Wow. So Im new to this pharmacy and Christopher, whom I spoke to yesterday and saw today, gave World Class Customer Service. Had everything ready for me. Super friendly. And even found me a coupon to save me $$ on one of my more expensive prescriptions. I couldnt be happier. So happy that I came out and immediately did this review. Id go 6 stars if they let me. Definitely coming back.
If I could give a negative zero star I would. IPrescription was sent in the day before. Got there and had a RX code was told I would have to wait an hour to use code or pay full price smh like why is my question???? its a discount code type it in!!!!! Terrible just Terrible go elsewhere!! And get rid of these pharmacist here!!!
All there is to say about this place is Rude from front to back! All the employees do their best to avoid you and hide so you cannot find anyone to help you. I walked in front of the Pharmacy twice looking to see if they were even open. Finally I see two young men setting down hiding behind a desk one of them looking at me as if I was lost. This is a courtesy for the Management. Its the complaints you dont hear about that affect the bottom line. I will not be back.
I find that the pharmacy staff is not very welcoming or friendly. They used to be great but things have gone down hill. They need customer service training. Id be happy to assist.
This pharmacy has had a troubled past but the last 6 months they have stepped up their game! Very happy with improvements!
Worst service of any Pharmacy Ive ever been in. No customer service to speak of. Pharmacist and tech could have been mistaken for robots. No other customers near the Pharmacy but I was standing 5 minutes or more before I was acknowledged. Had my husband in the car after a doctor visit in pain after a total knee replacement. The doctor had sent an order for pain medication and I was told it would not be ready for 30 to 40 minutes. I had to drive him home 7 miles a way and get him into the house and then drive back. Signs all over the place saying ask about delivery . I asked if I could get it delivered and was told no. No expression. No sorry. I was livid. They simply did not care at all.
If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would but thats not a choice. I tried to transfer my prescriptions 2 separate times to this pharmacy from Walmart pharmacy because my health insurance works with CVS and gives price discounts. First I tried to transfer online and then when I heard nothing from CVS I went in person a couple days later and tried to transfer my prescriptions again. I was asked if I needed any of my prescriptions right away and I told them yes I did need my antidepressant right away. I was told no problem well call or text you with updates and when its ready. I heard nothing for 4 days. I checked to make sure that the pharmacy had my correct phone number and email when I went in and they did so that was not the problem. I recieved a text on Feb. 28th that my prescription was ready. At this point I had already gone through the withdrawals from my antidepressant medication and wasnt going to go through it again so I told them I no longer needed it but they also informed me that they hadnt filled the other two medications I transferred. The blonde pharmacy tech I spoke to wasnt very apologetic and seemed like she could not care less. I recieved an email today March 3rd from the store manager Sharon Tetterton stating that the reason it took so long was because Walmart Pharmacy did not release my prescription until midday February 29th which is a lie. How could my prescription be ready for pick up on the 28th if Walmart didnt release it until the 29th? I also called Walmart Pharmacy and was told the prescription was released almost a week before. The manager also stated that the reason I recieved no calls, texts or emails regarding my prescriptions was because my information may not be up to date which it is and is also why I recieved the text on the 28th. No wonder this pharmacy has such low ratings. Go anywhere else if you value your health.
I went to get a prescription but I guess the pharmacist named Steven didn’t feel as though he needed to help me bc he walked right by me not saying anything letting me stand their for 3 minutes until the pharmacy tech finally saw me. We just switched to this pharmacy and I’m considering going back to the one in Havelock bc they are much more HELPFUL! Did I mention the store wasn’t busy at ALL!
Might want to double check any baby items you buy. We purchased enfamil pre made formula for a road trip on November 27th. It was upon opening the second bottle to give our baby that I noticed a smell and looked to see that it expired on October 1st. Hopefully our baby doesnt get sick, so CVS, check your shelves!
I have always been greeted by friendly faces and they are right on top of my scripts!
Zero stars.
The Gentleman, pharmacist, was so helpful

Customer service isn’t great, pharmacy never answers the phone and never has the prescriptions ready that are on ready fill.
Helpful friendly, good customer service
Yesterday, I checked the store hours on the internet, saw it was open until 9, and drove 12 miles to pick up my Rx. Yep, store was open, but not the pharmacy. I was not a happy camper!
