This company earned itself a long time customer. As a first time home owner, looking for and purchasing oil seemed to be a lot, but Fuel Man made this a smooth transaction. Kervyn and TJ went above an beyond to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. They could have easily filled the tank and left but my boiler stopped working and they worked together and were able to troubleshoot the issue and get everything resolved. Now a days it is close to impossible to find good customer service so when it is received it is much appreciated.
