I went there to buy the New IPhone SE for my little brother and the guy working there tried to scam. This happened two months ago but I had forgotten about it. Anyhow, he assumed I didn’t know anything about phones and tried to convince me to buy his personal iPhone XR for $400. He later offered me $700 for my iPhone 12 Pro Max.What a joke, he wasn’t even selling me boost mobile’s phones. He had his own little side business, and it was very unprofessional.

Tony totally hooked me up with the 2 newest phones for a great price and lowered my monthly bill! This is the best place to come and upgrade your phone!! The service was excellent and Im very satisfied with my purchace.

Certainly not the same customer service I received a yr ago! First of all dont continue to call me honey in a condescending way...I am a customer not your granny. Second dont try to over charge me with activation fee, tax and all sorts of other bs when thats not what I have done when I Boost up! Next if you want my business dont tell me to go elsewhere get a phone plan with another company and then come back to Boost for a good deal. WOW! You dont get my business, I wont pay for rude, unprofessional customer service. This location might have forgotten the competition also has great deals on phones and phone plans. I will not be back.

Technology is not my thing, which is why I hadnt switched to the phone I bought 2-3 months prior from the Boost website. I went into the store to get help switch. He told me there would be a $25 charge for helping me switch to my new phone and $25 for a Boost update that happened July 15th. I bought a $15 phone case and $10 screen protector. He charged me $3 for using my card to pay. My total charged was $101.36! I knew I was scammed but I needed my phone and he knew it. I wasnt naive scammer guy, I believe in Karma. Thanks for playing your little party machine while I was there so I could at least have a party while I was being scammed!

Guy working there made an unauthorized charge on my card and now wont talk to me. Dont go there. Have to go through the dispute process with my card credit now. Shady

Today the guy busted my charger attachment and broke my screen putting the screen protector on! Then he wanted to discount the screen protector for $10!

The store is very clean and the staff Very friendly. Boost is great. Ive had them for years and never had a problem with the service. $35-$50 for unlimited everything, cant beat that. However, I would advise you to look up specs or reviews on phones before you buy if are switching from one phone to another. You buy the phones outright, so the ones that are bargain priced are just that.

Tried to activate a new phone but treated poorly

I cant even tell you how horrible this experience was 4 hours I waited to be served clearly because he knew I only wanted the phone deal advertised and nothing else and to top it off he used my personal phone to call Boost Mobile for another customers account and was using it for over an hour well I stood there. And then when I finally got angry and told them I wanted to take my phone and leave he kept reminding me I gave you a deal I gave you a deal when he didnt give me a deal it was the Boost advertised deal never will I go back there ever

I switched plans and instead if him adding my payment to my new plan, he added it to my old phone so I had to pay extra $40 to use my new phone. He lied and said I will get a credit now he doesn’t even come to store.

Boost in new hope is bullcrap and a ripoff me and my wife saw what was advertised on tv drove over an hour asked about how much it would cost got told around 200 and buying 4 phones instead of 2 would be cheaper so we did at checkout it came to 379 dollars. without the 2 phones we didnt want it wouldve been around 200. Then we are told we would have service where we live we do not. We got scammed cant get refunded and stuck with phones we dont need and a service thats sucks dont recommend to anyone hustlers and cheats nothing good comes from this horrible place

Their customer service sucks and they be lying to you make sure you get a receipt for what you buy they will tell you that youre gonna get a text message for your purchase but thats not true their hiding the fact that you over paid and now you have no proof of what you spent in the store the only thing that you get in a text message is the amount you paid for your service thats.. They tell you that you get accessories for your phone dont be fooled its a lie and dont shop there just pay your bill there!

Sold my daughter a non working iphone 7 plus!!!!Gave us hell to get a new one. I wad beyond exhausted
