Not a big fan of Ben & Jerry’s but loved the Strawberry Cheesecake here. It was unexpectedly so amazing!!

Ben & Jerrys is always good no matter where it is. This one happened to be right around the corner from where we had dinner so was a short walk small typical clean and lots of good ice cream.

Lots of options to choose from. You have the option of eating inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My wife purchased an ice cream cake for my birthday and surprised me by having it delivered. The cake looked good but was very stale tasting like it has been sitting in the freezer for a very long time. Waste of cake and money!!!

Ben and Jerry’s has so many great iconic flavors. If anyone is looking to try something new, I recommend the mind cookie. It combines everyone’s favorite mint-chocolate-chip ice cream with the delicious OREO taste.

Ben and Jerrys leads the pack as far as vegan non-dairy offerings go, and they have some of the most adventurous flavors.Ben and Jerrys has great ice cream loaded with decadent fillings like cookie dough, brownie batter, cinnamon buns, etc. They have vegan non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream which is my favorite flavor and a must-try. The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating. The best deal is a hand-packed pint, which gives you a lot more than a large cup of ice cream for nearly the same price. They also have pre-packed pints in the freezer with some other good vegan non-dairy flavors.This is the perfect place to stop by for dessert, or just for a sweet treat that is vegan-friendly!

The line was huge on this one night. Poor lady was by herself tending customers and she still had a smile on her face. Ice cream is great and the shakes even better. I give her a five star review. The manager of this store needs to hire more staff for nights and the older lady should get a raise.

The employees at Ben & Jerrys are friendly and very enthusiastic about their job. There was a various amount of ice cream flavors to choose from, and which all can we try and buy tasting samples. The restaurants cleanliness was well admirable, as well as the amount of time it took for the line to shorten. I recommend is Ben & Jerrys do any ice cream lovers out there who want to have a good time getting some great desserts!

I love pints of Ben and Jerry’s specifically because of the mix-ins. They are an essential part of the experience and what make this brand special.I have been inside this location many times now because other ice cream places in New Haven such as Arethusa and Ashley’s are amazing but sometimes you want a ton of unique mix-ins.I have ordered the cookie dough ice cream three times here and been so disappointed each time because there is literally no cookie dough pieces in the ice cream I receive. The scoops are also so small. If I want plain ice cream, the one at Arethusa is better and cheaper and I get so much more.Now, this might seem like a minor complaint. Last time I went I even asked them for more cookie dough pieces because I paid like $5 and thought it was worth asking. The woman took a scoop with a piece of cookie dough and put it into my cup. Now there was 1 cookie dough piece instead of 0! Amazing!Also, their milkshakes are so thin and not worth it. I’d buy a pint over coming here.

I had the opportunity of getting for the first time in a long time a milkshake! With Ben and Jerrys Dairy free choices, they made a dairy free milkshake with almond milk. I was really happy!

It’s great to finally have a Ben & Jerry’s in New Haven, right in the heart of downtown. Opened in January ’17, it is owned and operated by a couple who had dreamed of owning a Ben & Jerry’s for years. You will never meet a nicer pair of people! Friendly staff. Bright, cheery shop. They are currently tweaking their summer hours, so check before you go. Be sure to look closely at the mural on the wall. What appears to be a scene from Vermont actually depicts the New Haven Green and other New Haven landmarks.

If you can get thru the line, you will be all good here!

We are ours outside at the table. I was old fashioned today;butter pecan u e cream. My friend had berry, berry sherbet. Tasted great on a warm day.

What I loved most about this place is its right nearby the New Haven Green and has vegan ice cream choices! Yummy!
