food is a variety of seafood to local dishes, including nachos, boudin, milk shakes and ice cream, and my favorite stuffed potatoes!

Best way to order is to call ahead, especially if getting something cooked like a hot dog. Best place to get soft serve ice cream, and the only place with chocolate soft serve.

Hi, my name is Brandon, and I just left cool scene with a unhappy order. I ordered a large nacho and I told the lady I wanted my peppers on the side. She handed me my food and everything was on top of my nachos. She wrote it on the ticket to put it on the side. Who ever prepared the food didnt read the ticket. And I also noticed the last couple of times I went to cool scene the lady at the window taking the order is not that friendly.after I signed my receipt I was just looking at it on the lil clip board and she opened the window and said let me get that from you kinda in a rude way. As of right now I dont know if Ill be eating here anytime soon, thank you.

Great place but it was a long wait.

Ordered the buffalo wings, small fry and an ice cream cone. Total came out to $9.48.As I waited for my order I figured they were probably frying my wings so that was why they were taking a bit of time. And i was fine with that.But when I got my food, I was appalled. I ordered then wet, not soggy and tasting like some frozen tyson wings that I could’ve literally put in the microwave at home and had a better outcome. The fact that you’re charging $5.48 for some frozen wings that are just being reheated in the microwave is ridiculous. I didn’t want to complain but I was honeslty shocked when I got my food. The service was great, the fries were good as well as the cone, but those wings should be taken off the menu if they aren’t going to be cooked right. You cannot tell me those wings were NOT microwaved.

Very good food, snowballs & service

I went there to order some nachos and unknowingly was talking to the owner in the parking lot. After our conversation he handed me a card for free nachos. I thought that it was a very nice and genorous gesture. The lady that waited on me was very polite and courteous. It was the peak of lunch hour and i still didnt wait long at all for my order. This place was great and i will try a hot dog next time as I saw they were awarded best hot dog.

People only go here because its one of the only places to get snowballs in New Iberia. Theyre primarily a drive-through. When I asked for a small snowball they handed it to me and the ice was already melted and it was overflowing with juice and was spilling everywhere! I really cant believe they handed me a snowball like that when I was obviously driving! Juice got all over the inside of my car. Its not that hard to make rational decisions... (and tbh they could learn a thing or two from Crawfish Boss)

I love, love this place. The staff is very polite and friendly. They will bring your order to your car for you. The food here is amazing. I love their hotdogs and cheesesticks. Their one of the few places that have my favorite fries the crinkle cut. If your not satisfied with your order the owners will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. A few times I went and the owner came over and introduced himself. I definitely recommend this place to everyone you get alot for for your money in service and quality and qauntity. Youll never be disappointed here.
