We always love going Clocktower. It is our neighborhood store and they are always friendly. Not every brand out there but as a solid staple store it cant be beat.

Lived near by for 8 years. Not a huge liquor store so the selection is very minimal. The short guy who works there almost all the time is rude and never friendly, which is unfortunate because the owner is really nice. The municipal liquor store down Silver Lake Road has a better selection and friendly staff.

Fairly good selection of beers and spirits, especially for their size. Nice selection of local options.Ive had really mixed luck with employees here though. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and polite, but other times the staff has been super rude. The most recent time I was here (tonight, a Saturday), the cashier was pretty cold and rude.

This is such a great liquor store! Friendly staff, reasonable prices, they even have a discount on Tuesdays for seniors! Never have I heard of such a thing anywhere else! Not to mention the business is located in a nice area and the variety is rather large for the overall size of the facility! Went in and had a friendly conversation with the gentleman at the counter and he helped me with everything I needed without being intrusive. Will definitely return! Very expensive unnecessarily. If you can go to a sams club liquor do so. Also, the gentleman at the counter very unfriendly. We will not return.

Great selection of craft beer, wine and spirits. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Due to in increase in prices for Imported liquor, the prices have actually gone up at a lower percentage then larger stores. They are very great at finding substitutes that are nearly the same taste for very expensive liquors.

This is a nice little liquor store with some of the most friendly staff! They may even give you a great deal if your friendly and a regular!

BIG shout out to Artem! I was desperate attempting to find a bottle of gin to send to my friend in New Brighton for her 60th birthday. Although he did not have the variety in stock I wanted he went to the extra trouble to source it for me at a competitor. I live in London, ON Canada and appreciated so much him going ABOVE and beyond in order to assist me. It will be delivered to my friend tomorrow and I am beyond grateful. Thank you Artem, this is customer service at its finest!!

Extremely expensive. Would be a good location if prices werent so ridiculous. I understand its a new building, however it should still be priced to compete.

A great selection of locally- and nationally-distributed craft beer — pretty decent as far as small independently owned liquor stores are concerned. Several refrigerated shelves and coolers for craft beer alone and only two shelves for craft beer that ARENT refrigerated. Props to them for their generous efforts to keep the beer refrigerated and fresh!

Ive been going to this liquor store for a couple years. Theyve always been very helpful, and have even gone out of their way to order a specific type of liquor brand.Now enough of talking up this liquor store... This WAS one of the best liquor stores i go to... Today something changed that completely.I was taking my cat for a car ride and on a leashed walk through the park. I had to pick up a bottle of vodka so i brought her with me. Before i just brought her in the store i called and verified it would be ok.....THEY SAID YES!!! As long as i held her. Officially this is THE BEST liquor store i can recommend. Although you should always call to verify your specific pet would be welcome, they seemed to be very excited about seeing her. XD

Had been there many times as it was the closest store to me. The manager has always been very polite and helpful. The woman who works most afternoons/evenings had always been polite and chatty and friendly. I went there one evening for a bottle and a lottory ticket for my husband. The store attendant was on the phone, so I didnt say anything as she rang up the bottle. I signed and sent two dollars on the counter and waited patiently for the attendant to finish her call. After a minute, she waved goodbye at me, and I pointed at the lottery and mouthed that I wanted a ticket. She shooed me out of the store. A week or two later, I saw the manager at the store and told him what had happened, saying that I appreciated his business, and wanted to continue patronizing his store. He said he would address the issue and thanked me. A month later, I went back and met the same woman who had refused to serve me weeks earlier. She told me she knew that I had complained about her, and demanded that if I had an issue with her, I should have spoken to her. I told her that I tried to speak to her when she was on the clock months earlier, but she had blown me off which was why I spoke to her boss. She continued to tell me that I was out of line talking to the manager. I had always had positive experiences at this store, but if they continue to employ rude and combative employees, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Dont waste your time and money here.
