I went in to pay my bill and see if there were any good cases for my new iPhone 12 pro max I had just gotten. I got there and aimee asked if she could help me she helped pay my bill and told me about the new plans that are out now. She showed me some cases and showed me about the new TV service and how I can get it on my phone also. Aimee was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with I will always go back to that store and look for her. What an awesome employee she is

All associates were great and super helpful. The associates worked together as a team to ensure we got exactly what we needed, all while practicing social distancing! They were very clear about fees and the process of what to expect in the future from our upgrades, cell plan and AT&T TV. Went to the AT&T store on TARKILN hill rd on Monday with an issue that needed to be resolved at the store. When I got there, I was greeted by Brendan who helped me with the problem. Took him less then 5 minutes and the problem was solved and I was done at the store. Thank you, Brendan and thank you AT&T.

Awful customer service! They couldnt even fix my problem, were rude and sent me one way. Went to Dartmouth store. They were great and fixed my problem.

Terrible service from the store. I went in wanting to upgrade to the 12. The guy, Denny, was too focused on selling me watches than actually helping me get a phone. The other ppl seemed nice with their customers. I’d just deal with them if going into that store.

Went there to switch carriers. Alex was awesome. Walked away with a iPhone 11 with only spending 80. 40 for case and 40 for taxes. Very friendly and very cool people. Definitely recommend.

Switched from verizon to At&t and my gf also switched, we both got (2) Iphone 12 pro maxs, brenden and alex where great and took care of us. Unfortunately, i can only give 2 stars due to the knucklehead manager there that goes by the name of christisan, my brand new iphone was a defect phone with scratches and was off color on the top of it, he decided he wasent going to replace the phone for me and instead told me to go to apple care, so for something i had no cause in doing i had to pay a $55.00 restock fee when he could of easily took care of me and waved the fee, and to top it off, he not only hung up on my girlfriends face when she called him to explain the problem (she was very nice about it to) he decided to hangup on me aswell and give me a attitude. So PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE MANAGER CHRISTIAN - AKA Knuckle Head.

Went in for some questions on an accessory they tried to sell me on some other things after looking at my account, which I was expecting being a former employee and working at T-Mobile/Sprint also so I wasnt mad or annoyed by it. But still Jake helped with some issues on my bill as some food for thought. One of the friendliest AT&T Ive been to in the area so Ill keep coming back.

Associate was horrible!!! Asked me what I did for a living. I told him I’m a nurse and he said great can save you some money. Then he asked what hospital I worked at. I told him I worked at a long term care facility and his response to that......sorry not good enough. Not good enough? I take pride in my profession pre covid and during covid. Not good enough? Perhaps At&T is not good enough for a hard working nurse like me.

After a difficult day at work my Samsung 8S was overheating....I was done! Time to upgrade.As I parked my car in front of the store. The out going staff waved me in.We discussed the most cost effective plan for me. Then the iPhone 11 caught my eye ! Since I am on stay cation might as well buy some new tech toys.I was pleasantly surprised my new plan offered so much more data with little increase in cost.If your a student or starting your own business check out the new plans ! Don’t over work yourself struggling with insufficient data plans wondering why you can’t get things done ! The staff is awesome !“Thank you Christine Teves”

By far one of the best AT&T stores. All for Jake. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Stayed late two nights in a row. Hours kinda stink but..... Well see if AT&T can keep up with their promises and deliver TV.

Went there to set up a new line on my account for my girlfriend, the employee Brandon asked me if I wanted a protection plan, next up, etc. I said no, he ignored me and added it all anyways. Increasing my bill substantially, had to go online and cancel it all myself. Don’t add extra stuff to someone’s bill when they tell you no, it doesn’t matter if he thought the line should’ve had all those extra things. He’s not the one paying it!

Poor customer service. I needed help to transfer a crack fone that I had a hard time to see things they couldnt be bothered gave me a# to call .where was customer service???? Didnt even start activation.still have things to finsh.spent my whole day .soo disgusting with this.why are they there??? No support. Thanks for nothing...

Manager opened my new line, added insurance without telling anything or giving any option. Also my bill have NEVER come in the amount he told me. First bill came more than double of thd amount he said.

If you sell a defective device, do not continuously mention a restocking fee. For a phone Ive had for a day. That might be up there with one of the dumbest things I have heard in an AT&T store. For the first time in 15 years I am researching new phone carriers.If your store can not accomplish all situations without a manager there, you should not be open without a manager on duty. Im quite sure you make enough money to pull that off.

Charged me 30.81 to my debit card which I did not made any wire cable from this store, Do not buy any expensive phone this store, if something goes wrong, you will be sorries, these guys don’t even have any experience on smart phone, and manager never their. They just here for their pay check not the job. I will never ever goes back to this At&T when my contract’s up. Big mistake to switch from t-mobile.
