We purchased our windows last year and they are great! Installation was very quick and efficient. The windows themselves are high quality, the warranty is unbeatable, and the staff was very professional, especially Alan and Marcus. The price may be a little higher than some companies, but you definitely get what you pay for with this company.

Sales rep Wes gave us an estimate of replacing 5 of our windows. We asked for 2 different estimates, which he gave us. We had Alan come out to discuss our window situation and to inform us about Champion Windows. We were very impressed both with Alans explanation of the product and the windows available. Alan was very knowledgeable, personable, and was able to answer all of our questions.We felt very comfortable signing a deal with Alan and Champion and, while we are still awaiting installation, I am confident that Champion will serve us well. They are not the cheapest windows on the market, but they might very well be the best and their prices and deals were very competitive for the Superior nature of the product.I will post an update after the installation, which I expect to go smoothly and professionally.

We had Champion install siding, a patio door and new front window about 9 years ago. We called them recently to come and replace windows in our bedrooms. Alan stopped by this week and was happy to learn We were returning customers. We found their products high quality and personnel talented and professional. Alan was very helpful in explaining the process and going through the quote with us. We enjoyed his visit and look forward to working with him and Champion!

The salesperson is very patience and informative. He showed me the sample window so that I can understand the different on the window that Champion made. He then provided the estimate and went through how the pricing work. It is definitely a good experience working with him.

This is the second time we have used Champion. The first time we loved the quality of the sliding glass door, but had awful service. The second time we decided to give Champion another chance. We were assured that the service would be better. It is not. We ordered our doors/windows in March 2021. Now in October we are still waiting for a storm door and we have requested a final walk through because of sloppy work and the fact the sliding glass door is not level. To make matters worse, they installed a different door than we requested. I am tired of calling and getting no response. I would not recommend Champion.

If I had abundant funds I would have gone with this company because thequality seemed superior and the warranty was good. But it was the salesman that would have sold me. He did the following which no one has done before. As he went to measure a window he noticed the folded flag presented to me at graveside, which sits atop a memory book I made. He immediately snapped to attention, saluted the flag, touched the picture of my husband and said thank you for your service. That unsolicited show of respect was touching and demonstrated what kind of man he is. I went with a lesser bid for windows because of limited finances, but I really regret not being able to repay his kindness.

Our consultation was with Wes. He was amazing at fully explaining Champion’s windows from the design to the energy efficiency. We didn’t feel pressure from Wes to make a sale. The product speaks for itself and Wes did a great job at displaying the features that are important to homeowners making this type of investment. I would highly recommend Wes and Champion to others seeking window replacement.

Representative Wesley (Wes) VanDerVeen arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was most competent and thorough with his presentation of the quality Champion replacement Windows. We proceeded to contract for 5 replacements and possibly more depending on how a different company that we used 10 years ago, backs their warranty on a defective product.

I had Marcus come to my home to see my windows. He explained what windows Champion has and how efficient they are. I am TOTALLY IMPRESSED with this company and there product! There prices are very reasonable compared to other window companies that I have used in the past. I would recommend Marcus and Champion to all my family and friends with out any hesitation! On 09/14/21 I requested that a sales representative from Championcome to my property to address my need for a replacement sash and frame.Thinking that I needed a window frame the sales rep. Wesley VanDerVeensuggested that I purchase a double sliding window to replace the double crank out window I had. This permitted me to keep the current frame witha minimum of modification. This saved me considerable amount of money.I appreciated Wesleys professionalism.

I had a window blow out 7 months after installation. I immediately called to have it repaired. The new window was ordered April 20th. It still has not been installed. When I call, Im informed that the repair person left and there is no one who can install it.. Its been 5 months. Every time I call for a followup, I rarely receive a call back. I did receive a text that says to stop calling and just wait. Winter is coming and I need my window installed. Poor customer service with warranty.I see that only the positive reviews get a comment. Nothing to help the complaints.I put a bad review in. Then miraculously I received a call to schedule the window installation and the guy comes with out a window. This company sucks.

Redva came out to give us an estimate for replacing the siding of our house. He took the time to educate us on the differences between our options available. He was very professional, very easy to speak with, and made us feel like we were in good hands. We have had other companies come to give us an estimate, and none of them could hold a candle to the care Redva showed during his visit. We feel more than confident with the type of siding and the color, and we can’t wait to continue the process!

We had them come out to give us an estimate on replacing all our main floor windows, 2 basement windows, & 3 garage windows. While our first appt. was a bust & after the salesman left me certain we would not be going with Champion, we did have the estimate done. The representative that came out did such an outstanding job explaining their product, warranty, what we can expect throughout the process, & worked hard to get us the best price; we made the decision right then & there to go with Champion. Our experience with the representative turned me 180° around from an angry consumer to a happy camper who believes that we are getting the best product & value out there after recieving multiple bids. I made an appointment and was running super late due to doc appointments and the customer service man was so rude made me feel uncomfortable was made that I was calling him Sir. I had a lead call me after me complaining and she tells me that in the text it said it was an hr appt which I understand but people run late my kid is more important than sitting there with a rude sales man. And the lead kind of took his side. Like no dude u guys are not very nice. I asked to speak to a manager and the lead said non were available. So why call me I asked for a manager in my voice-mail. They are just not nice people.

After three estimates we’ve decided to go with Champion. Redva was very thorough in explaining the process! He knew every detail of the future installation. Looking forward to getting our screen porch next spring!

The consultation lasted over 4 hours, which was an unacceptable intrusion into my time and home. As a young, small, single woman, I felt ganged up on by two salesmen harassing me into signing at that moment. I repeatedly stated that I was unwilling to commit that day and asked them to leave my home. Particularly Mr. Axelrod blatantly ignored these requests and continued insisting I sign and put half down that day. I felt unsafe with the situation and only succeeded in getting them out of my home by stating I was going to the bank for a cashiers check. I then approached their vehicle and informed them this was false, and I would not be signing with them. Even as I walked back into my house, he continued shouting from the window that the offer expired the second they pulled away from the curb. I would never consider partnering with a company that crossed my boundaries and disrespected me in such a manner.

Very friendly representatives, you do not feel pressured. We ordered everything except a roof and doors from them. I’m excited to see the finished product.

Had an appt with Wes VanDerVeen for an estimate to get my windows and a patio door replaced. He was friendly, on time and answered all the questions I had. I liked that he had samples to show me their product and how their 365 glass works. I felt like he understood my concerns with pricing and never felt pressured in any way and I really appreciated that.I ended up buying the windows & door that day and I never do that! I’m really excited about the product and I can’t wait for the install! I was also impressed that their lead time is only 6-10 weeks and other companies are anywhere from 24-40 weeks!After the install I will post a follow up on how it went.

Champion Windows offers a discount for reviews.I purchased six windows.If I were to do it again, I would find another company. Bad overall experience. I do not recommend.

I was happy up until now! I have tried to call, text ect.. to find out when are windows well be installed! I ordered them in April put half the money down and still nothing! I feel like we where scammed that you took the money and ran! Some updates would of been nice!

I had these people install all new windows and doors Aug of 2020. i had a bad storm door. i called in late feb and early March to get someone to look at my door. 8 months later my door is so bad i need a new but no one has come to even look at this. i have spoken to many people and nothing.

Installed windows 2 years ago. Windows were never finished. Have called multiple times since May to have someone com for weeks.e finish the job. No response for weeks. Will be calling the better business bureau next.

The sales process was a dog and pony show- if you’re going to get multiple quotes, make sure to get champion last so you can actually price shop. The reps offer a “today only price” which doesn’t make a ton of sense in my mind based on the premise of buying factory direct. If factory direct truly “cuts out middle men”, shouldn’t Champion be more than willing for their potential clients to truly shop around rather than trying to push customers into signing deals the same day a rep comes out.I also asked for a quote to get my garage sided, but never heard any follow-up about it- it’s been a few weeks.When the installation manager came out to do final measurements, he didn’t seem to realize that I had bought trim around my windows— I had to pipe up and say something to the effect of “no, that was included in the contract I signed”. Based on the follow-through so far, the service feels a bit similar to going through an independent window contractor (which would be cheaper)- when I signed my contract, I figured I might be overpaying, but at least everything would be done quickly and professionally.At this point, I regret my purchase, and wish I would’ve shopped around a bit more before buying.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. We have waited for a technician all summer to fix our air conditioner which was installed in our new sunroom last November.

I called Champion to get an estimate to have the windows and 2 doors on our home replaced. My husband I had read great reviews about the company and scheduling the appointment for the sales rep to come out was very easy. However, I found the rest of the experience with Champion to troubling and frustrating. The sales rep who came out, Allan, was initially friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products. We explained that we were ready for windows, but were only wanting an estimate that night. We were planning on talking with a couple of other companies as well. Were were anticipating an hour long appointment, but Allan ended up staying for 3 hours. He went as far as to get out a heat lamp to do a test on window samples and go through a binder with the warranties of other window companies, essentially bashing them and their products. I found this odd but was not frustrated at this point. When he finished all of this at 9pm, he scribbled out an estimate on blank paper and showed it to me. I sincerely thought the price was very fair and told him I just wanted a few days to think about it and get the other estimates before committing. His demeanor immediately changed and he became very pushy and condescending toward me, as he continued to pressure me to commit to purchasing the windows that night. When he realized that the tactics werent working, he abruptly got up, snatched up his things and stomped out of our house. I was left dumbfounded. I had simply asked for a couple of days to think about it. I liked the product, but wanted to feel 100% sure before I signed up. However, that experience was so disturbing that I never called back. We ended up going with another window company. Being treated with respect was well worth the extra cash.

So my family got new windows and doors after the hail that happend couple years ago. We ordered through champion and they inserted the set in windows and doors. First of all at least one of the windows has drafts year round and makes a really cold room when it’s -30 outside. And second of all we orders a sliding door to match the windows about 10 ft away. The door turned out to be the wrong door. Bu the time we recibes the door it has been months after the installation. I don’t know why they didn’t replace it sooner when it should’ve never happend in the first place. Especially since the other door that was also the same style(so there would have been 2 of them same doors) was correct.

Dont use them. Of there is a problem with your window after installation, you will not ever hear from them. I noticed after my windows were installed, my biggest window bowed at the bottom. I called the manager in charge of my project. He told me he would call me the next day. Never heard from him. I called to complain and wanted my window fixed. They scheduled a tech to come see the window. He came out, told me he would get with his manager and get back to me regarding my window being bowed and have it fixed. Well, after months of waiting for his call, he still not has called me. I have called to get an update and have my window fixed. I am told someone will call me and I still dont hear anything. I have now reached out to my city, to have them deal with this company.

Champion Windows did a great Job. Our Sales Representative, Marcus, was very knowledgeable and helped keep our project on time. The installers, Shane and Shad, Installed 23 windows, a front door and a sliding back door in a day and a half. They did a great job. We looked at 2 other window companies and choose Champion Windows because of the great price and recommendation of a neighbor who also used them and had a very positive experience.

The reason for only 3 stars is because they arent done yet. Once the project is complete then I will give my full experience. Im glad that I waited to give my full review. It started out great. But now that the work has been done. Its been close to 2 months since they finished. First, it was the sliding door that wouldnt close correctly. Now its one of the sliding windows but it gets worse. None of the windows are installed correctly. Then to top that off you email them X2 ( Tim Wolf). He doesnt reply very upsetting considering the amount of $$$ spent. I guess its time for BBB to get involved.

It sounds like they are running into the same supply chain restraints as everyone else in the pandemic, but they are doing a terrible job in communicating issues, and have no empathy for customer concerns.

This is the second time weve worked with Champion Windows and have found their staff to be very professional and their windows to be a great product. We were very satisfied with the first window installation we did back in 2016 to replace our homes first and second floor windows from 1958. We recently decided to update the basement windows as well and gave Champion Windows a call again because of how happy weve been with the windows we already have. Alan came out and worked with us every step of the way, walking us through all of our options for our project and answering all of our questions. In the end we decided to go with Champion Windows again for their great warranty, competitive price, and exceptional customer service.

They were all too nice when they sold us the door, now that we have a problem, weve been ignored. Weve been waiting over 9 months for a repair to our sliding glass door. I talked to someone a few months ago, but nothing since then. We understand about Covid and the delays, but to not keep us informed and ignoring calls... thats wrong. Im sure they have been selling and installing plenty of products. They ignore the ones that need repair. BTW...I have pictures of the ice all over the window during winter, so cold we used a heater all winter.

Very similar to Scott Bs experience. Big dog and pony show with a very unexpected today only price (despite cutting out all the middle people that drive up the price). Mercifully, no follow-up emails or calls. Creating a sence of urgency is very telltale.
