AutoZone is a popular chain of automotive parts store carrying a huge variety of parts. Yet, they do not carry a spare OBD-2 reader to scan my car. Ridiculous.

AUTOZONE going to the store is a delight because there is always someone ready to help you. Now buying fuses online I do not recommend..lol it is a nightmare. As other stores AUTOZONE has a rewards program as well that when you make purchases it adds up in points to later on offer you incentives. I love their prices and their loyalty program.

I had four lights out in my car and had never changed a bulb before. Not only did Camilo help me with the whole process, but he walked me through it so I would be able to do it myself in the future. So helpful, an overall great experience!

Alan and Jerome helped me select brake pads today. Let me tell you all something....meeting people who actually clearly care deeply about making you have a good experience in their workplace, and above that going out of their way to educate you and be extra helpful, is not common enough. Jerome greeted me and genuinely inquired about how I was doing today. Alan also obviously loves his work, and is passionate about helping people. He found me items that werent in stock nearby, offered a discount, and gave me info about warranties on both his products and vehicles in general. Most importantly, both he and Jerome were kind people. Thanks guys, good reminder for me to try to do the same thing every day in my line of work. Bigup.

I bought an alternator from this location 3 days later stop working when back to return it and get my money back to get an original from the dealer the manager tells me they cant give me my money back because I used it that policy is bad for business so think about it before you pay because once you buy it its your

I needed a new post for my car battery. Jay (I hope I got her name right) helped me over the phone. When I got there, she was very friendly and professional and even came out to give me a hand with my battery. I will go there again.

I just wanted to say Ive had great customer service from I believe shes a manager. Im not sure of her name but has gone above and beyond to help me out with parts every time I go there.

Very helpful staff, very friendly willing to go out of there was to make sure that the customers are taken care of. I like the way that they do a detailed examine on the vehicle before they come back with a result and then they are helpful in finding you the right parts for the issue. So great location and very helpful alway around.

Sure, sure, great guys! My car needed a battery. They tested it, confirmed the original battery was n.g. AND replaced it for me ZERO labor charge. My only thing is the price of the new battery which was $129.95. Seems like a lot doesnt it? I think so. But, my car is fixed so...

Never had an issue with this Autozone besides today with an order I placed online. I came all the way from a neighboring town only to be disappointed with the wrong air filter. Wasted gas, time, and money cause I had to purchase a slightly more expensive air filter at a other parts store. A suggestion i would like to make to this location is to have the proper parts in stock if you know certain parts are in high demand.

I purchased 3 windshield wipers during the summer. 4-5 months in they started to make a loud horrible noise when I turned them on, and it skips as they go across my windshield.

I had purchased a battery at another autozone. It was installed and I continued to have problems I brought it to this autozone and the person that helped me was so very helpful and found that I had been given the wrong battery and fixed the issue right away. Awesome experience! Thank you!

Clean average autozone. Few employees lead to unecessary wait times. Their oil and filter guide was torn off the aisle mount, little annoying especially when I was chastized by desk emloyee for not remembering my oil filter size (I would normally check the guide that literally every auto store has) but still better than the terrible advanced auto parts across the street.
