If I could give them a negative star review I would.Took our vehicle in for a transmission fluid flush on a Tuesday morning we get a call 3 hours later saying they heard a loud bang so they need to test it. We said okay they called us 4 hours later saying a transfer box is bad and it will cost 3k. We said okay they scheduled a 7am appt for Saturday and kept it all day. When we picked our vehicle up they said everything was running smoothly and they test drove it. Sunday our check engine light came on and the vehicle was not running right. Took it in yesterday for them to keep it today for 4 hours to say we need a new transmission for 6k. When we asked to speak to the owner they advised us he was on vacation in Florida and couldnt take calls. They didnt complete the work they said and we still didnt get a transmission fluid flush. Which was the reason we went there in the first place. Horrible customer service was also included in all of this.

Best auto and maintenance and repair shop! This shop is fabulous. It is owned by Randy Rada and he has an excellent team of mechanics and mangers. I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Juneau for working with me on my repairs, explaining what was in need of repair/broken in terms a non-mechanic could understand. We even went out into the shop and as looked at the car as part of the explanation. He provided options – which I had not ever experienced before with a repair facility. The customer service is top notch. They will work with you and your budget. He even offered a coupon I was unaware of. Please consider using them the next time you need car service – you won’t be sorry.

I had a brake job done there before leaving to Iowa on a trip. To my surprise while on I80 traveling 70+ miles per hour, my brakes stopped working. I was told by the owner of the shop to get my brakes fixed somewhere, as there wasnt another related auto care place nearby. After he said I would be reimbursed, he then refused upon my return. It took a fight, but I finally got some of the cost back. The competent mechanic at the shop in Iowa said that they did a poor job on my car. I mean if your brakes stop working, thats pretty obvious.*Addendum: The person on the phone said that the same manager of the shop was the current manager. I was also never given an 800 number. There is no excuse for my brakes going out right after a brake job.

Left them with my car with instructions to replace short fuel line. Texted me with a list of $800 dollars worth of very questionable work that needed to be done. When I declined they didnt repair the fuel line and charged me for an inspection that I did not want,

Funny how the response only addresses the spill on my car but not how they tried to overcharge me. They insisted on $175 diagnostic fee. Luther Service had it diagnosed in about 10 min.AVOID THIS PLACENot sure what they spilled on my car but gross. Someone owes me $15 for a car washI was told by Honest 1 the only way to diagnose the problem was a $175 testLuther Kia diagnosed the problem in under 30 minutesHonest -1 charged me a diagnostic, of $50 plus shops fees only to tell me incorrect information.Honest 1 is either not honest or they are incompetent. Either way I would avoid them.

I would be careful taking your vehicle here! They over filled my oil telling me I had an oil leak Wich Im pretty sure the oil was leaking from the oil filter they used to change my oil!

They were wonderful. First started on the phone. Gave me a great estimate on alignment for my Subaru Forester. When I got there I was greeted with a smile. While waiting there they updated me on the progress of my vehicle. At the end they gave me recommendations on additional things my vehicle needs. But they did not pressure me to get them done. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to people I know.

I have an old car that I have brought in for various repairs, I like to keep it for the bad weather the way some people drive, I dont want my new car recked. I get Great service, I usually deal with Chris or Steve they are super nice. Everyone that works there is nice and friendly. They do a Great job and as busy as they are they never had my car more than a day, that is if they needed to order a part, otherwise I get my car the same day. A great place to bring your car. I have always been happy with their work. Good snacks, coffee and TV.

The team at the shop in New Hope are all very nice, and helpful, Ive had them fix my car a number of times, and each time they did an awesome job. Their shop guarantees their work and if Ive ever had an issue with something afterward Ive never had an issue with them fixing the problem right away. Plus they are awesome in that they will drop me by my house so I didnt have to wait for my car to be looked at at their facility all day. They then picked me up when they were done fixing the car.

I’ve been consistently visiting Honest 1 for car needs for upwards of 5 years and it is the best place I’ve found. Full service, friendly, informative, plus snacks/ drinks in waiting area which is always a positive! Chris was great about answering all my questions and even topped off my windshield fluid without asking. They fully explain what’s going on with the vehicle instead of just slapping down a 15 page disclaimer & a bill which I sincerely appreciate.

I sent my car for oil change which ended up having another problem due to someones negligence I complained about it and the customer service rep was upset with me for no reason. I decided not to take my car there again and will never encourage anyone to take their cars there. You will later have anotherproblem after taking your car to their garage honenestly I am happy about my new garage because they have qualityservices.

Honest with a judge SPIN! went in for an oil change.. ended up spending 3000! and it still makes noise, and pulls to the right! they told me to just hang on to the steering wheel! Ladies! get 3 opinions! Oops! Im not going back!

Yesterday, I was at Honest Auto Care and Chris helped me. The noise on my car kept getting worse and worse and I realized that I needed to get my serpentine belt replaced. He was able to quickly get me in for an appointment yesterday to get it replaced as soon as possible and I was originally quoted around $400 but, then it ended up being $175. I was so happy and I plan to continue coming to this shop. Thank you for making my car safer and my day!!

Honest 1 always takes care of me and my car. Its not always easy to do a walk in, but they always respect appointment times and work on your car quickly. Theyve been super accommodating for me and take the time to talk over repairs before doing anything.

I brought it back and after quite a bit of additional diagnostics they resolved the issue at no additional cost to me.Their great service in spite of some initial complications is greatly appreciated. Well. I see they have had some bad reviews lately, but that was not my experience. 1st brought my 98 Chev in for an oil change. They detected some problems I knew existed but had not been able to pinpoint. My 20 year old truck runs better than it has in the 3 years I have owned it.Next brought another car in for a simple oil change.day 3 brought my Saab in because I know it has some serious chronic issues. Though expensive, I do not think they are ore expensive than anyone else. Chris was there each day and helped me at the counter each time. Good communication by phone, pleasant treatment at the counter. Thank you Chris.

Weve gone to Honest 1 in New Hope for the last several years for basic car maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, new filters, etc.). Honest 1 has always been great. On time, reasonably priced, reliable, everything youd want in a mechanic. However, on our most recent visit, they really went above and beyond. The oil change went smoothly, as usual, but Chris noticed that the front bumper of my wifes car was scratched when she brushed it against our garage. He arranged to have the bumper polished and buffed, which removed nearly all the scratching. No charge, just something he noticed and arranged to have fixed. This is why well keep coming back to Honest 1. Highly recommend!

I just moved to the area, and I’m very happy to have found a local place to bring my car for any work I need done! The facility is clean and open, very welcoming, and everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful. I felt like my car was in good hands, and I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back in for routine maintenance.

I used to work at Honest-1 as a lube tech and I loved It as any student who is studying automotive technology would. That is, until I had to do my 5 week PAID internship for school. Fast forward to the end of the 5 weeks and now they tell me they cant pay me because its an internship. Thats not what we agreed on. Service at this shop is a total joke.Youd be better off going to Valvoline..

These are very honest and reasonable people. They stand by their work. And are willing to make sure youre taken care of. They repaired my car and i still had problems I brought it back up there for them to look at and they were on top of it they kept us updated and located the source of the problem and had it back right away. Ill gladly be a repeat customer

After bring my Honda to Honest One New Hope for the last six months, I had an awful customer service experience there today.There is a little bird stuck somewhere in my wheel well or by the air intake chamber. The poor thing was flapping and squawking and the guys at Honest One refused to do anything unless I paid a huge labor fee to tear everything apart to find it. I asked if they could simply remove the splash guard so I could check the wheel well. They angrily refused unless they could charge their crazy fee. I asked if they thought I should just let the little think die and rot somewhere in, on or under my vehicle. They told me no but if you pay our fee you wont have to.I would have thought the $1000 dollars we have spent at Honest One in the last year might have been worth them at least taking a look to help a loyal customer.Tonight I learned thats not how they operate.I think they thought since I was a female they could raise their voice to me with other customers in the lobby area and make me feel intimidated.They thought wrong and I will be filing a formal complaint with the GM to address the way they treat customers.I also will not ever bring my vehicle back to Honest One.

I highly recommend Honest-1 in New Hope. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up needing wheel bearings and a new axle. Once that was fixed the guys found that another wheel bearing and axle was needed. Steve took great care of me and very apologetic about not finding the other one right away. He explained everything and even showed me the bearings and axle. I really appreciate how well they took care of my vehicle and me.

These guys are really good, both in their quality of work and supreme automotive knowledge. They got a ton of work done on my Outback in a short amount of time. They interfaced perfectly with my MRC insurance and even twisted some arms to get a couple more things covered to save me huuuge money. Im so grateful and would highly recommend this place!!!! Great price on tires! We have purchased tires for both of our vehicles from Honest-1 and have had a great experience. Also, theyre good about explaining what should be considered to be fixed vs. priorty - meaning it needs to get done now. I feel they have changed their approach and are very educational. Showing the customers the issues - which is huge. Those are the two words that will always save you the most money: Show me and Honest-1 is more than willing to bring you along with how theyre reviewing and what theyre looking at.

Ive always had a great experience working with them. Theyre very knowledgeable and great at diagnosing problems. I always google repair estimates for the various things that come up, and their estimates are always on the affordable end of the spectrum, and dont try to oversell products that arent necessary for good maintenance.

I walked on a Friday evening with no appointment and I was quickly greeted upon entering. Assistant Manager Chris was so nice and took extra special care in listening to me. Bob the mechanic took my car for a diagnostic and even after he couldnt hear the problem he asked if I could go for a ride with him. They offered a loaner car even before I asked and they kept me abreast of any of the issues that were going on with my car. I got it back the next day and all the issues had been resolved!Chris and Honest-1 auto care are my new best friends I am now a customer for life!

I took my car in for an oil change today, and even though I didnt have the coupon, Chris gave me the $22.99 deal going on right now. The waiting area is clean and tasteful, with comfortable seating and free coffee/snacks. Great experience. I recommend this place if you live nearby!

Honestly ripping you off is more like it. I went in for a quote to replace a broken exhaust pipe and they wanted to replace the whole system, sensors and all. I expected a quote of $200 - $300, but they came back with $4000 on a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder worth less than $1000.Response: Why would I go back for more of your greedy pricing and waste my time? If you think you can suddenly fix this, then you should have been “honest” the first time.

I guess honest1 are not honest enough. I received a coupon for $19.99 oil change and the receipt was saying $22.99. $2 is not a big deal for me but standing up to your own words matters. I also knew there was some stuff needed to be fixed on my car, so when I asked for estimate he refused to give one, instead he gave me a list of other things to do which was around $900-$1200. I don’t know if I can trust these guys who snuck just $2.

I had a vehicle towed here. They did a diagnostic. I already doubted I would do the repair. However I still am paying for the diagnostic so I dont feel bad. The repair bill was higher than I was willing to pay so I said no. They wanted to add a bunch of stuff. Like changing an easy to access lightbulb for$20. I said no. As soon as I said no. I was garbage to them. They knew I was from a ways of so they didnt care much about being kind to me or just plain old polite.

This particular Honest 1 location has given us consistent 5 star service! Chris and the other staff members are ALWAYS accommodating no matter what the issue. We will continue to use this location for all of our service needs. Thanks for all your help and advice!

Started going there when it was New Hope Automotive and when the business was sold I thought I would give them a try. I have been very pleased with their service which is excellent. They are competitive on prices and everyone who works there is great to deal with. Highly recommend them.

The technician who worked on my battery replacement was Terence. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me in the loop as to everything that was being done on my vehicle. I loved the atmosphere of the waiting area also. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this auto care service to all my friends.

I went in on my daily trip to the YMCA to give them a shot on servicing my 2011 genesis. I had my oil and filter and needed it dumped.Gave me the same price as using their oil and filter. Not happy giving 20 plus away during Christmas. You had your one shot and lost me and my 5 vehicles.

I had a great experience. I found a screw in my tire at about 5:45 pm this evening. Chris and the guys were great. They got me in right away and I was on my way within 30 minutes from the time I arrived.

Brought my pick up truck into them for repair. The problem WAS NOT fixed on the 1st attempt. I was frustrated by this but thats how it goes some times / life happens! How they responded to this problem was unexpected, professional & deserving of 5 stars. They made it right, at no extra charge and actually put gas in my tank as I was running low! This extra effort will be sending me back there for all future work on my truck, my wifes van as well as my daughters car. It terms of price checking? An unbelievable shop. The shop and waiting area were the cleanest Ive seen. The staff was friendly and willing to explain what was necessary and keep me informed of anything they found that should be fixed now or watched for possible future work.

I went to honest 1 at new hope to get an oil change, no appointment. They were very busy but service writer Chris got me in right away, I did not have to wait long and Chris updated me throughout my time there. I was extremely happy with my service, it was simple, honest and fast. I will always bring my car here.

As of 9/8/14, we have not received any communication from the store. This incident happened around 8/20/14It turns out that Honest 1 Auto put on the wrong oil filter. It didnt have a sensor installed and it didnt fit properly. The certified mechanic at the dealer said I should not drive it. I had to line up a tow truck to tow my vehicle to the dealership and have them correct the matter.The total bill for the oil change was $24.00. The total bill for the tow and diagnostic was around $200. We told Honest 1 that we were sending them a bill for the total amount we had to spend because of their mistake. As of today, we have not heard back from them. They offered to fix the problem they caused but we had stated we didnt want to work with them anymore. If you brought a vehicle with 3100 miles in for an oil change and it left in worse condition, would YOU want to bring it back to the same place? That was a question we asked the manager.The man who initially helped me was very apologetic. I want to commend him for his professionalism. The manager or managers we dealt with never offered a refund on the oil change...something that I feel would have been a step in the right direction. While they tried helping, they are running a business where the mechanics are totally uneducated about newer engines and vehicles.If they compensate for the extra money we had to pay for their mistake, I would think about bringing my older vehicle back to them. I would NEVER bring them a new vehicle.UPDATE: Checking their website, I see that they arent even ASE certified. I never knew that and will not be doing business with them.

Got a new alternator put in a 2006 Honda Pilot. Quote was 717 + 55 for the diagnostic. Made a quick call to another shop and was quoted $530 out the door for the repair. Honda dealer ship quoted $775 for brand new alternator, or 596.76 for rebuild alternator. The shop re-negotiated the price down to $627 total, including diagnostic. At least we are not paying dealership prices. We appreciate the shops willingness to work its customers and hope in the future, it can offer some more affordable parts options. We certainly will appreciate the 3 year warranty that this repair comes with.

My car broke down at Holiday next to Honest 1 and the Te at 11:30 AM on a Friday. The Team Members at Honest 1 were so great to get my car towed and brought over to have it looked at and fixed the same day. They explained everything and even gave me a ride to work while my car was being repaired.Great job.Thank you,

Daughter had to make an emergency stop at Honest-1 this past weekend due to a problem with her brakes. They told her (and me by phone) that the rear brakes were seized up and that theyd have to cool down before they could do a good inspection on Monday. Rear brakes turned into a 3-page list of needed repairs to the tune of +$3700. Rear brakes alone were just under $1000. I opted to tow it home (150 miles) to my local shop which just did the rear brakes 3 weeks ago where theyd be under warranty. Upon inspection at our local shop, there was nothing wrong with the rear brakes other than a bit of abnormal wear of the pads which they are replacing for free. The alarming part is that the front brakes were both seized up hard due to brake line constriction. Honest-1 never mentioned front brakes in their list of issues. A squeak in the right front wheel which they said was a bad bearing and quoted a hub replacement was actually being caused by the fact that the front brakes had worn down to nothing. One last issue I had with Honest-1s New Hope shop was with their diagnostics quote. When I told them I was opting to tow it home, they said it would be $68 for the diagnostics they performed. No problem. When I called back 10 minutes later to confirm that Id be able to drive it onto the trailer, they said theyd had a glitch in their computer system and that diagnostics would be $134.75. Still reasonable if they actually looked at everything theyd have had to to come up with the 3-page list of repairs. When I arrived yesterday to pick up the vehicle, they told me I owed them $202. I challenged that and eventually paid the $134.75. Be vigilant and get second opinions when youre dealing with Honest-1. Total cost of actual repairs at local shop = $500

Honest-1 told me what I needed to get fixed for safety reasons and told me what else I should get fixed. They didnt push me to get all the stuff done at once. With all the coupons and special offers it makes things cheaper and more affordable. I will definitely be going back again!

Every time I go here for a simple oil change they have a list of things that need to be done. After doing some research, the estimates are way overpriced. Ive overheard them telling people that they wont be able to sell their car if they dont get recommended scheduled maintenance because the Carfax report wont be up to par. It seems like they try to use fear and scare tactics to get people to get their services completed. The 5 minutes at the counter paying for my oil change I overheard the exact same thing happening to 3 other customers. I feel like this business is taking advantage of their customers.

Keep your information out of their system or your mailbox will fill up with their junk mail. When I asked them to take me off their marketing list they tell me that they cant only the post office can do that. This isnt true. They spend more on marketing than any other auto repair shop I know. Which speaks to their higher pricing to cover that overhead. Dont fall for their trap these guys are junk mail kings.

This place is awful! I had my car towed here and Chris was a complete jerk from the moment I met him. I didnt have my license on me so I couldnt get a loaner which was fine, but when I told him I called an Uber, he told me I had to wait outside for it because he was supposed to close 5 minutes earlier. I was appalled. I immediately called my tow driver, had him turn around to pick me and my car up and gave HIS garage my business instead. As I sat alone in the dark lot waiting on my tow, Chris peeled out of the lot in a hurry to get to whenever I was holding him up from. I have never been so disrespected in such rude way expecting me to entrust him with repairing my car and not ripping me off?!?! I dont think so. Ladies beware!!!

A friend of mine had gone to Honest1 and said she liked them so I went to this shop for a second opinion after another shop said I needed almost $900 in brake work. I was amazed that they inspected my brakes and told me they could fix them for under $400. The service guys were really friendly and not pushy at all. They have wifi and free cappuccino so I was happy to wait while they worked on my poor car and got it fixed. I definitely recommend using them if you need you car fixed.

Im very happy that I discovered this auto center! I am consistently getting coupons in the mail, so my car repairs can be within my budget for once, and I really liked the service and atmosphere of the company.Everyone was very friendly, the environment was super clean, comfortable and even study friendly! Plus coffee, snacks, and a cappuccino machine!The only other time Ive had this quality environment and service was from a car dealership, and lets face it they probably have 5x the money to spend on their customers than any auto care shop.I should say that I have yet to have any major service done on my vehicle, and so cannot comment on this companys response to that kind of service, but I definitely didnt feel the normal pressure of alright well we did what you wanted but we really think you need to replace this and fix that.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the area that would like to give it a try. I doubt youll be disappointed.

Im sorry, but after several trips here, I had to write a review.I have taken a few vehicles to Honest-1. Their prices are ridiculous and instead of mapping out other options and/or giving their personal feedback on what THEY would do, or less expensive options - they use scare tactics, tell you that your car is basically going to explode, and basically make you feel like you are being scammed.My last trip there was for my Chevy Impala (2007). I had taken it there because my air was out and had a feeling it was the compressor. Additionally, my power steering was not working properly. When they did the diagnostic, they came back at me with $3700 worth of repairs. I paid $3850 for the car!They also told me the drive belt needed replacing. After taking my car to another mechanic, I was told that was not true at all - the belt was fine.Never once was I given any feedback on what was going on inside my car - since Im not car saavy, its always nice to be talked to in an educational way - help me understand what you are doing under that hood, rather than patronizing me.I took my car to another mechanic and while they said that the best repair for my car WOULD be a new compressor kit, he would not recommend it, because the price was insane. Instead, he told me to put in a used compressor, and flush and recharge the system.....then, to sell the car. He could not warranty the compressor, but it was significantly less money and would fix my air problem. My compressor, power steering pump, a new headlight, and an old change, plus labor, came to $840. They put the headlight in for free - just the cost of the light.After two bad experiences here, I will not take my car here again, because every time I do, I panic, have anxiety, and feel like I am being robbed and/or scammed.

I have never been treated so fairly and honestly than here. they are up front and honest about the care of my vehicle.

Not as Honest as the name suggests....I had asked for a particular grade of oil just like the typed used in previous appointments. I even wrote it on the work order to be crystal clear. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was informed that a different type of oil than requested was used instead. When I asked why they did that I was told I should be happy with the discounted price of the better product they used. They were argumentative.....refused to answer why they did it, refused to answer why they didnt call to see if I wanted this better product for a great discount....and, of course, I was charged more than my initial charge would have been....See ya

I was honestly a skeptic of going to Honest 1. I had a tire blow out because of a pot hole and I also had to get an axcel replaced. I took my car to the dealer ship I bought it from and they quoted me an outrages price to get the job done. I instantly googled Honest 1 and gave them a call because I remember my wife use to get oil changes there when she was still in school. When I called Honest 1, I had the pleasure of speaking with Wyatt. He was so customer driven! I explained my situation to him and he immediately invited me in for a free diagnostic. He introduced me to their head mechanic who after the diagnostic even showed me and gave me advise on other areas of my vehicle that my dealership missed. I was able to replace other parts of my vehicle that if i didnt, would have caused me a lot more money to fix down the road. Now I dont think any car shop is cheap, especially dealerships! However I must say that the $700.00 dollars I spent that day was well worth it. I felt that i received value for what i was spending. I also wanted to thank Chris as well at Honest 1. When they had sent the request for my axcel and it arrived, Chris inspected it and deemed the part not good enough. That gave me piece of mind. He sent for another part and my vehicle was still being worked on until they had to close. When I arrived Chris went over everything that was done and made sure that I didnt have any other questions before I left. And let me tell you, I was filled with questions! Once again, Id like to say a huge, Thanks, to Honest 1. You all have earned another customer for life. Thank you for an awesome experience.

I delt with Chris and he was a huge help, everything about my experience was great and my car is running noticeably better. How Chris explained what was wrong with my car and the level of importance and how soon I should get things fixed and also what I could wait on was great.

This Honest-1 Auto Care is closer to my home, but I was disappointed in the initial service. I had made an appointment to check two engine lights, but when I arrived they had no immediate knowledge of my appointment! No es bueno! One light was for an oil change, that was done. But I was told that the other light should go out on its own. That hasnt happened yet. I havent decided whether or not to give them another chance. If I dont return, Ill go back to the Roseville store.

I was really happy with the way I was treated at Honest-1 in New Hope.....Their shop is clean, the waiting area is comfortable and clean...they kept me informed about what was going on, and did a great job of fixing my car...Chris was especially helpful in the process thoroughly explaining everything to me.....all this in a very professional, friendly atmosphere...AND....they have a 3 year, or 36,000 miles warranty on most things they do...I DO recommend going to New Hope Honest-1 Auto Care.

Honest auto charged us 304 dollars for a diagnostic. They stressed that they could have charged more. Found out later that it was the incorrect diagnosis at another shop.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle for repair if you prefer to be overcharged and lied to about the extent of your problems. It happened to us and others that I know who also went here. My wife was nearly in tears when their mechanics told her how much money was necessary to fix her car and that they wouldnt even recommend her leaving the premises since her axle was on the cusp of breaking. She drove the car for a couple more months, axle intact, then had it fixed for a third of their quote at an actual honest repair shop, who also confirmed what we suspected about the diagnosis from Honest 1, i.e. it was outright and total BS.

We have taken our cars to three different Honest-1 shops. They are the best. Waiting area is clean, employees are nice and helpful. I wont go any where else.

Got an oil change and tire rotation here. They had a great special for an oil change and didnt try to upsell me on more service. Comfortable waiting room as well.

I will never go there again my car had no leaks before I went there I have underground parking so I can always see whats under my car refresh drops it wasnt till after I left after getting a simple oil change from honest wanna off of 42nd in New Hope that my car has been leaking oil like hell I found out its because I didnt put the oil filter on tight enough. Even though they took my car off the property and drove it around the block I asked him what else is wrong with it and they said oh we didnt do anything else but check the oil change which is a lie because I watch them drive off the lot with my car my check engine lights on because of a fan thats not engaging they didnt check that at all and its all because I had a coupon that got me the oil change for a dollar he was extremely upset with that fact and therefore wouldnt answer none of my questions and completely lied to me when you said they didnt do a quick Diagnostics of the car they always do when you bring it in they always have a big packet that tells you whats wrong with your car even if you only bring it in there to get your tires rotated they always do that but since I had a coupon that got the oil change for almost free they didnt do that all the sudden this wasnt my first time there thats why I know that normally they give you this list of stuff thats wrong and what you all need to get fixed and they give you a price quote if they were to fix it anybody who has brought their car in for even simple maintenance knows what packet im talking about. So basically unless you want to have to bring your car back to get it fixed because of something they messed up on then by all means go ahead but if youre like most people you like to save money rather than just wasting away because somebody tweaks with your car so they can make a few extra bucks like I said I have underground parking this has never leak one drop and if it did ever leak I would know because I have underground parking the messed up part is the only reason I even went in instead of doing it myself is because I had that coupon which now Im really regretting because now I dont know if they did anything else to my car or if it was just the loose oil filter I almost had no oil in my car only 3 days after the oil change so I basically had to oil changes back to back

These mechanics here are VERY nice & good people! They do very good work, the owner is a very honest!!!

I feel that this one is more honest than a different location that I went to. However like most shops you go for one thing and they find other things that need attention to.
