Im not a big online reviewer, this is only my 3rd one, but these guys are better than perfect. Possibly the easiest large transaction Ive ever done. Customer service is off the charts. Just purchased my fourth trailer from them and Im sure when I need my next one, Ill be back again. Walked in, had all the paperwork ready to sign. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thats not an exaggeration at all. Literally 10 minutes. That included hooking up and checking lights. Absolutely superb business. Please give them an opportunity to earn your business.

Country style great service (meaning no high pressure tactics, great price, honest)...couldnt be happier with purchase of 81 Corvette.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought a 73 Corvette from them, and it turned out to be a disaster that had been patched up to cover underlying issues. The entire front clip of my car had been literally glued to the mid section of the body. Paint was placed over the seam to hide it, and then as soon as I go to put it on a lift, the car basically snaps in two. I also asked them a few questions about the condition of the car... Does it overheat? No, never had overheating issues, in fact it has a new radiator. As Im literally driving the car back from the lot, the car bursts into smoke overheating. The car was a ticking time bomb!

Easy going, laid back place. Got a sweet off-road trailer for my summer adventures. Custom with high clearance, rugged axle and A/T tires. Id come back for a flat bed or a car tow trailer.

Recently ordered a somewhat complicated custom trailer from Falcon. Jerry was very knowledgeable and helpful. Buck closed the sale on delivery. Neither was pushy, and whatever Trophy made on the deal was minimal (if anything). I would recommend Trophy Motors, as an honest salesman is few and far between :)Update: recently had said trailer serviced for a few minor items... they were fixed... and I wasnt charged!Jerry and Buck are great, they run an honest business and care about customer relationships. On a side note, they sell quite a few interesting cars, nothing boring. Again, highly recommend Trophy Motors.

Jerry made suggestions with no pressure making sure I thought of all options when I bought my trailer. While I was there, Jerry was very helpful to a family looking for a Jeep for their young son, the lot was open to them and Jerry let them browse at their leisure. These guys are Fantastic! I bought one of the least expensive enclosed trailers they sell. I cant go into all of the details of the unbelievable customer service I received because everyone would expect it and they would go out of business. I can tell you that I made a mistake and they worked with me outside of normal business hours and did what was in my best interest rather than trying to make the most money they could. If you value customer service then this is the place and these are the guys you want to deal with. Nobody treats you like a person anymore, they do.

I like Tom & Jerry personally but better deals can be had. Enjoyed shooting the breeze with them both BUT a wholesale price offered for my trade against their retail is NOT a fair offer. Caveat emptor folks!

Buyer BEWARE! Tried to buy 4 wheels in Great Condition! They knowingly allowed me to drive nearly 3 hrs each way to arrive and see that only 1 was in good condition. The other 3 were trashed, and I mean is was obvious why they removed them from the vehicle. He then tried to convince me to have them repaired.... Im a senior officer in the military and this place lacks integrity, ethics and any respect for customers. I would never buy a vehicle from this team of scammers.

I needed a trailer for a recent move. Looked at multiple trailer dealers for a quality enclosed trailer. They were all overpriced or run down. Trophy had quite a few trailers available at their lot, but ended up ordering me a custom trailer for less than many of used the used Wells Cargo trailers and others available in the area. This trailer is WAY nicer than anything else I would have been able to buy for my money. Thanks guys! I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

This place had Ltd. Selection and being Hispanic we felt the racial discrimination.

I bought a beetle about 6 months ago from this place. I had so many issues with the car and he fixed some and others had to be fixed again by another shop. The air filter was dark brown. Wont buy again, Buyer beware.

Asked for financing options and didnt beat around the bush when it came to approval odds and getting payment estimations and etc... Man was kind and to the point but I do believe his prices on most vehicles are a bit higher than they should be but if you can get financed through RBFCU then it is worth it for the financing since it will be basically nothing.

Im having trouble with the car that we bought but the dealer has called me to see what he can do. Thats a positive.
