I receive the technical support I need so that I am confident when I leave their office, I know how to use the hearing aids and how to connect and control the aids with my phone.I really like working with HearingLife to improve my hearing.

So far so good. Dennis really listens, asks good clarifying questions and is able to answer questions thoroughly in layman terms. I am waiting for the hearing aid equipment to come in so I can access them during the trial period.

My representative was not in the office and I had some concerns about my hearing aids. I use Bluetooth a lot on a couple of devices. Dennis was helpful to me even though I wasn’t a regular customer and shared some helpful tips particularly to do monthly maintenance. I was doing it as needed. I’ve put hearing aid maintenance on my calendar as a monthly occurrence.
