Quick service, friendly staff, tasty drinks. You can’t beat anything from Starbucks and this location is very convenient. We always stop here on our way back from the beach.

Very very long line at this Starbucks because theyre doing a lot of drive-thru service. Place my order for a grande dark roast pour over, the lady said it would be 5 minutes there were four cars in front of me. I paid for my cup of coffee at 11:29 a.m. was told that the time that she had just started my pour over so had to wait an additional 10 minutes in front of the store didnt want to stay in line and hold up the window, due to lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer. So total time waiting for one cup of coffee for 16 minutes. 6 minutes in line and pour over started once I made it to the window 10 more minutes waiting for it to be delivered to me in the car.

The young lady who worked the drive thru on Oct 17 at 8:30 am was one of the nicest fast food workers I’ve seen. It is so nice to see someone care about what they do

I was in a hurry this morning and drove through for coffee the nice young man who took my order suggested I try my chai blonde he was right it was fantastic when I got to the window to pay I couldnt find my credit card. the lovely girl at the window told me to just take the coffee and pay it forward... I later found that I had placed my credit card in my lap.. and I was going to return to pay for the coffee but I was running late so I appreciate your kindness......I will most definitely pay it forward ...thank you. Bought coffee 26 Aug. Manager who does NOT wear a mask, had a bad cough. Almost bought coffee again on Monday after hearing the day before, 29 Aug, he was tested positive for covid and refuses to acknowledge he could of infected other employees. F-

A Great place to stop by for a quick Coffee made the way you want. A Super staff, always friendly with a great smile. Also a clean store, pleasant atmosphere, thisis what has made Starbucks the success that it is. The Management of this store does a Super job, and seems to find a great group of people that work good together and good with customers. And if this wasnt the case, then just look at the line around the building every day. Wonderful !

Ive had a string of bad luck this week with various Starbucks locations. For this location, I had excellent customer service, but I also had, THE WORST, Venti White Chocolate Mocha, EVER! Ive gotten the same drink for about 10 years now. I look forward to and enjoy them. I didnt finish this one.

I come here semi-often to occasionally, and today my visit was absolutely amazing. I am non-binary, and I often don’t have a lot of people using neutral pronouns, or overall inclusivity of other folks. Today in the drive thru, the employee made sure to refer to my partner and I as “sir or maam”, making it known they weren’t aware of pronouns previously. I know this kind of review is not what you’re looking for, but my heart is jumping with joy at the simple gesture of being inclusive. As a bonus, I accidentally got 3 egg bites in my serving size on each order. Cant go wrong with extra 😂I truly want to shed light on this wonderful starbucks employee, I don’t know their name, but you made my day!

Staff friendly... I usually get vente size frap add espresso.. and they gave me a larger cup so I got more... and my daughter ordered a new drink bc they were out of hers.. she didnt like it. They gave her a different drink... no charge.

Always friendly with a happy attitude, especially the lady who usually works the drive-through in the morning. Sometimes they play salsa music, sometimes they give your baby a free cake pop. But they always have my food and drink ready quickly, even with the insane amount of people that are always there!

Not enough parking for customer volume. Long wait due to customer volume, while waiting several drinks were made improperly to include mine. Crew was working hard and were courteous.

9/10 times I have a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and provides quick service to customers. I only say 9/10 because there are some days while the coffee is always great I sometimes get an iced coffee handed warm. Clearly just made. If you guys could put extra ice in when you just make your coffee itd be perfect. Otherwise, amazing!

Always friendly and they are quick to get you your order. I have only had 2 mistakes and they were quick to replace it and apologetic. I really enjoy swinging by here on my way to work. So happy we have a Starbucks in town.

The slowest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to, every time I go through it. Last time I went, I pulled in with 5 cars total ahead of me and waited over 20 minutes. And the drinks aren’t even made very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Teavanna lattes were over steeped due to the water being too hot for the tea, causing them to be bitter.

Clean and well laid out at all times. The baristas do an excellent job making your favorite drink and snacks.

Never sorry with any Starbucks in many parts of the country. It always feels like coming home because the quality never disappoints. Cant help myself!! 😉☕

What is the point??? We brought our previously-used Starbucks *plastic* cups to help reduce plastic waste. Handed them to the register clerk with a request to re-use. BUT received *new* plastic cups. Ours were thrown away. Thanks, Starbucks!

Great service and I love the ease of paying with the app and earning reward points. Almost always all the staff is extremely friendly and upbeat....we are talking about 98% of the time. Great selection and always taste delicious.

Love the service and how they keep their drive through flowing. The coffee taste good and always seem to have what I like to eat on while drinking my coffee. My last visit not so much, the lady at the drive through charged my card an extra $15 by mistake. By the time I caught it it was to late and I had no receipt. For that experience alone Ill have to reward this store with a three star rating.

I was happy to give my first cash tip here, I came from atlanta and over there they only do digital tips, those are taxed that I believe. I like giving cash, the worker did the work not the company, tips should not be shared with no one who did not work for it anyways. Overrall great service!!

Service was slow but there were quite a few people in the drive thru as well as inside. I had a flat white but the app didnt check it off as I am completing a challenge. Now I will have to call which is frustrating. The inside is bright with lots of natural sunlight filtering throughout. There is ample seating and two non gender restrooms available.

This place has a cold industrial feel to it. The music is pretty loud. The concrete floor and architecture help amplify the sound, of both music and the sound of the baristas making drinks, giving the place kind of a noisy feel. There were also a handful of flies in the store. If you want a cozy place to have a conversation, this is not it. The beverages are what you would expect from Starbucks; Fast food average.

Always really nice and helpful staff. I have to ask a lot of questions and theyre really helpful. My favorite is the Mocha Frappuccino with Mocha and Caramel Sauce its the best 😂

I am really disappointed but hope things shape up after training is complete. The only thing they got right was the front cashier, who was awesome! It took 10 minutes before they even started on my order, never spoke to me to apologize, my coffee had whipped cream on it (did not order that!), and the guy gave it to me without a sleeve. No sleeves offered by the napkins, I had to go back and request one from another employee. It appears that everyone is new. Where is management?

If only their wifi wasnt so so bad. This Starbucks is like most others. It gives you what you expect and nothing more or less. Well, other than the much less wifi vs the other establishments. Their upload speed is fine, but their download speed has been below 1 mbps since they opened and despite the management trying to ask corporate for help with this, nothing happens. When the manager sees me we openly joke about it.That aside, this location is perfectly great. I love the staff. They are friendly and attentive at all times.

Nice atmosphere but coffee is of course pricey

This is getting annoying, if Im paying for a drink i expect all ingredients to be available. If out of one ingredient that drink should not be offered, or the customer should be informed that they are out of an ingredient for that drink. I just ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos from this location and paid for them thinking as such through the drive thru window, as I drove off I realized that the cookie crumble is not there. I turned around and went inside to confront the missing ingredient and was told think were out of it, yes sorry. And that was that, didnt even offer to do something else. This is not the first incident Ive had of this over last few weeks, has happened at a number of other stores as well. Without the cookie crumble topping its not the full drink as advertised and is in effect shorting us as the consumers for what we paid, in other words stealing. I dont normally write reviews but this is a poor way to run a business, either have all the ingredients or dont sell that drink till you do, its that simple. As it stands my drink doesnt taste as it should since there is no hint of cookie in it

I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks until a mistake happened. I work for a different Starbucks out of the area but mobile ordered something for my boyfriend at this store. I know the policies and how you’re supposed to handle things. A mistake happened and one of the drinks I ordered was left there. When my boyfriend called and asked if they could remake it because he’d be coming back to get it, all the shift supervisor did was get an attitude, place blame, and then didn’t say anything to him when he came back in for it. I’ve dealt with this same situation numerous times from other customers at my store and I know that you’re supposed to ensure customer satisfaction. So if this is how your shifts are trained to handle mistakes then I’ll take my $40 each time I order there and give it to a nicer Starbucks that actually ensures that their customers are happy with their drinks. That’s not the Starbucks way and I don’t appreciate the attitude.

Awefull experience went there on Mothers day. The lady in the drive through window didnt give me what I ordered. She had an awefull attitude and didnt say hi and she didnt even looked at me or said anything after she gave me my order.

Spotless,clean environment with standard starbucks coffee. Stays pretty busy so wait time is a little too much. But thats not a problem if you have a moble app

I would have given more stars, but it took me 10 mins to just post this because the wifi is so slow. Also keeps doing the same thing on the computer I bring with me. The staff is very friendly, and i get my coffee very quickly. The time i have to wait to even connect with brand new equipment isnt worth the wait.

Great location. Gets a little busy during mornings and weekends but the baristas are pretty quick and generally friendly.

I dont like their drinks, but I do enjoy their baked goods. The coffee shop is always clean and the staff is very polite.

I had just left the dentist with the God awful mush mouth, and these ladies were super sweet, kind, understanding and patient.

Love Starbucks. They have free Wifi. My favorite drink right now is the caramel frappicino with 3 shots of express.
