Had a great first experience - placed a custom order, had several interactions with one of the employees to confirm exactly what I wanted and it was received in a timely manner. Honestly this place is fantastic, its like a candy store for sailing nerds. Me and my friend are both in high school and came looking for some sheets and lifelines and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I gotta say, Stephen L hit the nail on the head - this business really is a hidden gem. While I have not visited their retail location(I am in FL) - I just happened across this site while searching for some arborist/tree-felling rope. They have prices that put their competition to shame, the Customer Service I received was truly outstanding, and their splices are top-notch. I will be returning here for all of my professions needs, and would recommend them to anyone who needs rope or climbing gear.Truly a 10/10 business and a pleasure to deal with.

These guys literally have every type of rope available. Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. They performed a chain to rope splice for a windlass setup while I waited. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any rope application and desire high quality work.

Just about any rope you can imagine and very friendly associates. I saw rope from 1mm to 4 in every color and type.

Go to place for quality old fashioned rigging. Also do climbing equipment for trees or rock. I had them make up a set of docklines with whipping. Expensive, but worth it.

If they dont have it, you dont need it rope wise at least.
