This Cub is fine overall, but 5 stars for their pharmacy! The pharmacy feels like a small hometown pharmacy - theyre friendly and attend to people quickly. They automatically refill prescription meds so theyre ready when needed. They even do convenient walk-ins for vaccines like the flu shot and more. Thank you, Cub Pharmacy Rice Creek!

If buying a sale priced item, rip the yellow sale price tag from the shelf and take it with you to check out. Itll speed things up when the item rings up full price at check out. (This happens way too often. Funny how they never accidentally ring up sale prices.)

Its obviously a grocery store and I really like the location. However, they are routinely out of stock of some very obvious products. For example, Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (spirals) has about a 50% probability of being in stock. As a father of young children, this is obviously a staple in our household (and apparently other households as well). Other stock-outs in the past several months include whip cream, cheerios and basamanti rice.I find they are generally understaffed (but that is increasingly an issue at all retail locations).Their Self-Checkout is hit-or-miss also. If theres a problem, expect to wait for help to get it resolved.If you have children, they can get a free cookie at the bakery.They have a nice selection of deli options and the area in the deli was improved with the recent renovation.I have been visiting this Cub Foods for over 20 years.I just cant figure out why a grocery store located in the heart of a great school district is routinely out of food that kids like to eat.With all of that said, the location is fantastic and I will continue to go there.

This Cub location has a large area in a quiet corner of the store with tables for those who want to eat in the store. Very handy, as it is in walking distance of several apartment complexes and business.

Where I do most of my grocery shopping very clean helpful employees weekly ads are good prices arent too bad either.

I love Cub, but this place needs an upgrade. The carts are loud and barely move, and there are always extremely long lines when busy. Whoever writes up that schedule outta be embarrassed.

I live about a 2 minute walk from this Cub, and I have a brain injury that prevents me from driving.The employees here are so rude that I take extra bus trips and spend extra money to avoid this Cub Foods. The employees and corporate should be ashamed of their treatment of customers

Are only non-aldi option in the immediate area. They almost always have what we need, but the pricing forces us elsewhere for certain items.

Great store, but some of their employees smell of marijuana! When walking by the smoking area it is quite obvious. This is NOT okay, especially since families with young children frequent the store! Customer service desk workers are very friendly and have helped me everytime I’ve needed something

Great employees, always looking nice, with that said gas station pricing on EVERYTHING! Im talking 20-40% more on EVERYTHING they sale. Im in a family of two and we just ended up putting our stuff back and going out to eat, and ya know what....we SAVED Money doing that. Sad that this is the situation as it is very close to my house, however Im going to gladly travel a mighty distance to get reasonable priced food.

I like this Cub Foods way better than the big ones. It is so much quicker to find what you need and get outta there. Still pricier than Aldi.

They should do more to remind customers that they need to wear masks while in the store. I saw many not social distancing and pulling masks down or off.

The deli department NEEDS HELP !!! They need a bell or something because the workers NEVER pay attention to the customers waiting to be helped ! Theres only one person working the deli all the time; they NEED more workers in deli !!!! NOT HAPPY # THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE !

Good for quick runs to grab whatever you might be missing. But the selection here is pretty weak compared to the larger stores. That being said, i really enjoy shopping here. There are 2 grocery stores closer to my home but i often drive to this location instead since it is so cozy and enjoyable.

Mostly come here for the Amazon lockers, but there is always room here and never in St. Anthony. Store has always seemed clean when Ive gone in, and employees nice.

I’ve found a lot of stuff expired there and it’s just disorganized . ALSO, PLEASE GET BETTER SELF CHECKOUTS!!! I was there a few days ago and it was stuck for 5 minutes with a line behind me and no employees to help. Food is good, but the quality of the store could be better.

My favorite Cub Foods in the whole world. Small (I think the smallest in the State) but got everything you need, Ive been coming here for 15 plus years and I see a lot of the same workers there as well, even the young ones managed to stick around for a while. Amazing place.

Overall: cluttered, crowded, and small. Aisles have displays blocking traffic (even during COVID-19), pallets clutter the store, never seem to have enough cashiers, deli workers ignore people, and incomplete stock. Not like other Cub stores.

Kinda hidden away from the main road but just did a great remodeling the store looks great. So new love the new set up. They have the best bakery there people help me when I needed more off one item. I swear she went and made it well I shopped. They are wonderful. Not my normal Cub foods but it will be from now on.

I ordered a full sheet cake with cut up strawberries and pineapple in the middle for my daughters third birthday. The cake was really good and pretty there was no cake left after the party. They get a big 10 in my book.

Worst cub foods in the world and they are always out of cake. Need a last minute cake? Well dont come here as they never have any. Unless its frozen. They are always out of most things and very over priced. Stay away, stay far aware from this awful cub foods.

Keep in mind this is a small Cub Foods Store. Deli can be hit or miss especially with having items like cole slaw available. 2 of my last three visits they were out. They also recently renovated the store.

OK place to get groceries. Self-checkout is nice AND they also take Apple Pay, which is kinda nice. Quite frankly, Im surprised that you can use Apple Pay at Cub Foods and NOT Target. Whats up with that?

Really disappointed today. No mask enforcement whatsoever. Two individuals with no mask at all and almost every aisle had someone wearing it under their nose. I watched the “no mask” folks walk right by numerous employees.

Their prices have increased, in leaps and bounds, not pennies, too disproportionately for all the stores remodeling projects. Especially in staple categories. Have discussed with manager, who, though sympathetic, could offer no explanation, nor coupon opportunities, etc. So disappointed in a store that I used to patronize as my usual food source. No more, though, thankyou Aldis and HiVee. Goodbye Cub!

Small sized makes for convenient shopping. Most staff are long-timers. All friendly. I appreciate the amount of organic and healthy food they do stock as most customers prefer the processed cr*p. Not optimistic about future with new competition in town.

Six feet apart when paying for food,two feet apart when bagging food. I am bagging my food with a mask on, two feet from a guy with no mask. Not to safe.

Cool store... unusual layout for a Cub... takes a tiny bit of time to learn where everything is if youre used to shopping at the great big mega Cub Foods stores.

They have a lot of variety of products. I love this cub foods. The employees are very friendly.

Most if the employees are nice. The only problem I have had is the deli section and they have one female there who thinks she isnt working when she speaks to you. Very disrespectful talks down to you. Horrible experience there, however a supervisor helped render the situation. But just be aware

In the past 3 or 4 years this location has constantly change the location of its items. This last time has made it hard to find anything, I was going to buy some cleaning supplies but I couldn’t find all of what I was looking for. i.e. the paper towel isle was separated from the cleaning isle by the chips water etc., and to get a bucket for the mop you had to take off the mops and mop heads. It shouldn’t be that complicated and until it’s fixed I’m going to walmart

I like Cub. This is a smaller one, but support a local chain, and your local grocers union. This one was newly renovated and reorganized.

Constantly having problems with this Cub foods. I understand not having enough staff but please do not leave new employees at registers/ customer service if they are not fully trained and do not feel comfortable with all the functions yet. Everytime I come I have a problem with the registers, whether it be self check out or an employee rings me up. Im usually patient and wait because its not like Im gonna walk out without my groceries, but when I have to constantly say If you dont know, maybe someone else could help? And being told No, I can figure it out it gets kind of frustrating. Maybe employees are not encouraged to ask for managers help here? I dont know. But I hope this Cub foods improves its customer service.

Cub seriously needs to figure out what peak times are. After work every day its always super busy and there are 2-3 cashiers. The staff is nice but management needs to figure out hours.

Id rate it higher than any other food outlet near mounds view or new brighton.. a very good place to visit for daily needs
