Generally good. Have had some odd experiences here though.Once had a person in the meat department fold over then throw a tender salmon fillet in a plastic bag twist and compress and then place in butcher paper much like a cheap chuck roast.That being said they are Normally pretty great.

They are constantly out of the most common items, frequently in your way with carts and employee shoppers, always leaving isles full of I stocked items ...this place keeps getting worse

My husband and I were there Monday night and the cashier was just rude. I dont think she even said Hi or asked if we wanted paper or plastic. But what really irritated me was the fact that we had to bag our own groceries. She started ringing up the items for the person behind us while our stuff was still waiting to be bagged up. There was no one around to help her do that nor did she attempt to get help. Just unbelievable!! These cashiers need customer service training, it was not a good experience.

My husband and I stopped in the Asian food court for dinner. Some of the best and freshest food I have had at Hy-Vee. Will definitely come to this location again before going to Plymouth

I love Hy-Vee in New Hope never any issues and friendly. Although the one missing star is for the fried chicken at the deli we tried twice and eat often from another grocery store so a bit sceptical on trying it again here.

I shop here often. The seafood and meat counters are amazing. All the employees are very helpful and super friendly

Have shopped here for many years Anns really like the store and employees but got my first online order curbside pick up today and can I say that I have never gotten stuck great service wth any online order at any other store that I got here!!! I mean if I could give the gentlemen that brought out my order and put it in my vehicle a tip and 10 stars I would, they were so friendly and professional and also dis such a great careful job loading my order it was fabulous! I had a huge order (over 125 item, we have a big family lol) and the online process through Hy-Vee was so easy and they let you know if they didnt have your item in stock and the personal shopper that picked out my order was great also wirh sending me texts of pictures of items to substitute items with that were out of stock and updates on how many of crown items they had... it was an all around great experience and I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon!Oh they also hand delivered (didnt just put it in a bag) a Thank You note for shopping with them, I swear its just the little things that make this experience even better!

Huge!! pretty good prices, good service. I dont think i can recall any issues on any of the visits. Oh, a manager was being rude and disrespectful to workers and being loud. Other than that its usually great.

The store is big and alot of walking for a few items but over all they have a large selection. Also, I am glad they have expanded their gluten free items and selections. Because there are people who are allergic to this or choose to be gluten free .

We LOVE Mia pizza....from the Robbinsdale Hy-Vee. They just cant seem to get it right at this location though. Whether they take 40 minutes, burn it to a crisp, or throw down a half-sized football shaped clump of dough and try to bake that, we havent had a decent experience here yet. We also havent had the same person help us twice, so that might be part of the problem.

Restaurant Food is not the way it was a year ago. They keep bringing un experienced employees to cook every 2 to 3 weeks you see different cooking personal. Starbucks and shopping is things stay the same on Hy-vee

Hyvee never fails to surprise me with fantastic bakery, deli, or meat/seafood items and courteous and helpful staff with great attitudes. This one stop shop manages a boutique feel while offering a vast selection and wide variety of food and non food items. Try the macaron cookies, they only seem spendy until you have had one, they are worth every penny!

Best part was the lovely clerk who made sure my bags were evenly distributed in weight. So pleasant and helpful.

A very nice grocery store. But wait, theres more to this place than just groceries. What a fantastic deli with a place to set and eat. Sweet and sour chicken with rice is one if my favorites. Lets not forget the in-store bakery. The selection of sweets are amazing and the home baked artisan breads are a must have. You can order a full or half loaf of bread which makes it convenient for me.

Moved to Arizona 6 years ago, just as Hy-Vee was coming in. Moved back recently and discovered them. Great stores, good variety. Love the meats. Taking me some getting used to finding everything, but Im getting there.And Whalburgers :)

Nice clean mega grocery store. I just went in for a quick Starbucks and it was delicious.

They have the BEST fresh meat and seafood selection I have found outside of a butcher shop. Tonight we bought 8 pounds of King Crab legs for a duel birthday dinner, my 43rd and my nephews 9th. It was spendy, but oh boy was it worth the cost! The fresh crab just melts in your mouth. I cant wait for another special occasion to do it all over again!

Great store and I appreciate everything they have to offer. I just didnt like that I had issues with self checkout. The young lady was busy doing other things instead of keeping and eye out for mishaps .

We have a Cub, Target and a Hy-Vee within a couple of miles of our house. Of the three I much prefer Hy-Vee, primarily for it’s selection but also because they have baggers. Another strength is the bakery - I love their fresh sliced bread.I was frustrated by a fairly recent change to the store layout. I had just established a very efficient shopping pattern, and then get went and screwed it up. To Hy-Vee management: please don’t ever do that again.

First time at a Hyvee since becoming a MN resident! Didnt realize how vast its beauty/medical sections are/were!! Also, very clean and well stocked.

Did not realize this place was employee-owned. Awesome place to shop with lots of selection, lifestyle products, and a really nice housewares section that feels like a completely separate store within a store. The staff are amazingly nice, caring. They were super busy when we arrived and one of the employees told us they’re a little short staffed and then directed us to a separate counter where we were quickly checked out. What a great environment to work in when people pitch in and help each other out. Would definitely shop here all the time if I lived nearby.

Be prepared to be here a while, the store is huge. Stopped in wahlburgers for lunch before shopping, yes there is a burger joint inside. Sushi section, bakery and meat department are great. There are also some really good deals. Make sure to stop in, staff was pretty helpful as well.

On 2.22.21 I visited the Asian restaurant to purchase some sesame chicken. They were all out of cream cheese wantons which are my favorite. An employee there (because I dont know his name, I can only identify him by saying he was African-American) was extremely polite and helpful and made extra wantons for me. Very satisfied and will be back again. Thanks man!

Greeter was quick and awesome. Waiter seemed like his first day. Took a while for him to come to the table and someone else offered to get our drinks. Once he came we gave him our order an appetizer and two entrees. First downfall was that 25 minutes after we ordered everything came together. He said he will get ketchup right away and five minutes later we had to ask somebody else because he never brought it. My burger was ordered as medium rare and when it arrived well done. Almost an hour from walking in we didnt have time to wait for a remake. First visit was good second was not.

Its okay this place has things no other grocery store would have. We bought a brisket that was amazing. The deli, pastries, breeds, and fresh fruits, vegetables are amazing... the only issue I have with the place is the price.Did Minnesota really need another premium grocery store? I mean really we have lunds, we have whole foods, and who knows what down the street. Why does this exist?

The fresh meat selection is great. The cost is low and the quality is high compared to the local butcher shop. I feel like they are always rearranging the store. It might be a seasonal thing. Not sure, other than that the meat quality is wonderful.

We love going to Hy-Vee when we are in the area. They have a great selection of items especially their health food section at the New Hope store. Plus my husband loves the fact he can charge his hybrid car there while we shop!

The New Hope Hy-Vee has an incredible candy aisle, best I n town. Very good selection of Japanese candy and a free mechanical horse you can ride. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Bought sra scallops in a shell with dressing now good 2 for 4oo dollars more stuffing then fish not a good deal wast money

I think this Hy-Vee outclasses all the ones nearby in the Plymouth area. It just seems bigger and I can also find a lot more of what Im looking for here than at the other ones. There is also gas available which is a huge extra convenience for the area. It is also a really solid place in terms of eating and grabbing something quick as there is a built-in Wahlburgers for people to eat at as well - this is a serious restaurant, not just a fast-food or grab and go option. I was very pleasantly surprised to see it as part of a grocery chain. The pharmacy is also very extensive and seems to offer a wide array of drive-up services as well which is not available at Plymouth. I definitely think this is worth the extra time spent on the drive for residents from all nearby communities.

This location is far better than the Robbinsdale location.

Hy-Vee is pretty expensive so I typically do not shop here. However, they do always have my wallaby licorice in stock this is the only reason I go.

I went to HyVee today to get something from the bakery for a staff meeting at work. The young girl working tonight rolled her eyes at least 3 times and treated me like I was the most annoying customer she’d ever had. Made me want to never go back to this bakery...

Guy with a swisher behind the ear and no mask on in grey sweatpants that either knows people working there or does work there running around without a mask on talking to employees a year into whats supposed to be the end of the pandemic. Making everyone in the store avoid you. Never coming back. They also carry products that are either expired or within 1 week of expiration. Disgusting.

Juwt moved to the area and this was my first time going to a Hy-vee. I found great deals and saved a bunch. Plus their selection of produce was fresh. Definitely not going anywhere else. Bye Cub LOLOLOLLL

This is not just any grocery store. This is an experience just to visit. Its got EVERYTHING you could ever want. The deli has a huge selection of nicely priced meat and other options. I highly recommend you try this store.

Great store with lots of fresh options. The bread and bakery department is great. Theyve done birthday cakes for my family that always turn out perfect. The people that make the bread will slice a fresh loaf to your desired width. The meat department is extravagant! Lots of meats you cant get at your usual grocery store. The liquor store has a walk in cooler and prices always seem fair. They have a huge selection of local craft beers which is super nice. Go there. Check it out.

So I did a review 3 years ago and this store was amazing.We decided to eat before we shopped today!We ordered from the Asain Cousine counter, the kid behind the counter was very quiet, didnt stir the food befor serving I had to ask him to stir it first as to get some flavor from the bottom and not get all of the cold from the top of the entree that we ordered.We were never greeted by the kid behind the counter or anything nor did we get a Thank you for coming.When we went to pay for it, There was No one behind the counter to help check us out so we were told we had to go to the check out lanes because they were shorthanded.I find this inexcusable!I understand being shorthanded, but rather than make people go check out in the lanes, maybe step up and help check your customers out when asked for help.I believe it was a restaurant manager we asked about service and were told that they were shorthanded.And the food at best was just mediocre.Would not recommend this unless you were on a time crunch as we are today.The store its self was fine, No complaintsI will give them 5 stars!!!

What a beautiful, well stocked grocery store they have a large italian food area, several aisles dedicated to healthly options and items you cant find locally. I found its prices to be competitive to other well know stores but hy-vee has such an upscale feel. The store prominently features their deli, bakery, and seafood counters. As well stocked butchers counter. I dont eat seafood but found the case to be tempting to the eyes.. Impeccable presentation is 1 of the major impressions i had after my first trip to hy-vee on the way out i noticed there was also a dry cleaner within the grocery store. As i approached my car i saw that they also have charging spots for electric cars... Wow Im guessing hy-vees mission is to make ones shopping experience delightful and all inclusive! In my opinion they succeeded.

First let me start by saying I generally like this location but they are seriously lacking in customer service skills lately!! I went there the other day to get a slice of cake for my grandmothers birthday and asked if they could put one of their Happy Birthday pins in it (they had them in almost everything else) the lady looked at me and said I dont know where we keep those and walked away!! Then while there at that same visit I seen an Easter basket I wanted to get for my daughter for her 1st Easter but didnt have enough cash and forgot my debit card so I called there today (I dont live close by)and asked the lady that answered if she could check if they still had some left and explained in detail exactly where they would be, after being on hold for 5 mins she gets back on the phone and says yeah we dont have anything like that here I responded with well is there a Manager I could speak to or someone at customer service that could look for it in the system and she replied I am customer service and Im telling you we dont have anything like that here and she ended the call, so I called the Maple Grove location and asked if they had the same item and the lady responded No we dont but I can call that store back for you and have them look again and guess what!? They found the item and Maple Grove asked them to hold it for me! Now why did it take another store to properly do their job to find me the item in question? New Hope location is seriously going down hill! Update: I went to pick up my item and they had no idea what I was talking about and didnt have my item!!

The store is the best place to go for fruit and all the other needs

Selection is massive and prices are average to good. I love the huge bulk food bin options. We also ate at the attached restaurant and they have an excellent happy hour beer selection, $4 for a 20oz Lagunitas beer that would normally be $8. The only downside to this place is that I spent too much time here and checking out all the great items.

I like the selection and prices of Hy-Vee, and that I can recharge my EV while shopping.

Hy-Vee is great. You can find pretty much anything here from groceries, pet products, and clothing from local designers. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. They also have brand name products as well as a lot of Hy-Vee branded products with their own unique flavors/styles.I really like to get the skinless brats and meat products. They usually have them on sale for $1 so you can stock up for BBQs or whenever. They have multiple mini restaurants so you can grab a quick meal when you are shopping or to go. We tried out their Hy-Vee restaurant and had the all you can eat crab legs promo. It was fresh and delicious. The biscuits are amazing.They also have a gas station and the shopping you do inside gives you rewards. They have promos so if you buy certain products you can get more rewards. The rewards can be redeemed for discounts on gas. My last shopping trip gave me $0.27 cents off per gallon of gas!

This is a shout-out to Sam on the cake bakery team! She’s an unbelievable artist! We purchased a cake and a smash cake for our 1 year old and were beyond blown away. She has amazing customer service and her personality is impressionable. If Sam got commission I would send all of Minnesota to her!!!! She’s unreal!

Great store, going through a remodel right now, but should be beautiful once its done! The organic foods section is amazing, so much more than a regular grocery store. Hy-vee is almost like a Cub, Byerleys and WholeFoods in one stop!

If youre looking for empty shelves, and always having to go with another option for what you normally get, this is the store for you. The employees who fill the online orders are constantly blocking the entire aisle with the massive carts they use. This location also loves to leave outdated fuel saver advertise up. You buy something because you see you earn fuel savers, but you check out and get nothing. This happens EVERY visit at this location.

It was very very busy for Thanksgiving meal pick up. Lines were crazy. And people werent great about proper mask wearing over the nose or standing 6 ft apart. I wont go there again. Meal was great, though.
