Self checkout was stacked up 3-5 carts with all self cash areas filled. Very few cashiers open other than self checkout. Need to open more cash lanes if walmart wants to make money; therefore need to move customers through checkout quicker.Also many stock areas were empty as usual even before pandemic started.

Dont really have many complaints here. They are very good about making sure everyone who doesnt have a mask gets one. Stocks are low atm but thats because of the high influx of people grabbing supplies from the areas down the bayou that are still without power and other services

I asked an associate if they could please tell me where I could find V8. Their reply: “it’s in the juice aisle B1+€H”Literally, how is this ok to treat people?Literally, how is this ok the manager on duty didn’t care that her staff is doing this!?

Terrible!!! I went to exchange an item. I had purchased it 4 days before. I went get the item I wanted for the exchange. Same thing, different size. Gave the girl the item I was returning and the receipt. Gave her the item I wanted to exchange it for. I stood there 20 minutes. She was so lost. Finally, she called a manager over. Manager did a lil something on the computer then walked away. The girl scanned my receipt then started looking all lost again. I was so aggregated. After another 10 minutes, I finally told her not to worry about it. I would go to another Walmart. She quickly slid my item an receipt to me. Said, sorry about that. Now mind you, she had just did a big return and checked out a customer before me!! No problems!! What I needed done was so simple. Now, I have to make the time to do it all over again!!! Do better Walmart! Be more involved in customer service!! Uuugggghhhh!!!!

Walmart New Iberia LA seems to have a larger selection of goods than other WMs in the area.

Due to Health I hadnt visited the store as often as Id like. Surprised @ avaiable scans. Yes scans, I am a Customer born in the fifties known to America as Baby Boomer. The Scan your own items Purchased brought back memories when their were bag boys & on the receipt was a 10% Charge, Walmart since Customers are scanning their own items Purchased, it would be nice to receive 10% off the total amount a Customer spend in Walmart.

Didnt have no riding cart to ride around cause all the cart was broken and the restroom was very unclean I would advise people to find another wal mart to go shopping.

Great store! Best place to get everything in one stop, except not all but 3/4 of the employees act like there doing me a big favor to answer my question about a product or a which direction to the item Im looking for. Its not that they have to hurry and clock out so they can get home. Most employees have a 6 to 8 hour shift, so if they are on the floor of Walmart and wearing a Walmart uniform they could pretend towant to help customers that doesnt have 6 to 8 hours to be at Walmart. I absolutely love going to Walmart Supercenter the associates are always nice and professional always willing to give their help when Im lost and cant find an item I appreciate that. My favorite section is the produce everything is always in an order fruits are always fresh and crisp like these beautiful grapes I got I suggest anyone to visit your local Walmart Supercenter as soon as possible

All ways a bad experience. this is the way I see it Walmart has hundreds of cameras inside the building obviously when I enter the building I agreed to be video by hundreds of Cameras even at the register what Im paying for my stuff whether Im at self-checkout or Im in the line or at a register. I feel that once I purchase those items they now belong to me and they are no longer belong to Walmart. After checking out Im walking out the door the Walmart associate insist on seeing my receipt as if I am a thief. So when I complain about it my wife and other people say that Walmart just trying to protect their property I say if they want to protect their properties hire somebody that can pass a background check and can be trusted with money play a little more for Quality help. Just because Walmart doesn provide a big enough bag for their product to fit in. why should I be subject to search and seizure. some people say oh search-and-seizure thats a little drastic well its not really because thats whats coming. only thing that they do theyre at the door is get us condition to the fact that search and seizure will just around the corner in fact i read an article that 73% of general merchandise theft was from employee theft. the next time that youre being asked to show your receipt at the door at Walmart just realized that the person asking you for that receipt is 3 times more likely to be a thief then you are. God bless and dont stand for it any longer. it is not against the law to not show a receipt when you exit out the building you paid for your product it is your product if they want to see whats in our bags I suggest they look up the tape youve got hundreds cameras inside the building.

Bought a TV list receipt so that screwed me on tv I bought a 700 dallor tv and thay have me a 200 dallor credit I had a 58 inch tv only could get a 38 inch for the credit thay gave me had to wait over a hour to get every thing done

With the pandemic this was my first outing and it was truly wonderful I found everything I needed shelves were filled with supplies the selections were great the staff complete helpful information was given to the where to find all the things I needed to make my shopping experience nothing less then a 5 start experience

I hate Walmart and this store is one of the worst Ive been to.

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to help in electronics and no one ever showed up. The managers aren’t helpful at all over here, I’d rather shop somewhere else from now on.

As usual there were a few cashiers working and both sets of self checkout were full. Time scheduling and customers are not their concern.

Only give 3 stars because I can find everything I need here but the staff has not a clue as to were anything Is you better off using the app than wasting your time asking an employee for help. Even in certain departments where you actually need assistance like fabric youll be waiting a long time if you dont get on the intercom yourself to ask to get some one to come.

Stock on personal items was very low. Soaps, Mens depends and meal replacement drinks are not available at this location. Had to go to Walgreens .

That store is not like the one in Houma and everything is opposite but the people are really nice....

This Walmart is not as orderly and clean as it was in the past. Shelves that were full are empty and the rest rooms are not clean.

Eh it’s Walmart. Half stocked shelves and everything moves to waste your time looking at all the things you didn’t go for. Only go here when I can’t get it somewhere else and can’t wait for it to ship online.

I do not understand how these stores with their supposedly sophisticated inventory trackers always have shelves that look like THIS! I could have spent the entire day in there taking photos of gaps on shelves and products that have been out for weeks. Dont these stores have department heads who look over their area each day????

Cant put in the order # because it doesnt work. Check in takes approximately 5-10 minutes, another 5-10 minutes for them to bring out the order. It should not take that long to pick up an order.

Waited 25 minutes for a propane exchange. Unacceptable! Parishables in car on a fairly warm day and a 35 minute drive home. We will never buy propane here again and only shop here if we cant get what we need some place else. Goodbye Walmart!!!!!

Horrible not for me but a little old lady had all her groceries stolen in the parking lot. She went back in the store and they told her to go and reshop. The woman was very frail. She asked if someone could her her they told her no. Im so mad, what the hell . Poor lady she had a long list

Total thrill ride here buddy. Never a dull moment. From the fights to the gun shots people falling ambulances and police arrest. This walmart is sure to win an academy.

I was looking for an ice pick and was told walmart no long sold them because they are considered a dangerous weapon. I guess we have to settle for a screw driver or hammer they arent considered dangerous weapons

It took 2 hours to get a sander, out of the case, because they didnt give the worker, the right key, to the case that it was in.

Did a product pickup which was fast and easy but noticed the tables I ordered were damaged once I got home, hinges crushed, but I needed them right away so I could not return/replace. Just check your purchases before you leave.

I put it on three stars for on reason. Customer service. The cashiers were great. The bakery staff was nice and friendly. The person working on the floor great. The guy stocking up the cleaning supplies rude. I asked were something was and he low toned said 18. I asked him to repeat it and in the same voice 18 I asked him a third time he raised his voice at me. I told I couldnt hear him and didnt say anything at all he just acted like I ruined his day. Not a very good way to treat a regular.

Most cities in the US have a Walmart nearby and not all of them are the same, some are nicer than others. This particular one is an excellent example of my previous statement in that it exemplifies what Walmarts everywhere should try not to be.

I asked information about the OTC AND HEALTHYFOOD BENEFITS products and it was not explained to me what was excepted and not so i was charged for things i didnt know and why and was not able to put the items back cause the cashier was so anxious to hurry up and close so i felt under pressure to buy them when i wouldve put the items back so no i didnt enjoy my visit

Service was great from some workers, managers wouldnt take a report I needed to make, my car flooded because their parking lot foods all the time from what the locals told me

Love this store. We spend alot of time & money here. Very large variety. Has everything we want and need.

The workers forever have an attitude & never can help you but they work there. The wait in any line is dam near 30mins plus. Going in Walmart raised my blood pressure.
