Love the products and on last visit purchased an item on sale.

After visiting multiple stores for a specific boot for my son and unable to get his size, we called this store. They had the boot and offered to put his size aside for us so it would be available when we got there. The employee retrieved the boots when we arrived and it was exactly what we needed. Great customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This store is smaller than most other LL Bean locations I have visited, so less inventory, especially less outdoor gear. Still worth a trip for a decent pair of hiking boots

I am a long time fan of L.L. Bean but I find the selection at the New Haven store to be sorely lacking. Several times I have been in to view in person shoes that I see online and each time the store doesnt carry the style.

I called to inquire busy time at the store while reviewing items I wanted online. The Customer Service Associate informed me I could make an appointment online. I did and had a wonderful private shopping experience which was comforting during this Covid uptick. Love it LL Bean!❤

I decided to check out this new store in town. Wow was I surprised by the OUTSTANDING customer service. I use a wheelchair and I was surprised how the entire staff rushed to the doors to help me in. Once I was inside Adam introduced himself and welcomed me to the store. He listened more than talked . I explained what I was looking for and he showed me the selection of coats. He asked a few questions and pointed out the perfect coat. On top of that he mention the sale(discount) they had. Adam was all class and the jacket looks great.

Bought new boots here today. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience with me trying on multiple pairs.

Limited selection, disinterested staff and high prices. Youre better off shopping online.

Very limited selection. This is definitely not a full service store. I dont know why LL Bean would open a new store and have such a limited selection of items. To make things worse, an employee at the Orange outlet store told me they would be closing that location. Not Happy. The outlet store had a better selection of items and now we are being left with a small store.

Let me start by saying I love LL Bean. One of my favorite brands. This store however does not represent the brand well or bring any real value to the retail experience. The store is much smaller than it looks from the street. Mens sizes are rare to find over XL. No big or tall or even XXL. With those existing sizes many were also slightly fitted which also runs small. Theres very little room to move around the store, though theres not much to see. As for prices, equal or higher to the catalog/online prices. Save yourself a trip and dont bother unless youre already on foot near by. I wish I could give a 5 star rating, 1 seems even a little high sadly.

For a small store, move selection. Super awesome staff. Love LLBean!!!
