Hanging out here for a reset. Got a great parking spot for the duration. Appears that the maintenance stuff makes the rounds to empty the trash cans but fails to pickup anything else. The fuel island for trucks were nicely clean when I fueled. Window cleaning supplies full and ready to be used. My shower was decently clean. Water temperature was hot with decent pressure. Towels could use updating but they did their job. Havent bought anything in the convenience store as of yet. But I expect the typical truck stop treatment. The Huddle house was acceptable for breakfast but has shorted hours so check before stopping in.

Very helpful. Had everything we needed plus a little extra. Lol. Would definitely go back while road tripping

We go through this stop all the time and this is the first we have seen this sort of trash. Management was receptive to our concerns.I will remove the pics when I see this is gone.

This review is for Subway. I went to Subway today and Armsted (I believe thats how you spell his name. This was 11-3 during the day) made my sandwich. I have to say its become uncommon to get flawless service at subway. He greeted everyone that walked up while I was there, he used helpful upsell suggestions ( I love a good upsell, and few people do it now days) he was courteous to everyone which is nice to see and he changed his gloves after cashing someone else out. I know it shouldnt be notable, but Ive literally started walking off on folks that dont change their gloves its gotten so exhausting asking. He was just awesome. The service he provides is miles above the majority of his peers nationwide.

It’s my first time here I’m a trucker for 10 years ago n I can’t believe the cashier is charging me for a refill hot water on my thrums.N when I check with the chaser “ she said we charge for anything in store “Never that’s happened with me before the ice or hot water refill is free everywhere not in the flying J or pilot only.Thanks

Called and asked if they have bulk propane. guy who answered said he was to busy to check. told us to come in and see. we traveled out of our way they didnt have anyone to fill it no one there certified. called and asked for a manager said they were not available to speak with. asked this employee there name and got disconnected. would not recommend them ever.

Easy access for an RV’er. The RV pumps are easily accessible. There is propane and a dump station right next to the fueling station.The dump station costs $10 and the lid to the dump is locked, till you pay. It’s right next to the far RV pump.The facility is very clean and well stocked. A good place to stop if you need a break, gas/diesel, and refreshments. This is probably the first Flying J / Pilot that I’ve seen more than one ‘restaurant’.

Decent location. Good amount of parking. Separate RV fuel islands and parking. Wide open and easy to maneuver for large vehicles or pulling trailers.Store appeared to be well stocked, neat and orderly. Mens room could have been cleaner.

Restrooms were a disaster 5 stalls and none of them were remotely acceptable, girl at the counter says only 2 people working. The other one was outside taking a break. No clean showers couldnt even use the Restroom here had to drive to the loves East on 24, from now on will be bypassing this place.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a flying j. Brett made sure I had a spot to park for the night even with little to no spots left. He truly showed that he cared for us and I’m incredibly grateful. Give that man a raise.

Restroom was dirty. Only had paper towels in one dispenser. 4 people working in the front store. Only one wearing a mask, unless you count wearing it on the chin. 3 people working at Subway. Only one wearing a mask.

Bathroom was gross. Dunkin express station was a disaster. As someone that used to work at dunkin, I know how the coffee is supposed to taste and their version of iced coffee was very watered down and unenjoyable.

DONT PARK YOUR RIG IN THE STREET! Every morning there is a IN state police giving away tickets for parking.

Mr. Matt was exceptional tonight as I was looking for a camera to plug into my Rand McNally GPS for my travels. Unfortunately the camera I needed was not here but the location/hub was clean and very nice. Reserved a parking spot using the app and of course upon arriving all spots were taken, and the manager refused to help saying they’re not allowed to wake drivers up

Charging team shower as for 2, instead of one, u should lear from petro/ta how its done! Workers not friendly, u should lear from loves for to greet and treat customers! Without trucks truck stops stop!

Worst flying j I have ever seen staff is rude and Manger was even worse thay were out of cream for coffee and when I asked about getting some milk out of refrigerator tha were very nasty and rude will never come back and recommend you avoid this place like the pandemic worst customer service I have ever seen should be shut down

Well, a great place if you want gas and COVID-19...Some staff were unmasked as were most of the customers, no mask enforcement...really sad that I felt my health was at risk.

I have stopped here many times over the years. Daytime management and services are at par. However, nighttime management is very unprofessional. The nighttime manager, Matthew, is busy chasing out drivers out of the fuel islands rather than making sure that drivers have sanitary bathrooms and windshield fluids. I try to avoid this please at every cost. Drive 60 miles East to Lima, OH. Awesome travel centers there.

I now remember why I never stop at this flying j....tight parking, unclean pumps and store...either go to Lima, beaverdam or the pilot on the other side of Fort Wayne...this place is a bust.

Tyler and his crew in Marion, Oh are professional, courteous, and efficient. This place is clean and peaceful and will be my go to spot whenever I am in the area. I felt appreciated as a driver.

Place is very clean. Everything was adequate. Fast food was well organized and staff was excellent.

Paid for 24 hour parking, spent over 100.00 in the store that day... at 10pm was told I was not on the list and had to move, showed them my receipt and the manager was such a dck that he asked an employee to do it... they told me I had to move and never got my 15.00 back. 😡

Stop for Cinnabon pecanbun. Bad idea. Why sell a hard bun for a traveler. Waste of money. Cinnabon worker had plenty of just out of the oven right in front of her. Was in hurry and just assumed the one she had me grab was warm.

This is 4 or 5 time here i came across and showers are not working, they just simply say sorry,Authorities needs to take care of this location coz day by day standards are going down.In afternoon subway was closed why don’t know.

This was a great place to stop, use the bathroom, eat lunch in our camper and fill up with gas! Super clean bathrooms, RV/camper parking and 4 designated RV gas pumps that were easily accessible!

Instead of cleaning their showers they post a sign that says No Showers Sorry Management but dont take the kiosk off line so you reserve your shower online to then walk over to find the sign. Then when you go to use the bathroom there is no toilet paper in most of the stalls. When you mention this to one of the employees you get a sorry then they ignore you. If it wasnt for the restuarant here I would never come to this pilot. Then reserve parking issues are a joke. You reserve it and then spend almost 2 hours waiting for pilot to come clear out the ones that didnt reserve a spot but are parked anyways then if you go knocking since pilot wont they yell at you and threaten to kick you out instead. This place is a joke.

I go to subway. The girl was very polite and humble. She really talk very nicely. I would say customer dealing was awesome. 😀

They relocate reserved spots. Now parking in it to much easier. Polite personnel!

Good coffee. Ease to park an oversize rig, as long as you luck out with one of 3 spots outside near the entrance.

Fix pay at the pump, everytime I try to come get gas and pay at the pump the card reader never works out at the pump and I always have to go in to pay, whats the point of having pay at the pump when it dont even work! Fix your card readers!

Im a local driver, and usually get great service there. But this morning, I e changed my mind about this location. First, the keypad on the fuel pump wasnt working (pump 20)... no out of order signs or anything. Then, Kylie argued with me over coffee... wont be wasting my time here again.

I asked the worker to open the shower door for me, nothing answered, a very lazy man, that door was jammed

I was in today 10/27/20 to empty the dump tank on my rv. It was my secound attempt. The first time i was told the cashier didnt know how to ring it up as she was new and her manager was on break but do to be back in ten minutes. I waited an hour then left. Today the cashier told me she believed their tank was full. She asked the manager a dark haired woman who looked to be in her twenties or thirties. The manager said she would go and ask someone. She started off in one direction then another employee got her attention and she went off in another direction. It was fifteen minutes before she came back. The cashier asked her again and she left again. This time she came back after about ten minutes and went to the office. When the cashier finished ringing up the customer she was with she asked again about the tank. Manager answered I dont know just tell him we cant sell that right now. I was standing right there as she basicly told her employee to just get rid of me. I was already having a bad day and this just made me feel like i was in the way and unwanted.

Flying J is good, this one however refuses to make sure you get the reserved spot you payed for. Be aware if you pay for a reserved spot here and somebody takes it who didnt pay the manager will tell you you are SOL and youll be stuck with no hours, no spot, and they wont refund you either. Go support literally any other truck stop than this flying J.

Worst Pilot I have ever been too. All the dam pumps are broken! Handles will not lock to pump! Card swipes do not work properly and your cheated out of your points half the time! No paper towels or soap in mens room! Even in a pandemic too sorry to fill the soap dispensors or paper towels! I am never coming to this dump again!

Went around 10pm and the place was disgusting. Garbage cans over flowing onto the sidewalk and fuel islands. Every can was overfilled. Interior was just as bad, floors looked terrible, bathrooms were absolutely gross.Watched them bring the deli food out in metal pans stacked on top of each other with the food still in them! No gloves, no regard for food safety.Subway employee was alone and made sure to complain about her job, her life and just about everything else.This location is still relatively new and has gone downhill fast. It was never great, but now its better to avoid it at all cost.

This is a regular stop when we travel that way. It is a convenience store that is just that, convenient. It has a lot to offer and their clearance table has some great buys. Just going to smell the cinnamon rolls as you walk in is worth it! Their specials on food (pizza, snack items, etc.) are real money savers. I believe there is even sit-down dining as well.

The coffee area is set up different than before. I asked an employee (older black lady) if you guys had cappuccino. She just says what ever cinnabon has up there (pointing in that direction). What kind of customer service is that? You work there and cant say yes or no? Then she greeted a black customer but none of the other customers getting coffee. Taking my business else where. Poor customer service

Its a good place to stop when your traveling. They have everything you expect from a gas station & some stuff you never seen let alone expect. I was impressed and continued to stop at flying j stations.

Best Chicken Wings I’ve had in a long time!

The note on the door requires everyone to wear a mask but the cashier does not have one on and standing there coughing her brains out while about 10 customers standing in line!!!

Huddle was supposed to be open til 12 closed before we got there at 10:15. No PJ fresh. Subway closed too. If youre a trucker and get here past 10pm hope you ate earlier in the day because no hot food will be available here.

Awesome. This Flying J has just about anything a traveller could need. Clean restrooms, food, drinks, and gas. Ive seen they also have electronic equipment etc. and facilities for truck drivers. I cant vouch for those but if you need a phone charger they have those and it always smells nice in the restrooms. Friendly staff! We go late on our way home from playing Pinball at Wizards World. The nice folks there will cook a fresh pizza for you if they dont have some ready. Well be back!

Trash cans full. No paper towels at the entire fuel station. Windshield buckets empty. This used to be a great stop. Not so much anymore. BTW dont park outside the fuel center. New Haven cops come down all day long and will make you move. Write tickets if you are in a no parking area. They get off on harassing drivers

Nothing better than freshly ground bean coffee. This time I skipped the Organic Sumatra for the Peruvian and I was not disappointed. $1.05 for a 24oz refill cannot go wrong. Pilot provides really great offers via the app. Plenty of truck fueling islands and the restroom was clean.

Nice place

After I paid for my drinks and other things, I didnt catch her name, but she asked if theres anything else she could do for me, I had a strange request (I had just got my ear pierced) (she has piercings also) I asked her if she can help put the ball back on my earring. After she took care of other customers, she helped me out no problem.Thats the kind of service I like, that they can help you out on other things besides just the store, makes one feel like its a home away from home.

Price gouging at its finest for face mask! They sell a 50 pack of face masks for $50($20 cheaper on amazon) How ridiculous is that! Poor business that they are doing.

This is a nice place to stop at. There is gas, food, and clean bathrooms. Prices are pretty good and the staff throughout are very nice. You dont really have to worry about creepy people like you might at a regular rest stop.

Fantastic breakfast. Cathy was wonderful. So upbeat and pleasant. Food is always hot and plenty of it. Its a truck stop but it is well worth the stop in and eat. For sure!!!!!!

Flying j is always clean and stocked. Their warm food is a good route to go food wise. Weve always gone to flying j and were usually satisfied.

At 1:40pm today my husband tried using is card outside it would not work so said to see cashier. He went in side and the gas cashier was being very rude to people and told him to go to a different gas station because he didn’t know how much it would take to fill the our vehicle. I am a gas station cashier and your not supposed to treat your customers like that.

Well, typical small pilot. Pretty dirty on the inside, Subway and huddle House has slow service and below avg food quality. People were friendly and showers were clean. Hot water good water pressure. To summarize, take a shower, maybe grab a coffee, and stay in your truck if you can find a spot. A dump that will do

Took 10 minutes for waitress to take my order. I got the drink I had ordered with the meal 10 minutes later and I was informed they did not have enough items to complete the meal. After having a second look at the menu I decided upon an appetizer and a burger. I finished the drink while I waited. I am informed they ran out of the appetizer. What should have been a 30 to 45 minute break turned into an hour and 45 minute break. One a good note, the burger was good tasting.

Awesome service, awesome people at this location! Clean showers, and roomy, not small like the ones at pilot. Food from subway, and the Huddle House was fresh, and hot. If I had to say anything negative about this location, they need more parking spaces. This will be my stop from now on when I deliver to Fort Wayne. Not sure why the service, and cleanliness, is always better at the Flyn’J, than it is at the Pilot’s. Plus there’s a Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Volvo dealerships right across the Highway. I can’t say enough about this location. Parking lot was clean, fueling area was clean. Everything about this location was very professional. Hats off to you ladies and gentlemen!!!!!!

Dennys is kicking us out, who drive the cargo vans expediting at some flying Js.we spend good money at the Dennys restaurant and then they kick us out.Shame on Dennys!Were the same as the big rigs the 18-wheelers. we haul cargo and we haul cargo with no logs no rules no regulations because when we pick something up it is so important that is nonstop from point A to point b we do not stop except to fuel up, so we are very important to the industry especially the manufacturing car plants will stop.So were actually more important than 18 wheeler rigs.so we get free showers from flying J for fueling up and we need those showers of course but we sit there and wait for a load and Dennys is kicking us out and its not fair

Staff was nice. Store was clean. Needs more parking, I dont like paying for reserved parking since I spend approximately 58,000 a year in fuel with pilot flying j. No major complaints though

The mens and womens room both have baby changing stations. If you are traveling and need a place to change a diaper this a a good place to stop. Glad that they have them installed, this is why we stop here.

Laundry facility was neat and the porter Gary did an excellent job cleaning the showers on a busy Friday night.

I come in at night and they have NO food. no pizza no meatloaf no soup no sandwiches. Why are they even open if theyre not gonna restock at night

The Flying J is great, The restrooms need to be checked on a little more frequently, but all in all not to bad . The huddle House cafe are a little high price for what you get . There is a Subway right next to them .

Easy in and out for our fifth wheel. Clean facility. I only cut one star because the screen display on the pump was almost unreadable. Needs a little work.
