Was thoroughly disappointed and felt taken advantage of when I needed a tire repaired that had a nail in it. I was told that because the nail was at an angle it couldn’t be repaired and I’d need four new tires at a cost of over $1000. I knew I could get a better price on the tires, so I left driving with the spare on. Went the next day to a different tire shop where they realized the stem on the tire needed to be repaired and the nail that was in the tire had never even punctured deep enough to cause any type of leak. It had just wedged itself into the surface of the tire! So Tires Plus was happy to sell me $1000 worth of tires for a fix that required no more than a new stem! And then I’m sure keep my four tires that were only a little over a year old and sell them used to someone else. Needless to say, I’m never going back to Tires Plus and would warn others to avoid them as well.

I WOULD NOT LET TIRES PLUS WORK ON MY BIKE, SO MY CAR IS OUT OF THE QUESTION! I had my A.C. charged and they messed up the port/stem where you add the refrigerant. Took the fuse out of my truck and said I needed a fan clutch and that I shouldnt use my A.C. I put the fuse in only to find out it was leaking refrigerant out of the fill port. I did two pressure test myself AND paid them to do a pressure test. So there wasnt any leaks. They did refund my money HOWEVER, to correct the issue I was still out of another $100 or so. Might be okay to get their tires, BUT I WOULD NOT LET THEM WORK ON MY VEHICLE!

Friendly service, they kept me updated through the process, and from diagnosis to driving it home repaired took less than 3 hours. I bring both my vehicle and our work van here for oil changes and rotations. Always a pleasure working with the mechanics and other employees. Always get the job done in an hour or less (I make an appointment online, very easy).

We had a coupon for free installation here. After buying some $425 tires and getting a $90 alignment it was quoted around $550. we all of a sudden have a 700 dollar invoice... All the work was already done so we didn’t have much choice but to pay. Almost 200 dollars in labor fees. Manager Rich assured me that his math added up and then they weren’t doing anything wrong. Didn’t work with me at all in trying to solve what clearly was an issue. Never going back here again. I bet everyone gets different prices for their tires based on how much they feel they can get you for. I thought car shops weren’t allowed to do this thing anymore but it must not apply to tire shops. I would’ve been better off going to a dealership at those rates.

Overall, the folks at this Tires Plus location (New Hope, MN) have been meeting or exceeding my needs for years. The last visit (1/28/20) was particularly great since it was a tire repair/replacement that needed to be accomplished ASAP. The Tires Plus staff came through for me with flying colors and great customer service. I especially wish to thank Al Corey for his help in resolving my problem and getting me in and out as quickly and as helpfully as he did

Came out to my car a little after 9am today. Huge bummer because unfortunately for me my spare was also damaged. Horrible day! Called into the New Hope shop to find they were really busy but more than happy to take care of my needs without hesitation. Brought my tire in at 10am they quoted me at a 25minute wait. Nope, I barely got a chance to sit when they called my name. Great customer service too! They were extremely helpful to an older lady and quite humorous. Definitely will be my “go to” place especially with the quality of service, trust in knowledge, and prices. Thanks guys for being my saving grace 🙏🏽Did not catch any names but Sam was the gentleman who answered my phone call. Also a gentleman with dreadlocks who commented on my hair during checkout was super cool.

Ive never been as left high and dry by a company as many times as these guys. If it wasnt for the recommendation of a family member who apparently has infinitely better luck in life than me, I wouldnt have gone back at all. After today, having a flat and risking life and limb trying to get to my appointment on time so I can do the one thing thats in their name to do, I get told to check my email for a cancellation. There it was. Awesome. Guys were at least nice enough to put my spare on so I can drive to a more reliable shop.

Love this tires plus! I generally feel like people are trying to take advantage when it comes to cars because if you know them you do it yourself. If you dont you pay someone else. But this location takes the time to do a quality job and not try and bilk for more money.

I requested an appointment online on Sunday for the following Thursday at 9am. Didn’t get a call that it was unavailable and i needed to reschedule so i thought everything was good. Fast forward 4 DAYS, I get up Thursday morning and they decide to call me ONE HOUR before the appointment to tell me that it’s not available and i need to reschedule, and the earliest they could get me in was Sunday... W.T.F... Horrible customer service. Never going here ever again.

Was very impressed with this Tires Plus. Went to get a headlight replaced and they cut my price because my car’s specific headlight was easier to install than most. They could’ve easily charged me the “normal” headlight replacement fee, but they were honest about how much actual labor was involved. I will continue using Tires Plus for all my car repairs.

I didnt appreciate somebody slashing my tire several days ago and I know it was tires plus employees because a couple days earlier I had a mishap with one of their signs and I offered to pay for it flat-out...but that wasnt good enough for them was it? That just costed me $300 thanks I almost want to make a big deal out of it.

Came here to have my tires rotated, as I have the lifetime warranty and free service on the tires I purchased through them. They dont balance your tires after rotating and when you ask them to do so they say to go to another location. Kind of a waste of time when I have a road trip in the morning, and made sure I had them rotated before I left. Now my car has to shake for 8 hours of driving and theres nothing they can do for me to take 20 minutes out of their day and balance my tires. Horrible customer service.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Brought my car in to have my WINTER TIRES put on. I had a 0900 appointment and the car still was not ready at 1630 hours. I finally get my car back, drive away and a dinging comes on for about 5 seconds. I think nothing of it until it comes back every 2 minutes. I bring the car back in and they said to give them a call the next day. I give them a call today and the person says they did not cause this and said I would have to go to the dealership to have it dealt with and again said that they had nothing to do with the issue when it had NEVER happened before they had my vehicle. So now I have to go pay someone else for THEIR problem they caused somehow when all they were supposed to be doing was putting WINTER TIRES on???? Great....

I had a flat tire on what seemed like the coldest day of the year (in the -17 range) and it was also new years eve. Needless to say, everywhere was busy. I needed my tire repaired, and Mike at Tires Plus was more than helpful. He gave excellent pricing, recommendations, and was quick to tell me that I shouldnt be wasting money on certain things. Great service and experience all around.

I’ve been going to this tires plus for over 10 years for my oil changes because my job is very, very close. I was not pleased with the outcome of my recent experience. I needed to have my tierod replaced which was priced at $308 for the tierod, and then I was told I had to have an alignment done as well for $80 in order for them to fix the tierod. This was on top of my oil change. However I was not able to get the work done. I explained to the manager that I only had money to pay for the oil change and the tierod and that I would bring my van back the next day, or later in the week to have the alignment done when I had the money. He explained that their policy was they could not do the tierod without performing the wheel alignment along with it. So considering my circumstances I wasn’t able to get Anything fixed which ultimately worked out in my favor because I found a different car repair that offered me same day service, a 3 year warranty, and was $150 cheaper. I was happy to bring my business elsewhere at this point.

I am a New Hope resident and my experience was amazing with the guys over at Tires Plus. I went to a different place where they couldnt take tires of my wheels. I got there late on a Sunday and dropped off my car. Normally, I wouldnt leave my vehicle overnight but I really needed my winter tries on my car. I got a call before 8 am on Monday that my car was ready to go. They have great customer service, do great work and excellent value provided to their customers. Will probably use this location for all my tire needs moving forward.

I went to Tires Plus for oil change, tire rotation and to have the lights on my car checked. After handing over the keys, I told the sales associate Id be having breakfast at the bagel shop for a while and would be back. He called me within an hour saying everything was finished and even held the door for me so I could slide in more easily with my rolling walker. The bill was very reasonable, the work was done quickly, and the customer service was wonderful. Good Job! Thank you so much!12/17/19, Seven months later....one of my old tires was going flat. They were busy but said they would try to look at it for me. I was about 3rd or 4th in line so I knew it would be a wait. But they got it done within 2 hours, great price, no problem. Tires Plus has always taken care of whatever comes up reasonably price and in a timely fashion. Ill be back in the spring to replace those old tires! Thanks again!11/13/20 Time to replace the oldest tires, oil change, check all around before winter sets in. In spite of Covid, the work was done without any hangups, reasonably priced as always. They have never let me down. Thank you again!

Always take my car here for oil changes, and while they are often very busy and can be hard to get in, they always do a good job. I actually bought my tires here just this past year and it was a smooth process and they are working great. Friendly staff, good prices, and good quality work. I recommend Tires Plus if you are looking for an oil change or tires!

Ive always had good service at New Hope Tires Plus. I appreciate them putting priority on appointments. Last night I witnessed the staff dealing very well with rude, inconsiderate, demanding customers. Hey guess what people, it gets busy and your vehicle cant be pushed to the top of the list just because I get my car serviced here all the time.

I brought my 2016 escape here and stated there is a nail in my tire and I need it patched. I received a call stating that my tire is fixed but the shocks are blown and the struts need to be replaced as well. I got home and my husband looked at the tire to find the nail is STILL IN MY TIRE!!! I called and it turns out they looked at the wrong tire which did not have a nail in it which they did not tell me and charged me as though it was removed and patched. NO MENTION THAT A NAIL WAS NOT FOUND!!! I am taking it in to the dealership tomorrow whom I can actually trust and not treat me like I am incompetent and wont notice the nail is still in my tire! If the shocks are fine I will be even more upset if at all possible. The tire they worked on is now all dirty and has oil all over it which is odd as there was not ever a drop of oil leaked on the ground before this! I am so disappointed and upset, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! It was a waste of time and money and caused more damage in the end!!!!!!!!!! If zero stars were an option it would be what I would leave, negative stars is what this experience should get!!!!!!

I went into the New Hope Tires Plus over a week ago, picked out the new tires for my Jeep and made an appointment to have the tires put on at 10am today. I showed up this morning at exactly 10am, only to have them tell me they don’t have my tires in stock, but they might be able to order them and get them sometime today, otherwise I would have to come back another day. It’s up to you if you want to go here, but I would suggest going anywhere other than the New Hope Tires Plus for tires.

I never post a review.. but today I came in for a tire rotation and a Sensor for my Tire pressure. as soon I walked in I was Approached by one of the Tires plus guys, I Iet him know what was going on right away he walked outside with me and checked it out.... I was blown away with how Professional and knowledgeable he was, along with the rest of the TIRES PLUS TEAM .. very fast service ..Best experience I ever had at a tire shop .. I will never go anywhere but here .. tire plus just got a lifetime Customer..

Favorite Tire shop in Minnesota. The staff is trustworthy and doesnt cut Corners. They always let you know whats recommended, and how to save money when possible. Get the Store card and save 5%!!!

Super Friendly and professional

I used to really like this location and sometimes I still do. There used to be a gentleman there that was exceptional and explained everything in layman’s terms. Now there’s nothing but rude, impatient money grabbers. Over the last year, each time we’d bring in a car they would tell us something new was wrong (which totally does happen), but when I’d ask about the previous problem which they hadn’t worked on they’d say ‘oh no that’s looking perfectly fine.’ We replaced the brakes on one of our cars at firestone (it’s all connected apparently) and 6 months later they told me the car needed brakes again😂.The customer service has gradually lessened while their prices have steady risen. I’ll be trying a family shop! Steer clear of both firestone and tires plus

My wife called to set up an appointment which the response was, we do not reserve appointments. Showed up right when they open at 7 AM behind another customer who had an appointment. I was told that my car was going to be serviced within a couple of hours. Each hour on the hour more appointments showed up. All I needed was a patch job for my tire. Three hours later no update or communication as to when my car would be seen. My car was never serviced and I left without any update. Terrible experience, a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

We have always been treated well! We always feel taken care of and feel that these folks are honest and want to do right by the customer.

Very slow.20min to get rang up for a tire plug.I was told 30 min and now it has been an hour since I was rung up.still not done.

They were not only amazingly nice (and didn’t judge me for how long I waited to bring my car in 🙈) but efficient, more affordable than anywhere else, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!

Terrible customer service. Online scheduling option is basically useless. Literally got the response oh well, when I talked to the person on the phone about not not getting a response - positive or negative to my online appointment request after waiting 4 hours. Too many other options to give them my business.

Horrible, over priced service. Went in for new tires and they told me I needed all new brakes. Little did they know I personally replaced all of the brake components not a month before. So instead of $350 worth of tires, they wanted another $750 for brake service. Since Ive been there, I have heard this from others as well. Look for someplace else to do you tire work, like TGK Automotive (used to be Market Tire) in Crystal. Never go anywhere else going forward.

Took a tire in for a patch on a Saturday morning. Called Sunday afternoon, said it should be done by end of day and they would call me. Called them on Thursday afternoon and they said it would be done in 45 minutes, meaning it wasnt yet. 5.5 days to get a tire patched, not ideal.

They didnt give me the price they wired overt the phone, which was the reason I picked them. The guy helping me was rude, and impatient. Not a great experience. However, they did get the work done fast.

Lady at the counter was friendly. I then asked a question about pricing since they were trying to charge me for a service I didnt want/ask for. She got the manager involved asking if I needed to be charged for the service I didnt want it.The manager was overly rude. Tried to explain why I had to be charged for the service even though I already knew what was wrong with the car. After the second time acting rudely I thanked the lady for her time and took my business elsewhere.Sure enough, the problem was exactly how I explained it to Tire Plus and the other auto place charged me fairly. Dont go here, they try to scam people they think dont know any better.

They are fair with their pricing and honest with their recommendations. They complete work when they say they will, and are flexible with fitting you in last minute if need be.

Appointments are hard to get. Walk ins are usually not accepted due to being busy or short staffed.2017: I dropped my car off for a front wheel alignment, and was told it could be 2 hours. I left, and walked home. About 3-4 hours later I walked back.Was informed vehicle hadnt been serviced yet and that I could wait to see if they could get it done or make an appointment. Therefore, I usually just drive to Brooklyn Center for an appointment or same day walk-in although I live right on 36th, down the street from Tires Plus.Hopefully, Ill have better luck for 2018.Btw, I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment and yet in still its hard for me to get my vehicle serviced.

I brought my car in there as I was in need of some new tires. I also had issues with the window washer fluid not working in the front or the back. They had their mechanic look at it and he determined that it was the signal stick that was faulty and that I needed a new one (this did not see impossible as the signal stick controls the front washer). Long story short, I was charged $300 to replace this and when I got it back the front washer worked for about another month. This never solved the back washers issues. I brought it to another auto repair shop and they said that the washer pumps were both locked up. They said that the signal stick would have no effect on this. My concern is that they probably never even checked the pumps or did a full diagnostics of the situation. They may not have even replaced the original stick.

Had an appointment for 9am and arrived at 8:30. Car got 4 tires and an alignment and the car wasnt done until11:30. Overhead the service writer reprimanding the technicians for taking too many smoke breaks and not having the car done. It should not have taken two and a half hours for the service to be completed and no apology was made. Will not be going back or recommending Tires Plus.

Stopped in to get a courtesy air in tires like I always do at Tires Plus in Blaine. Employees were very rude, gave me dirty looks and the person at the counter was rude and said the hose is frozen. Do not go to this tires plus, its worth the drive to another location.

Wow the manager Steve is by far the laziest person I have ever seen in my life. All he does is sit on his behind and eat.

Please do not go here. I scheduled my car to get a wheel alignment and tires balanced. I dropped it off there and 30 minutes later they call and say its all done already. I was surprised how fast it was. When I started driving it, the wheels were still shaking. I came out of the car and say that only the back two was balanced. The same wheel weights were still on the front which means they never balanced the front. I took my car back an hour later and told them they didnt balance it and the guy insisted that they really did until I pointed out the old front wheel weights were still there. He said ok well do it again. I then proceeded to ask for my wheel alignment printout and then he said their printer was broken at the time so they couldnt print me one. How conveneinent. I get cheated out of a wheel alignment and a tire balance they never did. After they took it in for the second time, the car was still shaking. I checked the front tires again and what do you know, the only balanced the front passenger side. The driver side still had the old weights on it, but I can see the passenger side had new weights. I then popped my hood and looked at my tie-rods. Well what do you know, they never even adjusted them for the wheel alignment either. I am fed up with this cheating store. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in for an alignment check. They had a problem with another vehicle that was stuck on the car rack so my check was delayed. But then they had two guys work on it to compensate for that. All in all a good experience!

Quite cheaper compared to other places

Purchased tires from here and when one of them sustained a slow leak, they changed it with no cost to me. They also changed my license plate lights when they noticed they were out. However, they will notify you of EVERYTHING else your vehicle needs, some of which are not necessary.
