I bought the aqua thruster and 360. We live on a lake river. We have a dock you couldn’t step off of, you would sink into almost knee deep muck. I set the fan up at the end of the dock to start and after about a week and a half I went from knee deep to middle of my chest deep. So called the company and they suggested an adapter for easy removal of fan. So with that and an additional mount plate we now have 4’ deep on both side of dock and over 5’ at the end. So pleased. We are now getting ready to purchase their freestanding mount to use on our whole water front. 300’. All this in about a months time. ABSOLUTELY A GREAT TOOL

I purchased an aquathruster 4 years ago and it was great in removing the weeds around our pier. I started having problems with it recently so contacted Charlie and Brady who were awesome to deal with it and helped us work through the problems. Ive met the owner, Bruce, and he also has been outstanding.

I ordered the Rake Zilla (which hasnt helped rake the muck at all) and a week after receiving the rake I also received an invoice from FedEx for an extra $90 CDN (on top of the $164US) for clearance etc. I paid for delivery of the product and was NOT advised there would be any extra charges. I have written to Weeders Digest 4 times and they have not helped in the least. I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the customer service and would NOT recommend this company or product. It is way over priced for what you get.

I have been using the Aqua Blaster from Weeders Digest since 2016, I live on a very weedy and silty lake, this this thing keeps my beach and dock area clean and sandy. Passing boaters always comment. The service I get from weeders digest has been amazing. they really support their product. I have had very few issues but when I do they are always there to help!

We ordered a few items from Weeders Digest on May 18, 2020. We received two out of the four items. Called the day we received the items to inquire where the two other items were. The story goes on and we were unhappy. However after our problem came to the attention of Mr. Wilson things resolved very quickly. In our opinion this is a small company with excellent and creative products. It has grown and may have experienced some growing pains of late. Nonetheless the people that own the company and work for the company are in fact worthy of respect. And it is people who make the company, so we strongly endorse Weeders Digest.

Equipment we purchased either was missing parts or failed within 3 days of using it for the 1st time.They dont even handle warranty work in house and passed us off to the manufacturer.Bought 2 Aquatic weeders and the blade assembly came apart and chewed up all the internal parts. We found the screws were only finger tight.Still waiting to hear back from them regarding the float that was shipped without several pieces.Honestly, stay away from them. No quality control and they will sell you what ever you want and then their service ends there..

Thankfully I bypassed Amazon and went directly to Weeders Digest to order a Lift Mate boat motor lift for my Sons boat lift. I got a great price on it and it arrived 3 days after ordering it. Great prompt service. Thanks

I have been very impressed with the build and effectiveness of WDs mechanical products, but the service goes above and beyond. Some reviews mention these guys are hard to get ahold of, and I agree - if you feel like you need to talk to someone right this minute in the busy season. With a little patience - Ive never had a problem getting a call back in a reasonable amount of time, however, and every time I do I get someone very knowledgeable about their products. Further, I can now personally attest to them honoring their warranties - parts and labor. WD is my go to source for lake products!

They were very helpful in selling me an Aqua Thruster and the 360 a couple years ago, which worked great, but the 360 stopped working. I have called and left several messages with their customer service department and their sales department (the only humans that answer the phone) and I cannot get a call back from them to help get the repair process started, in the meantime the much is building up in my lake area... very disappointed in their customer service.

Weeders Digest will claim a website error if it’s not in their benefit. Waited for a shipping quote to Alaska and it stated free shipping. Carl called Monday and said it was a mistake on their part and will not honor the sale. Clearly states FREE to U.S.A on the site and all the way through the checkout process. Quoted me $86.00 to ship it over the phone.

Be careful! Low Quality. I was looking at buying the Lake Groomer because I thought it was the Lake WeedRoller. IT IS NOT. The quality is way less. I am an engineer and I would never let this get our to customers. Parts of it are made out of plastic that will break after a season or two. Also the motor looks slightly under powered and the aluminum tubes are thin. I was told to buy a WeedRoller by a friend, this is not it. I was fooled since they name it pretty close, but it is not the same. The WeedRoller is supposed to last 20 some years, not this Lake Groomer. Also the price sad for the quality.

Ive worked with these guys a few times over the last year for a new lift and some other lakeside products, they have been great. Excellent customer service, even for small, one off questions, I cant say it enough, they are awesome.

Excellent customer service. One small part was missing on my order. Let them know and they shipped it out the next day, no questions asked. The aqua thrusters work well. Very satisfied.

Sent an email requesting information a week ago with no response. Followed up my email today with a phone call. The call was answer by a male who either has a chip on his shoulder or is just really anxious for the long weekend. Anything I attempted to ask was answered with an attitude. Every question had a flippant answer and he was not helpful at all. I happily will spend my money elsewhere where I can get educated information.

From the demo at the Sportsmans show to the ordering process to pickup a few months later everything was smooth and easy. We have been telling all of our neighbors about how much we like our Aquathruster and a few are thinking about getting their own.
