We have purchased a number of mattresses from Whorley, including two custom made mattresses for bunk beds. All of the products have been great, but what also sets Whorley aside has been the service. I have always found them to be friendly, informative, and service-oriented, but this summer, Whorley set a new level of service for us. My 7-month pregnant daughter-in-law could not sleep on the old mattress we had. I called the store in New Bedford and spoke to Martha who explained what was in stock for immediate delivery. She spent a good bit of time providing details, offering advice and also looked up our past purchases so I could consider what we had purchased before. Within minutes, I called her back and ordered our choice, asking, of course, how soon it could be delivered. She said two days later. However, she knew her drivers had afternoon deliveries near us and arranged for them to come back to the warehouse, pick up our purchase, and deliver it that very afternoon, and then called me back to tell me. So four hours after we began our urgent efforts to purchase a mattress, it was in place in our home! Our daughter-in-law was pretty surprised when she returned from the beach! Also, the two men delivering the mattress were incredibly helpful and nice to work with. One of them told us proudly that he may even have been one of those who manufactured this mattress.Thank you Whorley, and Martha, and everyone at Whorley for being a locally-based business with a fine product and superb service!

I have been suffering with back pain for years-I am a retired nurse which explains the wear & tear! Patrick took the time to discuss my needs & share his years of knowledge so that I could make an informed decision. My prior mattress was not bought there & was only 6 years old but I really felt it was a good part of my problem. I just called them to commend them on their product & service. We were looking for an adjustable bed. We bought one from craftmatic however living in a two-story tenement house they were not able to deliver the bed up the stairs. We went into Worley beds and was immediately greeted by Derek. He started out by showing us the mattresses. my wife who has medical conditions could not find a mattress that she was able to get comfortable in. At that point the owner mind you I said the owner whos always in that store which is a big plus for me came out. Derek explain to him the issue that we were having he immediately came up with an idea to custom make the mattress and what would be soft enough for my wife. We bought the bed and now that is delivered my wife says that the custom mattress that they have made is better than the $4,000 mattress that that she tried out. Derek and Patrick did whatever they could to help us out they were very professional the delivery people will probably some of the most polite people I have ever met in my life. Telling them about the issue that I have with craftmatic they came up with an idea to disassemble the foundation of an adjustable bed and reassemble it up here into my apartment I dont think I would have ever found another company that would be willing to do that. We was so impressed with that service that not only did we buy the bed we bought a headboard, mattress protectors, pillows, and pillow protectors. We actually brought up buying the pillows to them that is how they do not have high pressure sales but let me tell you this I cant believe the difference in sleep a pillow will make. I will say that anytime either myself or anyone in my family or friends need to bed that will be the first place I recommend to them.

Ive waited over a month to write this review. We have had plenty of time to use our mattress and make an informed decision. Its incredible! I am small and my partner is not. I have bulging discs in my back and neck so any movement hurts. Our mattress was custom made for our v berth on our boat. I cant express how much I love it! Its an incredible experience. I am so happy to not only get a good nights sleep, but to not wake up to with so much pain. I truly am so happy! We love our mattress and highly reccrecomend Worley. They are awesome to work with. They did not try to sell me the most expensive mattress, going to a more expensive one was my choice. Im happy with my choice. Worley was amazing! They came to our boat and took measurements then made a perfect mattress for us. I really cant tell you how awesome they are! Well, there is also the fact that I lost an earring there... So amazing that the man that delivered our mattress noticed my lone earring on a shelf and told me its pair was at the store. Attention to detail!!! Way cool!

I discovered Worley Beds a decade ago and have always been beyond satisifed with each visit and extremely happy with each purchase. These arent just sales people, they are The Worleys. They make the mattresses right there in the building! Every detail matters to them and they take pride in figuring out what you need to sleep better and answer all your questions. There is bedroom furniture and futons as well as pillows, sheets, etc., in addition to the mattresses. I have lived all over the city -including a renovated 3rd floor servants quarters - and I can promise you their guys deliver with competence and care (as if their jobs depend on it actually). I have and will continue to refer anyone who needs to sleep to this great store

My wife and I recently purchased new mattresses at Worley Bedding in New Bedford Ma. The experience we had there was 2nd to none, the amount of time the sales staff spent with us to help us pick the correct mattress was more than impressive. We spent hours trying different mattresses with coaching from the sales staff, when we finally picked out our mattresses they delivered them in a few days and we never slept better. I really dont like posting this but I now sleep so comfortable and deep I sometimes wake up with drool on my pillow, LOL!!! Thank you to all at Worley Bedding.
