My experience was not good with this company.I had a 1000 gallon propane tank @ my lake home for over 12 years with Beaudry. In September of 2015, Beaudry said that I owed them $150/year for low use, which I ignored because you cant just drop a new fee on someone without notice. After a few months, I received a letter saying that if I didnt pay the fee (which applied to 2014), and then the current years fee that theyd take my tank. I made a verbal agreement with their service manager to provide a smaller tank, and scheduled an appointment 3 days later. They never showed, and then denied that we had an agreement and an appointment.3 weeks later they called and told me that if I didnt pay up theyd take the tank. The next week they did just that while I was not there. I had 300 gallons in that tank, which I paid about $1000 for...theyre paying me $350 for the value of the fuel.I wish this would have gone differently, very disappointed in my experience.
