After visiting 4 auto detailing shops this summer in the Northwest suburbs over a 3-month period to see who was legit, Brighton Unique Auto in New Brighton is hands down the best. Their prices are fair, and their service is outstanding. They take care of every detail and leave my Jaguar looking brand spanking new inside and out. I bought a Groupon for services here. Im normally not someone to be impressed, particularly off a Groupon (where I expect half effort services given the business doesnt make much money), but this business exceeded my expectations. They were very hospitable and did terrific work. In particular, I purchased a car detailing package. My vehicle appeared nearly like new. I plan to return for other mechanic services.

Honesty, fair pricing, friendliness, and good communication are the reasons why Im so grateful for this local business. So much better than going to a chain store.

I bought a vehicle off of the owner a couple of weeks ago and he made sure the vehicle I bought was a very good running vehicle! He told my husband and I if anything goes wrong with it just give him a call and we did when we noticed something wasn’t right with it and he made sure to find out what was wrong. There was also a second time something wasn’t right and he had me bring it in again and made sure it was fixed correctly and he never asked me to pay a dime!! I love my new car and I plan on going back to him when I start looking for another one for my son.

After my first visit I will never take my car anyplace else! My uncle recommended Unique Auto and I’ve very thankful he did! My over 18 year old car looks/smells/feels brand new on the inside only. My outside is hopeless and told them to do the best that they can. Even my hail damaged, starting to rust car looks the best it as in year! Great prices too! Abdallah and his crew are all very friendly, courteous, very thorough and high quality workers. Fast service to make it all the better! I never felt like he was taking advantage of me too! I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!

Abdallah restored my faith in humanity today....or at least in honest purveyors of quality auto repair at an honest price. I took my Yukon in for a second opinion on some leaking cooling lines for engine and transmission, after dealer garage cost estimate left me in a state of shock. He saved me 50-60% on those....but the real miracle came later....In passing, I’d told him about the passenger taillight LED lamp needing to be replaced. I’d previously been told by two separate garages/body shops that it was not fixable and needed replacement. $900+!!!!!!!! :(. Fully in shock (again) I remembered my old pal, Abdallah. I remembered how honest he was with this stuff. I only started going to dealer when I bought my new GMC truck. Warranty, etc etc. I never should’ve left.Abdallah and his crew actually took more time to diagnose the taillight issue and found a small electrical box/wiring to the taillight assembly, that had come loose and was partially resting on the exhaust behind wheel well. After securing the wiring, the LED worked!!!! This saved me almost $1,000. I couldn’t be more thrilled.In the end, a very difficult week was saved by Abdallah at Brighton Unique Auto. They looked at my vehicle with more than just a scanner. They took some stuff apart and EXAMINED it. This was the difference. Thank you Abdallah!!!! You’re the man!!!

Excellent Small Town repair shop. Many fixes over the years, and also new tires, new battery, and even a pre-purchase inspection of a used car. He is very knowledgeable. He explains what the problem is, and what the options are, and makes good recommendations. His prices are very fair (low) especially compared to the bigger shops. I highly recommend.

We purchased a vehicle from this business, and after driving it for two week the fuel pump went out, followed by the transmission a week after that. Because the vehicle was purchased as is, the owner was unwilling to assist with any costs for repair or take any responsibility for the vehicle he sold. Legally that is his right, but ethically I would hope someone in the business would have wanted to end up with a happy and potentially repeat customer. It just makes good business sense, plus its the right thing to do. (We ended up scrapping the vehicle due to the cost of repairs being greater than the value of the car and are out about $3000.) I wouldnt do business there again.

Id never take my vehicles anywhere else. Abdallah and his crew are knowledgeable, courteous and personal with there service. From detailing my vehicles to maintenance to repair these gentlemen got it covered. Lastly, there is no need for me to compare estimates anymore; they always came out lower with their price...So, how much ever they ask for I just pay..after all, its enough how much they saved me with their honesty.
