My experience was very good. I ordered the Rainbow Butterfly bouquet with rainbow berries it was so beautiful and delicious. My daughter was so happy when I surprised her with this basket. I originally was not going to buy her this the plan was to try it at home but I never made chocolate strawberries haha so I’d left it to the professionals. I did do this last minute and was very thankful they was able to do so in such a short amount of time. Employees there was very friendly and overall was such a great service. Thank you Edibles!

Terrible, terrible service this past Sunday for Mothers Day. I ordered the Berry Happy Mothers Day Cookie bundle and it was a nightmare. First, the fruit bouquet came with the chocolate melted all at the bottom of the plastic wrap it came in and second, the cookies and balloon NEVER came with the fruit bouquet either. I wasted $73 and for what?I called right after the delivery and was told I would be getting a complimentary cookie platter and chocolate covered strawberries for compensation. The original order (aka the one I was waiting for all day) came just before 5PM and the store told me the complimentary items would come before 7PM and surprise, surprise: they did NOT!So, I called the next day to make sure the order was coming (because I was told that if it wouldnt be delivered by 7PM on Mothers Day, then the day after would be best because it wasnt a holiday). When I called them at 3:30 on Monday, the girl on the phone said that she would check if the driver had my order and stated that he did. I waited and waited and nothing came in again.I have given up and if you are thinking from ordering anything from this Edible Arrangements store, think again and find another place with more reliable delivery services and competent employees. I have never left a review on anything, but the fact that I spent all that money for a gift that was supposed to be for my mother and grandmother and it came in looking horrendous has left my blood boiling. I felt it was necessary to share this so that other folks are not robbed. I understand that Mothers Day was busy, but there is no excuse for this lack of transparency when it comes to the complimentary items I was supposed to receive. If they werent going to give me anything then they should have just said so instead of keeping my hopes up.

Absolutely the worst experience purchasing white chocolate cover strawberries. The strawberries were old with gashes on them. The chocolate was clumpy and bumpy and wasn’t dipped fully. The leaves on the strawberries were brown and looked like they been there forever. The employee didn’t see anything wrong with them. Was nice but was on the phone the whole time. Definitely not going back.

I meant to write a review earlier today I had such a wonderful experience with them. Today I went in to pick up an order for myself, the staff was great. They have a variety of options available as well . I highly recommend the fresh fruit salad or if your looking for some chocolate dip fruit they also have the dip cones for 5.99. The nice lady there also offer me a sample and boy was that delicious.

Honestly I stopped by the place it looks well clean, workers had their mask and gloves on and they were very nice I ordered a small box of strawberry and the strawberries were huge and very delicious! This store is actually very good despite the reviews I encourage people to stop by and witnessing themselves. Happy customer over here.

They were the only store who answered my call to place and order for valentines I understand every store is busy but for no one to take my order was insane I greatly appreciate the staff in this store not only they placed my order but it was delivered so fast received it by 2pm! And it was amazing ! Thank you guys so much everyone please order from them. I’m glad i placed my order with the Newbritan store, Happy valentines.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you didnt preorder anything thats also ok. Walk-in are welcome and can help you get what you need! Specially for last minute. I enjoyed my services here and I do recommend others to go and check it out!

Stop by a week ago an employee with really curly hair light color skin came to greet me and had NO MASK on. During COVID all employees in a work place should be required to have on a mask.

I’ve been coming here since October I love them. They always go out of their way for me, I recently order for Valentines this year and my husband and I both enjoyed our Strawberries!

After seeing so many reviews I was skeptical at first but after I spoke to the employee Tatiana she helped me with my order, she’s a very nice and professional girl . She did a good job with it I am grateful this is by far my go to store now thank you so much.

I visited with my sister in-law who deals with health issues and wasnt feeling well that evening. We went an hour before closing and the short employee was very rude and impatient. She was polite at first but quickly became very rude because my sister in-law was taking too long for her. We were the only customers in the store and to make things worse the driver never delivered the arrangement. It was a waste of time and money.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location they are the best the manager Tatiana is by far the best manager she’s so sweet and helped me with my order. It was made so prefect ! I highly highly highly recommend this location like I said she handle my order perfectly I will be returning.

Called in for a pick up last minute and the lady there took my order even waiting for me to get there very satisfied with this store I arrived at 6 and she waited for me very grateful for that my order was very delicious as well very pleased thank you

They had the door open while I was waiting for a 12 count box of strawberries . I witnessed the employees dry off fruit with a stained washcloth. I was apalled, havent purchased for edible arrangements since. Very disappointed.

I had walked into edible arrangements a few days ago, I was trying to get me and my significant other a box of chocolate strawberries and a short puerto rican girl came and did my order but while she was completing it in the back I seen her drop a strawberry and put it back in the box and then continued to serve me the box.

I live in Texas and placed an order for my mom who lives in New Britain. My brother went to pick it up and they did not have it, which is not the biggest issue. He was given an attitude, told that he shouldnt wait last minute and didnt offer no solution or refund. Completely unprofessional from a company thats so big. In addition no gloves or masks were being worn as they prepared the arrangements and workers were coming straight from the outside to the kitchen without washing their hands.

I stopped in for a quick thank you gift and the associate was so great with everything. She helped me pick out something and made it so appealing. She went the extra mile and it was appreciated not only by me but the person the gift was for. Sorry no photos this time around...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁👌

If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS. I ordered this Mother’s Day chocolate covered strawberry box along with 2 cake pops on May 1st to get delivered on Friday (5/8). It never show up until today. When we opened the box they were all over the place, messed up & were thrown all around the box. The chocolate was also very very soft & we never received any of the cake pops. I spent $100 on this & find this totally unacceptable. I have tried to call the store multiple times, nobody answers & the phone gets disconnected. This was my first order through them & I can honestly say I’ll never buy another thing from them.

I Went to this location to purchase an arrangement for a function and the fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff here are very friendly keeping you coming back for more. Ive used them multiple times now and will continue to use them and recommend them to friends. I continue to tell people to come down to this store.

Always a problem with my order every time after all the chances Ive given them. Also, I emailed them about my problem months ago. What is the point of having a contact email when nobody replies to you?! Poor customer service.

I know that today is Valentines day, but this is by far one of the worst locations in terms of customer service. I have been calling all day to find out if the order I placed two days in advance will be delivered today. Unfortunately, when I call the listed number two things happened, first in the morning there is a very loud message that keeps repeating saying someone will be right with you but noone ever picks up and second the rest of the day I cannot get through because it tells me the line is busy. Its almost like someone took the phone off the hook. If my VALENTINES day ordrr is not delivered on VALENTINES day I will be looking for a full refund.

Went there to place an order for my anniversary get the strawberries dipped in chocolate and the whole nine yard but they dont have there red printed boxes or bags or anything they show you the beautiful display and wanna charge you the full price but then the fella that was helping me out stated he had no boxes or bags or sprinkles of any kind but he can put a wafer thats says i love you .. Really that automatically comes with it then he goes on a tantrum about Donald trump and the tariffs thats why they not receiving the nice boxes or bags or sprinkles i said look if you show me something i expect to get that arrangement not a lame excuse about why you dont have your stuff correct dont charge me for something and give me something else then expect me to pay you for what you thought i would like cheap service lame excuses and no good customer service what so ever you lost a customer

Very poor quality!! I have delivery for mothers day. Was 5 hours late delivery. Over ripe pineapple, strawberries wet and soft. The arrangement was empty dont even half of the fruit like the pictures. Super disappointment and sad whit my present. Not recommended this location at all.

I submitted three pictures of a pineapple pop I bought. I walked in about 4 hours before their closing time, and the lady behind the counter told me she was closing in an hour because she hadnt had a customer in the past hour 0_o I shouldve walked out. She hesitantly said shell have to turn the chocolate back on, then wait, then cut, then dip-so basically making it. She said itll take about 15 minutes for it to set. I waited about 20, and she handed me the worst Ive ever seen from edible arrangements. I saidWhat is this???She told me its the cupcake. I told her-it looks nothing like it. I kid you not she said It has the white and dark chocolate with sprinkles, thats what it comes with....I was like That DOESNT mean it looks like whats advertised! She said she could make me another one but it would be another 20 minutes for 1 single pineapple pop. I had already paid and didnt want to deal with her any longer. She literally didnt understand why it wasnt ok- I wont be going back to this one. Ill just order from the Meriden location.

I do not recommend this place, I am still waiting with a receipt of payment in my hands for the gift that my husband bought for Valentines Day and that you are never sent people. When I call them to find out what the problem was, it has no logical explanation and they do not know anything about my gift. My husband will have to show up to see if it is possible to get his money back !!!
