They were very Professional, did a good job in a short amount of time. They kept me legal - explained that I couldnt darken my windshield - stayed within the legal limits on the door windows, and convinced me to go as dark as possible with my sunroof which I wasnt going to do. I am glad now that I did it was a good job and I would recommend them to anybody who wants windows tinted.

I only had the two front windows tinted it only took them 45 minutes . There are some very small bubbles on the top edge of my drive side window. Wait to see if it goes away. That why I took away one star.
I wanted my company van tinted all the way around and they told me no.
They provide you online or phone estimate when you get there layers they add $50 minimum from initial estimate

I went to Sunbusters yesterday to get my cars window tint. I knew that they do a good on tinting cars because Ive been there before. So, I went there again with my brand new car. But this time I got pretty upset because while working on my window, they put on a deep scratch on my car (see the pic). I literally bought the car 3 weeks ago and I love my car, and this is pretty disappointing service! I dont know if they will take the responsibility for this, but Im really really upset. I gonna have to think twice to return there again. I hand washed my car the day before so I know for sure that there wasnt any deep scratch like that anywhere on the car. I found the scratch after I got my car back from them, which clearly points out that it happened when the car was in their garage. This is really sad and disappointing.
Very helpful, informative customer service and it only took a couple of hours for them to finish the work after I dropped it off. Was able to get a quote via email and bring it in the next day. The results are beautiful, and this is the second vehicle weve had tinted with Sunbusters. Thank you so much!

I had been looking for a good window tinting company for a while. I came across Sunbusters Window Tinting and they provided great service. The staff interaction with customers was welcoming. Minimal wait time and excellent product. The 3M tint I purchased was installed carefully and neat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs tinting services.
They were pretty good for the price. Somehow my rear window tint messed up when curing I guess because it has a bunch of long weird bubbles so I will probably get it redone somewhere else. They were nice and not crazy pricy though. Also the rest of the windows came out perfect so Im not sure if it was there fault or a fluke

A little pricey paid 95 for two windows on Volkswagen Atlas. The plus side I was in and out in about 1/2 hour 45 minutes. Windows look great also very professional job thanksSunbusters.
Customer service was great. They have been doing this a long time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Support your local business owners. They do high end cars too, I got my Cadillac done here for 250. If you cut corners on the price it will show on the work being done. Keep up the good work

Took my fiances car here on a last minute idea for a birthday gift today. They accept walk ins on first come first serve. I arrived at 10am and was out by 11:30. I called the shop and they serviced my car the same day and the tint job was absolutely excellent. The shop is clean and the staff is very professional.I will definitely refer my friends and coworkers to get windows tinted here.
Expect to drop a pretty penny here. You do get what you pay for however. The price seemed fair at best, but I’d recommend doing research if you want to save some more money. Nonetheless, they did a great job.

Had my new Rt charger done here Im very picky when it comes to having my new cars tinted. These guys are professionals they use computer cut tint so the tint fits perfectly. They also clean up the inside of your car once they are done. I highly recommend these guys!!!
I had 2 cars tinted by these guys. They did an amazing job and my cars are now much cooler on the inside because of the 3M Crystalline they installed. I will return with my future cars since they did an amazing job.
We have had 3 cars tinted here thus far. not the least expensive shop around, but work is very high quality and always bubble free. why go cheapest bidder on something that youll look at every day? as always -kudos to sunbusters!

Price:I opted to pay for the premium 3M application, I feel that vehicle estimates depend on brand level, so it was hard to gauge competitiveness, for an example BMW versus a Hyundai. My i3 was relatively smaller compare to other vehicles.Installation:The installation seem professional, however spotted some grains/grit trapped in the film application on my driver side, which disappointed me specially at the price point, I expect it to be a flawless installation.
While they do, do a great job on your car, they do over charge if you are black, and they under charge if you are another race like Hispanic/Spanish. At least that was my experience this past weekend. I even over heard the employee tell his customer a lower price than he quoted me. Funny thing is he said it in Spanish thinking I wouldnt understand it, but speak Spanish as well being that I am not fully black and i am from the west. I paid $ 95 to get two windows tinted. Beware if you are black in my opinion.

This was the second car I have taken to sunbusters and both times I have been highly impressed by their work. I dont know why people are saying they are dishonest about pricing the guys were straight forward as can be with the different pricing between the 3M and less expensive global films. Keep up the good work I recommend you guys to everyone I know.
I noticed 2 days after initial install/ service there were alot of air bubbles and particles in the one of the 2 windows/tinted. So called then stopped by the shop yesterday where ronald a rude, aggressive, poor customer service sales asscoiate inspected my window and indicated the air bubbles and lint particles were supposed cracks in my window and the tint warranty does not apply to cracks. I explained to him that there are no cracks on my window and it clearly looks like lint particles that were visible to the eye and touchable within the tint. He still insisted they were cracks and insisted the warranty might not apply and i would have to pay more money out of pocket. They removed the intial tint and it was confirmed as i speculated air bubles and lint particles and proceeded to replace the tint under their guarenteed warranty. As i waited i asked a few general questions to the receptionist wondering why the factory tint was lighter than the tint they placed on my 2016 Jeep, even thought they were the same percent/color. The same sales associate ronald then came in with aggression explaining and inquiring if i had a problem when i was generally asking questions to get an understanding espectially since this was my 1st window tinting experience with them and 1st experience in general. I then asked the receptionist for the owner or managers info so i could report ronald for his rude customer service. While i waited the associate that performed the actual window tinting handed me my key smushing it into my hand. I then inspected the window and saw a few bubbles and a indintation, and simply asked if they can smooth out the tint one more time before i leave and the 3 day curring time starts again for another 3 days . The associate/now turned manager - ronald (eventually admitted he was a co manager after i asked for the owner info and smoothing before leaving the shop) he then got upset and stated if youre unhappy ill just remove the tint then refund you. I said sir im simply just asking if you guys can smooth out the areas mentioned so that the same problem doesnt happen again. he (ronald) then declined and shoed me away from the premises. I also have a recording of the conversation where you can hear how rude, aggressive, demeaning and unprofessional he was towards me. the service I received was unacceptable and unprofessional. Although a refund was presented throughout the equation, as the customer all I simply asked was for the tinting to be smoothed out before leaving the shop and the 3 day curing process started again And i was spoken to unprofessonally, declined service (smoothing of the fixture) and shoed away from the premises. Beside the interaction with Ronald the sales associate, co owner manager whoever he is, the service is speedy as far as application but its a gamble if they will adhere to their tinting warranty if something goes wrong on their behalf and will try to swindle you out of more money. they lack compassion and customer service. This whole situation happened if front of many other customers as well. I most likely wont spend Any more money or get services from this shop ever again.

If youre looking for a professionally installed tint job, this is the place for you. This place is run by a guy who knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work, so if youre looking for a pro get your tint job done here.If you want a cheap and quick tint job go somewhere else. Youll have to arrive early and allot at least 2.5 hours wait time because they dont want their workers rushed and eventually making mistakes.I like the tint job. I love the professionalism. Most of all, I agree with the management style.
I had my windows done here and I loved it well I still do, one exception though I had a little hole on one of them which I intend to take my car back to correct the problem. Otherwise I will recommend them anytime. As a matter of fact I am taking a car in to get tinted this week. Looking forward to it.

The first time I went to Sunbusters was on a Saturday back in March and they were booked, but the guy at the front desk (young Hispanic guy) looked at my Jeep, asked me what I wanted and gave his recommendations. Told me it would be best to come early or during an off-peak day/time.Fast forward to late May/early June, on my second trip to Sunbusters. I walked in to get tints on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and ended up walking right out of this place with nothing done to it. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner who proceeded to explain the different brands and types of tints they have.I was not familiar with one of the brands so I was looking it up on my phone (because I like to do research about what Im getting) when the owner gets a personal call on his cell phone and takes it right in front of me. I thought to myself, Thats fine, maybe its a quick call and by the time I decide what tint I want, hell be off the phone. Nope! He continues talking on the phone, even after I made and held eye contact with him.I walked straight out of there and went to HALLSTAR TINT in Laurel. Got ceramic tints in my two front windows and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Then I went back the next day to let them install my Sony radio unit. PLUS they honored the discounted price shown on their website and give customers a free car wash if they write a good review and screenshot it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HALLSTAR...UNLIKE SUNBUSTERS, whose OWNER has no training in customer service. Super disappointing and do not recommend Sunbusters at all.
These guys know what theyre doing, and they do it quickly. Never had a problem with my tints, and its not the phony purple crap either. Not to mention, cheap! Get your stuff done here.

My second tint job here on another car and it was great. I have friends who have gone to other places so I took care in shopping around. Everything was carefully done and it looks like right off the dealership lot. No bubbles, streaks, peeling, or discoloration. I dont have auto dim mirrors and tints made a huge difference for those, trucks and aftermarket headlights in the rear view. Would highly recommend there is pride and onwership of the work done here.

Not a very trustworthy place. I walked in and was told they have two different types of tints: 1 for $180 and 1 for $230. These prices seemed high so I left the shop and called back and hour later. On the phone he said 1 for $160 and 1 for $210. These prices are still high and I did not appreciate the dishonesty of the employees.

Definitely professional reasonable price they do not dirty the car with javon on the outside like others nor the door panels on the inside nor do they cut the plastic with knives all automated in the cuts you do not have to return in 3 days to accommodate the rubber of the glass inside they are careful I recommend them they are the best
