Really convenient location and nice staff. Unfortunately, the stock and selection of items is very low these days. Probably only 2/3 of what this place used to stock. Lots of empty shelves. May be due to restructuring after the pandemic shut down.

Pretty small for a BB&B store. When i went it looked like they were still refilling stock so some areas were a mess. I picked up an order and that was pretty convenient. Employees werent necessarily knowledgeable of all their stock. I asked about an item and one person said never seen it before. I ordered it for pick up the next day and it was there.

Love It love it. Near my home. Always find parking. And most importantly the store is cool and pretty much I find what I look for. One thing that it needs a little more people to help customers to find what we can not find.

Always something of interest and their coupons are fantastic. They take old coupons and stack coupons as well.

Have your cell phone ready! I ordered online for curbside pickup with a 2-hour window. I was notified that my purchase was ready a little more than an hour later. Following instructions provided by BB&B via email, I parked in a numbered spot in front of the store, emailed a description of my car and location, and a minute later an employee was handing me my package. It couldnt have been easier or faster!

I went there to purchase a food scale. It was where they said it would be. The cashier is very good and patient. She helped me retrieve a coupon which I had to use to pay for the purchase of the product.

Wow! Game changer. Efficient customer service. They came out to my car in seconds and dropped off my item. First time using curbside pickup and won’t be the last. Very happy with my experience there today :) and can proudly say that this BB&B in Lake Success was indeed a “success.”

Always clean, & always well organized they just dont always have items advertised but theyll always tell you what other BB&B you can go to find it.

Im sorry I did not get the young ladys name when I walked in. She asked if I wanted hand sanitizer and if I needed help. I did for both. She helped me with different body lotions. She sprayed each one on a card and I had to make up my mind if I liked it. She was very patient and took her time with me. Thank you so much for all your help. Located in Lake Success Shopping center, its convenient for parking. This store usually has what I need in stock. There was a line to check out but everyone was cued to stand socially distant and the line was moving quickly. Cashiers are courteous.

Great sale, but a lot of empty shelves of poor selection. Looked for can openers and brooms.

This is my favorite place to shop for the home. Great customer service always. You get 20% off with your coupons when you sign up. The best part is that the coupons never expire. I always find something whether for the kitchen or the bedroom. If you are looking for great quality merchandise youve found the right store.

Hidden Gem. They have all the items that the bigger stores have. Yes, this store is smaller, but large enough that they carry everything yous expect to find at a BB&B. A bit messy, but I visited at the end of the day.

Went to pick up on line order in BBB in New Hyde Park location. the store Supervisor/Manager name Tatiana treated customer with no service at all, she was very rued to customer and employee, no patience with anyone, she got a mad face on her, walk away when Associate and customer ask her questions/Transactions, she seems having bad day and carry it on to her customers and employees in the store, she needs to act as professional and to be retrained how to treat people with respect.

A lot of special items on sale..very helpful sales staff

Dont shop there. They base their product line on political beliefs and ideas to force people to think the way they do. Ill never shop there again. Ever.

This is a good bed bath and beauty department store..The store is small compared to other location but still they carry a very good collection of kitchen ware, dining items.. household essentials..they also had a very cute cups filled with chocolates and beautifully wrapped..I bought lot of them to give to teachers as gifts in holiday season...I like this place .. the Ottis reasonable and if you have coupons then it is a plus..The place is kept clean but hard to maneuver around....

OVER PRICED

Wanted to return defective hose which I have returned many times in the past. It was one of those hoses with a cloth outside covering. They are good but they burst from time to time. I tried to return for even exchange but they refused because I did not have a receipt. I never needed one in the past. I was told it was a new policy. This was the New Hyde Park store but now probably a company wide policy. Beware of Bed Bath and Beyond. No receipt NO RETURN. !!!

This store has a large variety of things for sale. Prices are very good and there are often coupons for $5 off or 20% discount. The organization of the items is not so good and its sometimes hard to find where things are. Sales assistants are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines at the cashier can be long.

Great. Debbie was very patient and helped me explore all the Queen comforters and blankets. Took her suggestion and bought a new one with a 100% cotton cover. Best sleep I ever had! Great store. Ill be ack.

On May 31st 2018, I went into this Bed Bath and Beyond store and was very happy with the service. There was a very pleasant greater upstairs and then downstairs in the store. I was in the blinds department and needed help. There was an employee in another department who called Martha for me. Martha was terrific. She helped me with the rods, measurements and everything to do my blinds. I was very happy with her customer service. She was professional, understanding and patient. The Male cashier was also very energetic and pleasant. Very satisfied!!! Thank you MARTHA!!!

Bed Bath & Beyond has just about everything a person could want to have in their home. They have some excellent sales on just about everything. I was particularly impressed with their Large assortment of cook ware and kitchen appliances, and being a top of the line Cheff myself, I highly recommend to anyone to visit Bed Bath & Beyond...

Easy to return the merchandise, even without receipt. They can look up your credit card information or issue a store credit if everything else fails. On the top of 20% discount available practically always, the return policy is my favorite thing about this store.

I hated this place. This is one bed bath and beyond I will do my best never to come back to again. They dont care about their customers, I asked for information on an item in the store and this worker tells me just read the paper on the back I cant help you. Really dont you think I did that? And the lines are insulting. There were at least five crew people standing over at customer returns doing nothing while I and many other people were standing on line waiting who knows how long. They didnt bother to open up there registers until we started complaining. This is one place I will not recommend to anyone.

Whats not to love about BB&B and this location has plenty of free parking!Everything is well organized and they usually have great stock on all items. Im a huge fan of their travel size section since its a whole isle, I know only I would get so excited about something like this lolThe only reason I couldnt give them 5 stars is because the lines to pay always seem so long.FYI they always take their coupons even if expired.

A unique store that has a varied amount of different house hold items. There are sheets, pillows, comforters, dishes, small kitchen gadgets, vacuums, small appliances,,silverware and a whole lot more. Great for gifts, all at reasonable prices.

I came to the store to buy hand soaps and I came upon Pocky(the candy). Eager to eat it, i opened it up on the escalator coming up. The lady greeting upfront asked for my receipt and asked if I paid for the Pocky. Of course I did. I showed her the receipt and she told me that I should of waited until I left to eat it. Quite frankly, I don’t think any employee should assume I stole. It was $1.79.

Getting expensive

U name it they have it from carpet, to bath goods, to gingerbread houses, food and appliances. U can find a humidifier, a candy bar. A nice gift. Luv um.

The Manager Dan is extremely rude and shames people who return things. I saw him doing it to a woman ahead of me and thought maybe she had taken advantage but when it was my turn with new untouched items he still made sure everyone in the store knew he didnt approve of my returns. I would never use this location when every other location has always had a very friendly and accommodating approach to returns. Shame on Dan.
