I wanted to replace my 20 year old Rheem furnace before winter, and went with Gregg for two reasons: One, they are a Rheem ProPartner company, so they have the experience with that brand that I was expecting. As for reason number two, the previous reviews listed here gave Gregg Heating the edge. As for the work, swapping out the old for the new was a bit easier because in my case the Rheem fittings lined up well with the previous model. The installers also helped improve our return air, increasing the flow via larger duct work where the return connections meet up with the furnace. The installers kept the place clean, they were on time, they answered my questions, and were out the door in less than a day. There was no hard sell, no upsell, just good service. The installer tested everything before leaving, and Im looking forward to years of heat without worry.

We just had Gregg Heating replace our 25 year old Rheem furnace and AC. After all those years of trouble-free service, we were only interested in Rheem products. Kyle was the third company we had come in to quote our needs. His presentation was the reason we had his company do the installation. He smoothly presented all of the product information, yet never tried to up sell our purchase. The day of our installation, he arrived on time, laid down carpet protection, repaired some ductwork, made the installation, and cleaned up. We are very pleased with Gregg Heating, and we will do it again in 25 years.

Kyle and his team are the best. Our furnace crashed over the weekend, and Kyle was very gracious about helping us that very day. Knowing we have small children, he rearranged his schedule so that we would have working heating as quickly as possible. He diagnosed other problems that were causing known inefficiencies in our heating and fixed those as well. Also, because the original problem had to do with an clogged outflow tract, he custom made a second back-up outflow track to prevent the same problem in the future (see photo). Ingenious! And as you can see, they do clean, meticulous work. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with our recent experience using Gregg’s Heating And Air-Conditioning. Our air went out on a VERY hot summer’s day and as our senior dog just had major surgery we were very concerned for her wellbeing in the heat. My husband called and due to a cancellation they were able to come out within a 1/2 hour. They found the problem and were able to put in a new unit 2 days later! We replaced our baseboard electric heat with a forced air furnace. The technicians were very helpful throughout the entire process keeping us well informed. They showed up promptly each day and gave us updates in the days progress, even walked me through the new thermostat. The price was right on board with the estimate and no surprise additional costs even our home provided some unique challenges. They kept on track with budget and schedule and gave us tips on how to maximize our new units efficiency. I would definitely recommend their services.

Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job of installing our new air conditioner. The owner answered all questions we had prior to purchase and came out with a sample base pad to make sure that if we ordered the air conditioner it would fit properly. Their work was very professional. They also provided little extras like putting dirt I supplied around the base of the air conditioner. They helped us with learning how to operate our new thermostat. We also used them to install a furnace a few years ago and are very pleased with the furnace and their ongoing maintenance services. We highly recommend Gregg for their excellent work.

Gregg Heating and A/C is awesome! Their service is excellent, and they give really straight answers to questions about equipment, repairs, service, everything. They are people you dont mind having in your home, and they have always done everything they said they would. Zero problems with scheduling too. In the past 15 years I have purchased two furnaces and one a/c unit, and have had them out for many scheduled service check-ups. I am generally very cheap - and I find their service to be a great value. Highly recommend!

I have had a maintenance contract with Gregg Heating for several years. They are the most awesome guys ever! They take care of my furnace and a.c. as if it was their own. Today I had to have my a.c. replaced, great workmanship, polite, cleaned up very well, and friendly. I recommend this company as the best there is.

Last summer we were looking for quotes on an AC unit. Kyle the owner came out and presented us with a competitive price. He was very personal and professional. On Friday the 13th of 2019 our furnace wasnt working. We watch our granddaughters on Friday and needed heat. Sarah said they would be available later in the day. I questioned if they could do any better. She replied that Kyle, the owner, would be in approximately 10 minutes later and she said she would call back. Less than 6 min later, we had a technition on the way. The tech Nolan was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend Gregg heating.

Kyle responded promptly when we had trouble with our aging unit and after getting us up and running temporarily, gave us a fair and competitive written estimate that led us to have them install a new furnace and AC unit. A scheduler called us within a day to set up an appointment and again the day before as a reminder. Kyle and Nolan arrived on time and worked diligently and neatly (rainy day so they used protective runners on our flooring). Kyle educated us upon completion of the job and both were pleasant and professional. We rate them A-1 for quality and service.

Gregg Heating came out and gave us a fair and reasonable quote to install a oven hood fan. Kyle and his staff are very friendly and professional. Their quote was by far the most reasonable and they were able to schedule and install the fan hood in a very reasonable time frame. Def will contact them again for future hvac work.

We have used Gregg Heating and Air Conditioning twice now. I used them and I recommended them to my parents. I was very impressed with the company and its hard to impress my father and he couldnt say enough good things. They are efficient and on time. They are very cautious not to track anything in the house and I think left the house cleaner then when they came after they cleaned up. They answer all your questions with up front answers and dont try to oversell you with the highest best model. They made my father very happy with some of the extra little things they did for him such as taping up the model number of the furnace so its easy to find and recommended hard wiring in the thermostat for him so he doesnt have to worry about battery replacement. Great company and will continue to recommend.

Not sure how all of the reviews are a 5. Poor customer service. Even in the midst of a busy heat wave, customer service should be important but it wasnt. With temps in the 90s I called for service and was put on the schedule for late in the day. No one showed. I called, now the answering service, to see if someone would still be coming out and finally a technician called me back to tell me there was no work order, he talked to the girl in the office, and that I must have called a different company. Actually three times he told me I must have called another company. I did not call a different company. I have the initial call on my phone, I wish I had!It was now Friday evening and I was told by the tech to get someone out next day I would have to pay their emergency rate, it was your screw up! or the office would call me Monday to schedule an appt. Guess what, no call. I guess I shouldnt be surprised.

My grandparents used Gregg heating for many years while Gregg was still the owner. They had nothing but great things to say about Gregg and his team of employees. They were very professional, honest, and friendly. About one year ago now Gregg retired and pasted on his legacy to his number one guy Kyle Geisberger. Gregg couldn’t have picked a better guy to carry on that legacy he once built. Kyle and his team of employees have done work for me, my parents, my in laws, and many of my friends. They all have been very satisfied with there work and professionalism. I will continue to use Gregg heating and have no problem passing on the name.

I have used Gregg Heating on three separate occasions, and each time they’ve gone way above and beyond for me and my family. Most recently, our furnace died overnight and we woke up freezing as it had just snowed 4”. I called Kyle on his cell phone...and he answered...while on vacation...in a tree.He walked me through troubleshooting the issue, had his office order the part for me, then called me back to see how it turned out. He did all of this while deer hunting, on his own personal time. When your furnace needs to be replaced in the middle of winter, one would expect to pay a lot. Gregg answered the phone on the first ring and quoted a new furnace that was only slightly more than what I had paid 23 years ago for the old one!The crew worked fast and the house only lost 8 degrees in the time it took to put it in.Gregg Heating is for sure...the place to call!
