I found the perfect Pathfinder I was looking for at a very competitive price and drove over an hour from Ohio to buy it. But when I got it home, we started to notice oil leaks. I kept taking it to different shops only to be told they detected no leaks, but after nearly a month of cleaning up the oil, I took it back to a Nissan dealer who finally found the issue. THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! And there wasnt warranty coverage! The records suggest that somehow parts of a belt magically got inside the engine! No one can explain how this could happen, so I was concerned that I was gonna be stuck with the bill.But Michael Mansour and Car Connection stood behind his product and absorbed a loss to make it right by me. At first I was concerned that I would have to settle for a different car, but their selection was broad enough to let me choose between a comparable swap for the base model I originally bought and an upgrade to a Platinum series - and yes, I still got to come home in a Pathfinder.Thank you Michael for being the kind of business person to make it right. I will be shopping here first from now on!

Bought a 2018 vehicle from this location in February 2019. A few weeks later my vehicle started notifying me that none of my advanced safety sensors were working.After taking to the dealership its turns out I need a $1,500+ repair on the windshield of a vehicle with less than 18k miles on it because I was sold one with a non-OEM windshield that didnt have the proper bracket, so the safety sensor camera shook loose and stopped working after a few weeks of normal driving.Nothing is covered by the warranty because of the cheap windshield so I either driver without safety features or shell out over $1,500 for a basically new vehicle.It would have been nice to have been told things like this when buying a perfect car, cannot recommend this business to others.

I went to Car Connection to test drive a vehicle. My experience was wonderful, not like most car dealerships. The salesman are extremely helpful and eager to please. The atmosphere is also one of a kind; crisp, clean, but not over the top. The best part of my experience was not feeling obligated into buying the car. The young man who helped me did not push me into making a decision right away. He gave me his business card and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision. After I searched around the local dealerships and checked out what else was out there, I went back to Car Connection to make my purchase. I absolutely love my new car. I would highly suggest at least going there to check it out.

I called on Sunday, they were closed, I received a text within 8 hours and a call back from Patricia within 24 hours. I was told upfront that the car I was looking at, a Toyota Prius, had some issues. Specifically, both batteries were bad and would need to be replaced. The quote from a Toyota dealership near them was $1,800, which is roughly what my own research showed as well. I passed on the car but was impressed with their speed in returning my call, honesty about the vehicle and the price to fix it.

Ill be honest, I was a little worries about buying a used car form a dealer because of all the horror stories Ive heard from friends and family. But the this places was not like that that at all. I bought one of the cheaper and older cars on the lot and they treated me like I was buying the most expensive car they had. They treated me with respect and didnt pressure me at all. The car I bought being older did have a minor issue which the salesman Jason was very upfront about and didnt try to hide from me. I drove from 3 hours away to purchase the car and would definitely make the drive to buy another car from them in the future. This is one awesome dealership!!!

I bought a truck here about a year ago. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, the radiator housing needed replaced and some rust damage on the body. They were willing to fix both of these issues in order to sell me the truck which I was impressed with. It took a couple of weeks to get the body work done, but when it came back it looked nice.Things went down hill from there. When the truck came back from the body shop the service 4WD light was on. To their credit they didnt try to hide it from me and were willing to try to fix it. It was almost another week in their shop trying to find the issue. It was apparently an electrical issue. Finally, after 3 weeks they called to say my truck was ready. I went to pick it up but on the ride home the light came back on. So I took it back.Another few days later and they call and say it is ready. I pick it up and take it home. About a month later the light comes back on again. At this point it goes on an off all the time. When it is on I cannot put it into 4WD.I dont think they were trying to sell me a lemon, but at the end of the day that is kind of what it turned out to be. I also had to replace the muffler about 6 months after buying it.

Went in knowing what I wanted,found very close to what I was looking for,If I was more patient I would have waited for them to find me a charcoal color but black is really sharp looking too.everyone was very attentive and helpful to me,I was in and out with a great car in less than an hour.Prices are very comfortable on the wallet too.

I stopped to look at a Subaru WRX that they have on the lot. The price they had it listed for was “fair” until I looked at the car. There were literally holes drilled in the bumper. It had all over gouges and scratches in the paint, both front inner fender liners were shredded (not sure how that could have happened), it was modified and had household plumbing fittings used, because it was modified it had no catalytic converters (can not legally be driven in PA and should not pass emissions), also because it was modified it requires a return of the ECU but the PO kept the tuner which means the car is no longer tuned. A new tuner and tune is $1200-$1500 for a proper tune. I asked about the high price with all these issues and was told the typical scumbag used car dealer bs about “live pricing” which didnt take any of the above listed issues into play. I drove 10 minutes and looked at an unmodified very clean WRX of similar price, year and mileage.. I’ll be going back to talk to that dealership when they open. Buyer beware buying from this place!!!!!!!!

Buying a car is not something I would put at the top of my list of Fun Things to do on your day off. I would give Car Connection Superstore a rating of zero stars; unfortunately, that is not an option.Nearly a year ago, I purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander Limited from Car Connection Superstore.This purchase was to replace a Jeep Commander that was totaled in an accident at no fault of my own.The “new” Jeep Commander was delivered with a service engine soon light on.The staff at Car Connection informed me that it would be taken care of at a Jeep dealership located near me because it was still under manufacturer’s warranty.In addition, any rental car expenses incurred would be reimbursed by Car Connection.The service engine soon light was not the only initial problem with the vehicle.The vehicle leaked water on the driver’s side, driver’s side rear seat and in the trunk area.Not even a month later the vehicle had an oil leak which resulted in more maintenance needing to be done which was at the expense of Car Connection.However, the issues with the vehicle continued such as the service four wheel drive system light came on, the radio stopped working as did the air conditioning,the pressure tire system needed to be replace and the service engine soon light continued to come on. All of these mechanical and functional issues with the vehicle were discussed with the staff (including owner Michael), it was determined that it would be best for me to search for another vehicle from Car Connection Superstore.I made the 6 hour drive to New Castle, PA in hopes that Car Connection would have a vehicle in their inventory that would fit my criteria; however, much to my dismay, Car Connection would require that I take a loss on the Jeep resulting in negative equity which would need to increase my monthly vehicle payment. In addition, Car Connection ask that I put more money down on the potential “new” vehicle.Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership frustrated and disappointed.Michael at Car Connection vowed to find me a vehicle to meet my criteria and needs plus he wanted to make the situation right.However, months passed without one vehicle being brought to my attention.Car Connection states on their website,“Our Vehicle Locating Service can find your car in as quickly as 24 hours with no charge!”Isn’t it funny that they couldn’t find me one prospect of a vehicle in over 2 months?!?!In addition, Car Connection states on their website that “Our goal is to take care of you the moment you step on our lot to years to come afterwards.”Well if a LACK of dedication, timeliness, efficiency and honesty is a part of that “taking care of you” policy, I believe that Car Connection delivered on all of the above.This business did not make me a priority instead they made excuses.In addition, the timeliness of communication was nonexistent.For example,I was told I would receive an e-mail on either Saturday or Monday yet I didn’t receive the email til early evening on Tuesday.And it didn’t just happen with a delay of emails, but also phone calls.I know if I had the same excuses for a delay in doing my job or communicating that I definitely would not be employed.And to think that Car Connection Superstore was voted as the Quality Dealer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association.I advise my fellow used car consumers to do your research of the business by contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, ask questions, and diligently review the Car Fax. Since I brought up the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I would like to discuss that Car Connection Superstore is NOT accredited; however, they do have BBB decals on the doors of the store. In addition, this business DOES have complaints against them not including my complaint.In my opinion, Car Connection Superstore is your stereotypical used car lot with salesmen that lack integrity, honesty, diligence and efficiency.Again, just my opinion.Now Michael, you said I was unrealistic so I hope this review is REAL enough for you.
