The owner was nice, very informative and helpful. I told him I needed a key for a 1977 Seth Thomas clock I purchased at a consignment shop and he got the correct key immediately, no guessing. He was also able to give me a brief history of the company that made it, showed me that it CAN work with the diagnosed long overdue repairs/maintenance which he is willing to do at a reasonable estimate which I hope he remembers when I return and explained the relative value of the clock and proper care and operation so Im looking forward to getting it cleaned up and returned to its original glory!.

Brought our mantle clock for repair had the springs oiled! After taking the clock home it would not keep time! Brought it back for adjustments and guess what still won’t keep time! BEWARE!
