The first time Auto Glass Fitters were scheduled to come out to my house to repair my windshield they called and said that it was snowing and I need to have a garage for them to complete the work. So I told them I do and can move the car to the garage. When they arrived, they told me that it was too wet (mind you the car was in the garage) to complete the work. They had told me the way the car was parked and the size of my garage was perfect for change. They would rather come out to do the repair when it isnt wet. The guy told me to run it through the wash and park it in the garage. He stated, the garage is perfect, just want to make sure it isnt wet. I had rescheduled for the 2nd visit. I did exactly what the first tech told me to do. Ran my car through the wash and parked it in the garage over night. Now the 2nd tech showed up and tells me that the garage is too small....I have a 2 car garage that is pretty big. My car was reversed in for better access just incase too. If you want the job done the first time, dont use Auto Glass Fitters. They will give you the run around!

They contacted me on time after my initial call on Saturday and came right over. Technician was courteous and got the job done in good time. Price was a good surprise too.
