I told her my wants and needs, showed her the layout of my kitchen, and she created a beautiful design. The process was quick and painless. My husband and I cannot express how much we enjoyed working with our designer, Kate. She was so helpful and had wonderful suggestions. She even went as far as to drive to Chicago to pick up a missing cabinet that we needed to finish the installation. She came to our home at 8:30 in the evening to make sure we received it on time, who does that!!! There was a miscommunication on their part about the removal of the old island countertop. At first, I was a little unhappy but they came thru and took care of the situation. I had a great experience with Granite Plus! This was my first kitchen remodel but with Kate’s guidance, the process was flawless. I was updating a small galley style kitchen but Kate was able to design 3 options to maximize the space for storage, efficiency and looks. As the process moved forward, I contacted her to make tweaks to the design and she was always quick responsive. I also decided to order bathroom cabinets and counter tops (with sinks) as my bathrooms required unique sizes. She was able to quickly add these to the order and the cost and quality of the products were much better than I could’ve gotten with a pre-made vanity from a big box store. She was very informative and explained to me what I should expect for the rest of the process.The crew that delivered the cabinets were also great. They were helpful and patient while I took the time to ensure that I had all of the items that were on my design check list.The counter-top install and measurement crew were friendly and professional. The sinks and counter-tops were installed quickly and looked great!I will be looking to do another remodel this year and I will absolutely be returning to Granite Plus.

I’ve worked with Kate Grenz on many projects over the years. Always LOVE the final product! My bathroom remodel during the pandemic was one of the best projects yet! I had a very quick delivery of cabinet and quartz vanity top. She suggested taking the tile to the ceiling in the bathroom and I am so happy I did! Love it all!

We had a wonderful experience with granite plus. We loved that we were able to come in and pick out our granite slab in person. We didnt have a contractor and granite plus allows home owners to come in and they do the rest of the work. Joy was a pleasure to work with and responded to all our questions and concerns quickly. Dominque was amazing to work with. She was welcoming and kind. She answered all of our questions. She gets 5 stars! The two office ladies however were very rude and annoyed when we walked in. They made several comments how appointments should be make and that they should change the sign to say Appointments Preferred in larger letters. (We knew they were talking about us.) If Dominque didnt swoop in and talk to us and apologize about the office girls we would have walked out.

My Wife and I decided to upgrade our kitchen countertop from laminate to granite. After several trips to local suppliers, we stopped by Granite Plus in West Allis. Met Kate the salesperson. Kate was very knowledgeable about their products. We decided to meet at the showroom in New Berlin the next day to look at a granite piece. Found a beautiful slab of granite and fell in love with it. Kate, my wife and I decided on a section that would look the best as far as the natural flow of the mineral deposits.Kate then did a layout and we signed a contact. From there things went down hill.Day of install. Installers came and proceeded to remove old top. First thing they did was to rip the old top out without removing screws that hold it down. I asked them to please take care as it was butted up against a tile backsplash. After top was removed, workers tried to fit sink section against wall. Wall still had globs of old caulk remaining which I had to scrape out of the way. Workers then proceeded to set and seam sink section with connecting L section. They sealed granite to cabinet. That’s went they tried to slide range into opening. The opening was too small and the range got stuck. A nickel size piece of the enamel finish on both sides was chipped off. They then tried to rework the seamed together pieces by cutting it with a right angle grinder and diamond blade. One cut, the other held shop vac hose.Silica dust everywhere. Got range to fit. Saw cut edge was crooked and wavy.Workers left, leaving behind cabinets with debris, a house full of dust, and some tools. I called shop to arrange to have this taken care of. CEO and repair man Julio came out two days later.( Still no functioning kitchen). Had to supply them with a plastic enclosure and tape off door openings. CEO said this is a typical repair.Julio attempted to fix and removed most of the waves and uneven edge. After they left and we were cleaning up again, my wife noticed a large stress crack behind the sink cutout. The crack extended through the piece and the polished sink cutout. Sent pictures to Kate. No response. Went to store next day and talked to Matt the VP. Kate was out of town and he said he was aware of the situation. After they missed a scheduled appointment the following week, Matt and Julio arrived. Julio ground down and attempted to polish surface. My wife and I agreed this is not what we paid for. Surface polish was inferior and crack was an eyesore. We told Matt we just wanted the product that we paid for. Matt said he wanted to make us happy and agreed to see if they could make a new piece out of the remaining remnant slab. We met the next day at the shop.We were greeted at the door by Matt and Kate. Then the CEO, Lazarus came in. We then went to look at possible layout on remnant piece. This is when the CEO told us he was doing us a favor by replacing that section at no additional cost. I told him “we did not pay for a poorly installed cracked piece of granite”. After some discussion, we where told by Matt the VP that they would replace the piece if we signed a No Negative Review Agreement. In return they would install the piece and give us a some kind of extended warranty. Matt came over to our house a few days later with a different agreement, a Non Disclosure Agreement. This included clauses for damages and/or equitable relief in their favor, if we would not disclose information for an indefinite period of time.We declined. Now we have a poorly installed cracked, not polished countertop.Just a note for those of you who are considering Granite Plus. In the contract it states they do all work in accordance of guidelines set forth by The Marble Institute of America. This now is the Natural Stone Institute. (NSI). The NSI are only guidelines. It is only voluntary for a stone contractor to follow these guidelines. The NSI doesn’t have any enforcement power. This means a contractor can say they follow them, but they do not have to abide by them. So that section in the contract make sure you have them sign and date that they WILL follow guidelines.

This was our first kitchen remodel. Kate Grenz created a design that is much more efficient and we have much more space. After our first meeting with Kate we knew we were in great hands. We had the cabinets installed by Adam. He did a fantastic job. We also ordered quartz countertops which were measured by Adam and installed by Joses crew. They all did a fantastic job. Thank you we love our new kitchen.

This purchase was a big deal to me and I was nervous walking in the store the first time. Dominique greeted me, I could tell she had a big smile on her face, under her mask. Just went into Granite Plus’s New Berlin location for a scheduled consultation. I was really looking forward to the meeting because I’m on a time crunch to get a new kitchen.When we walked in, I was surprised to see that not one person was wearing a mask (3 employees & 2 customers) and it did not appear that social distancing was being enforced. They have signs everywhere that say “if you’re not wearing a mask we will assume you have a medical condition” but when I said I prefer to be in a business that’s following the mask mandate the 2 employees stated they could put masks on if we want them to (so they’re openly admitting to not complying with the law). Anyways, I prefer not to do business with a company that cannot follow very SIMPLE practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They took the time to print all the exception signs out. Why not put a mask on and have big bottles of hand sanitizer accessible??? Makes no sense to me. Anyways, we ended up leaving without conducting our appointment. There are plenty of other businesses that I can go that take the law and safety of their customers and employees seriously.

Great experience from beginning to end!! Lisa and her design staff were awesome to work with. They have a great selection and we are super happy with the end result in both of our bathrooms. We chose a marble for one and a quartz for the other bathroom. We highly recommend and will be back when we do our next project!

Great service from sales to fabrication and installation. The whole process was easy and painless. I’m very happy I went with Granite Plus, I highly recommend them. My kitchen has never looked better 😁

Our custom island and counter tops turned out very nice. Adam, the design tech who did the measuring was very helpful and designed our custom island brilliantly and fun work with. We cannot give the five stars to this company because we found the whole sales and invoice process terrifying at times. To start the project off, my drawings of the custom island were misinterpreted by one of the sales staff and slabs were ordered that would not work. I should point out that two other companies did not have this issue. They immediately slapped a 25% restocking fee on us. With a 8,000 order, that was rather scary. After many nervous days and nights, they reduced it but still charged us a significant amount of money. Shame on them. Another reoccurring problem was invoices that were not itemized. The sales staff is obviously overworked we feel cause request to itemize were difficult to obtain. On one occasion the balance was Incorrect and changes were after more emails were drafted. However, after a couple of back and forth emails they did give us an itemized bill. We were asked to sign off on invoices that contained drawings that did not match the drawings that the designer (Adam) came up with. When questioned about it, they explained it was a software issue and trust me was implied. This was especially terrifying given the earlier miscues and GP holding $6,000.00 of our money! At one point, things broke down a bit and the salesperson wanted to cut ties and just toss us aside! Wowzers! In the end, the project got completed and turned out nice hence the 4 star rating.

I was fortunate enough to learn about Granite Plus through a friend. I cannot say enough about their customer service, attention to detail and knowledge. They spent several days going over my needs and not once did get frustrated with me. I just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the my selections.  My kitchen looks amazing, just like a magazine, my counters and back-splash really compliment my cabinets, and they are currently working on my dining room table to match my kitchen, i cant wait to see how everything is going to look. I also updated all the vanity tops in my bathrooms as well as the stone around my family room fireplace. I highly recommend this company, they also have great prices. I will post pictures soon.

Wonderful customer service and I am incredibly happy with the end product. There was a slight issue in the middle of the process but the team worked hard to ensure everything was done in a high-quality, timely way. They were very patient, even with all of the time I spent in their showroom deciding which counter to have installed. I would definitely work with them on my next project.

Overall great to work with and have extremely exceeded my expectations. It took a total of 3 weeks from the start of looking at stone for our kitchen counters, to getting the measurements to the install. One week from measurements to install of our new counters which was amazing!We also paid extra for the 15 year sealer on our countertops which you have to wait 48 hrs before you can touch them, I noticed a few small chips in part of the counter which I felt when wiping them off. Contacted granite plus and they came out and fixed the areas without an extra charge.Great service, amazing stone choices, and fast install. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and reasonable pricing.

I needed a shelf made out of granite. Granite Plus advertised they fabricate remnants so I visited their showroom and Kathy helped me selecting a piece. I was very impressed because I ordered the self on a Monday and it was available for pick up on Friday. This allowed me to complete my project over the weekend.

We hired Granite Plus to do a fireplace surround for our new fireplace. They were able to turn our project around in less than one month when other granite suppliers were quoting 10-12 week turn arounds. We were amazed at the selection available and the service we received. Joy and Julie in the showroom were so helpful. The installer did an amazing job. We highly recommend them to anyone.

We renovated our basement to include a bathroom and wet bar. The owners were amazing to work with, explaining everything and even helping us choose colors that would match the decor. Walked in on a Saturday after a terrible experience down the road an HOBOS. Granite plus took excellent care of us! From helping pick out a slab, exploring our options with remnants we truly felt like they wanted us to get our best value and find something we loved.They came out to measure quickly and we got installation on the books, mind you this was in the middle of holiday season, I was very impressed. I was able to ship my faucet etc. directly to them so they could cut the counter-top accordingly. This is our first home and our counter job was definitely on the smaller size thanks to Julie, Lanette and Laz for the amazing job!

Although we ultimately purchased our granite elsewhere, we had a very positive experience at Granite Plus. Joy answered all of my questions extremely quickly via phone and email and provided us with multiple quotes, photos of granite from another location, etc. Prices are comparable to other granite providers but they will match written offers. I wish the granite on display was a bit easier to view, but they do have a nice selection to choose from.

I contacted Granite Plus when I remodeled my boat to see if they could cut and install a very difficult countertop in my galley and salon. Since everything in a boat is custom due to curves of the hull and my handmade cabinets, I needed a company that I felt confident could pull it off. Im in construction so I know what it takes. They definitely came through. Adam, who does there measures used a laser system to ensure the curves and dimensions were right on and after it was cut, they went in perfect. I would definitely recomend Granite Plus to any of my friends and will use them from now on for my companys countertop needs.

My experience with Granite Plus was very disappointing. They mis-quoted, measured incorrectly and did not adhere to their self-imposed schedule on four separate occasions. The office staff offered little explanation for the frequent miscommunication. Their workmanship, while professional during installation, was mediocre. Their inaccuracies resulted in multiple installations as well as on site fabrication to rectify issues. While the island counter top looks great, the back splash is slightly uneven, had a small chip on the corner and was not properly sealed. They did send someone to rectify the chip and the seal, but again, changed the scheduled time without any notification.

I was very impressed with Granite Plus, I cant say I was the easiest to work with as a customer, so thank you Lanette for all your help and being so patient with me and my wife in those two weeks we drove you craze lol. Our stone looks amazing and the guys that did the install were just great! from start to finish you guys did a excellent job!!! Price and Amazing service for sure, I would HIGHLY go with Granite Plus if you are looking for countertops.Jose

Granite Plus did incredible work for our basement build out. They did an amazing job with a two tiered kitchenette bar sink with matching window sills and a banister top out of Labradorite. The lower top where a free standing black bowl was going to sit on top was mis-measured not taking into account the thickness of the material. BIG problem and my fault. Granite Plus cut a perfect hole around the handmade bowl so that it could drop through the top and be set on cleats inside the cabinet. They did an AMAZING job. The installer was out going to town on a sill in the driveway, I thought no way is that going to look good. Then they brought it in and slapped it down, it was a perfect fit and looks like it was poured in place. They also put three pieces cut horizontally of quartzite that looks like Van Gogh’s Starry Night across the bathroom wall behind a free standing bath tub. The installers patiently worked to get the three 600 pound pieces down the stairs and installed. AND we put a saltwater fish tank down there. When we found out fifteen gallons of water needs to be changed out of that every week I decided to put a utility sink in the basement work area. With the fish tank cleaning people coming I was hopeful to just get a piece from Granite Plus and slap it down and call it a day, no one would see it anyway. Lanette refused to not do it right and because I needed it they did it in just a few days. Their pricing seems broken because they are so much less expensive and they take care of all details. The installers are basically magic, the sales ladies are wonderful, the owners are the kind of people you want to do business with. Highest recommendation. This is a GREAT company.
