This auto sales place is best in New Britain ct you can find nice and clean cars with multiple brands with favorable price.

Everything seemed fine at first, the test drive was fine and the car looked great. But 2 to 3 days after owning it the check engine light came on and then I called to complain so they sent me to their mechanic which I already knew was a red flag. They charge me a few dollars for that he just took off the check engine light sent me about my way the next day it came back on, now the car is running a little louder than it was before and I have to take it to a real mechanic to get a fix because these people are scammers. So at the end of the day I don’t trust him with your moneyOr your business because they are just trying to get over on you and everything sounds great at first but it’s not. Also just so you know I did not buy a cheap car if that is what you are thinking I spent a decent amount of money and it was not one of the cheaper cars in the lot

Every car in there has bad motor oil or transmission fluid.. they gave me a 09 Honda Accord coupe with transmission error codes to test drive. After telling us theres nothing wrong with the car.

Drove one hour to get there and it had check engine light, check four wheel drive system, and low tire pressure. When we called said everything was fine. Disappointed.

Went to check out a vehicle I talked to the guy before I took the hour drive there and he said there were no problems with it. When I got there the guy on the lot said its great I just drove it yesterday your going to love it! During the test drive I noticed it making a loud sound and I pulled over to check it out and noticed underneath the ball joints were completely shot and the muffler had tons of spots with jb weld and something was also wrong with the gaskets (and who knows what else).. definitely wont be buying from this place.

They went out of their way to save me money. Very nice and responsive to my needs.

So I went to see him for a car as soon as I left the check engine light came on I call him he said bring it back that I pay for parts he will fix it I explained to him that I am not paying nothing that I just got the car I bring the car back the next day for him to fix that and other thing and he called the cops I got nothing fixed super bad business man and really bad cars the have a man in the back fixing crashed cars and damaged cars to see them have you come back to get it fixed and pay more money

Be careful before buying cars from this dealer. I would recommend dont buy anything.The VIN report is also not true. CarFax/AutoCheck always give good feedback, which is not true. Because all issues are not reported to VIN.Photos look good, but when you go and see the car, there is something that is broken. They wont give you all the details on the phone or posted adds ofn website of FB marketplace.I went there to see the Toyota Prius car. The cars coolant was broken and seems like the car was painted after some kind of accident. There was an Engine Oil issue with the car. So many Red Flags for me.

We asked them to hold a car for us which we planned to pay cash for it the next morning. They agreed. They sold the car and acted like they had never talked to us the next day.

Customer service and sales are a little out of touch, so bring a mechanic or someone who knows cars and do your own inspection. Prices here seem to be very reasonable, and BELOW market value. They had the car i chose detailed and brand new tires put on before i picked it up. Just keep in mind when shopping *this is a USED CAR LOT*

Bought a Jeep here, engine light came on immediately! They attempted to fix it Several times and months later my light stays on and will not pass emmisions! The owner said he cant do anything about it! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Polite but false advertising for some vehicles

Terrible customer service. called in before i traveled a hour to see a vehicle & the car had a rip on the back of the driver seat. none of the vehicles have shown to be serviced. check engine light was on along with other lights. was told one thing over the phone & when i came in they tried to charge me more.

Unfortunately this place ripped me off. exhaust system fell off soon after purchase but they would not fix it. over $1200 in repairs needed right away. please beware of AK Auto Sales and Repair and take your money elsewhere.
