I would recommend them to anyone. I purchased a new car about three months ago from them, and they were extremely knowledgeable and honest. They genuinely wanted me to get the best car for myself, instead of trying to sell me anything that I was uncomfortable with. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and will follow up to make sure everything is going well. My grandparents have been going here for years and have always only had wonderful things to say, and I can see why. My mom is now interested in going here for her next car after our wonderful experience.

As another reviewer said: They should not be operating a website listing parts they have no ability to shipI ordered a part, received a confirmation email, and my payment method charged. After ten days I called to follow up. I found out that not only had the order not shipped, they were going to cancel the order because they wont ship any items larger than 52 inches! At the very least it would have been nice to have been told that when I placed the order so that I could order elsewhere!! I wonder how much time would elapsed if I hadnt followed up.Very poor service!

Great dealership. Amazing service department. They will work with you on what you can afford for your next purchase. Got me into a newer car with 40k less miles and saved me 100$ a month on car payments. Ask for Bob he is great.

The customer service is great very friendly at this particular location. I just feel like they can work a little bit more with people when it comes to trying to get them into a new vehicle I know theres ways around everything sometimes I feel like its about the money instead of actually satisfying the customer

This is long over due. Randy the service manager is A1 top notch. Quick service, convenient appointments and they dont try to upsell on things you really dont need like other places.

I have been doing business here since 1993. I have purchased two new cars from them. I have had all of my service performed here and must say that I have not encountered one problem. They take the word service to heart. Bob, Randy and the entire staff always treat customers as if they were members of their family. I can honestly give them the highest of recommendations. 5/25/2019 - SADLY THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS......

SO EVERYTHING STARTED REALLY GOOD. I EMAILED AND I GOT RESPOND IN HOURS. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH A SALAS REP MICHAEL. SO I ASKED THE BASIC QUESTIONS1) WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE CAR (ANSWER: GREAT, NO PROBLEMS)2) DOES IT HAVE A CLEAN CAR FAX ( YES IT DOES)3) CAN YOU HELP ON THE PRICE ( YES WHICH THEY DID, THEY TOOK OF ABOUT $800 OFF)NEXT I DROVE TO THE SALON SAW THE CAR 1) HAS FEW DENTS THAT I WAS OK FIXING IT ON MY EXPENSE.2) THE CAR FAX IS NOT AT THE SHOP BUT THEY WILL E-MAIL LATER.LITTLE UPSET I STILL DECIDE TO BUY THE CAR AND I PUT $500 DEPOSIT.WENT HOME HAPPY AND I TEXTED MICHAEL FOR CAR FAX AGAIN. HE CALLS ME SAYING YOU KNOW THE CAR FAX SHOWS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE BUT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUTNEXT I CALL AND CANCEL THE DEAL.
