I was looking for a mini loader I called Carleton equipment to see if they sold ditch witch and they did not, they did provide me with an estimate for a bobcat mt85, I decided to contacted ditch witch and after receiving poor customer service from Dutch witch as well a no feed back on financing a machine from them I decided to give jim at Carleton equipment another call as he was very responsive, courteous, and Extremely professional! They got me into a brand new machine the same day! Getting service and parts from them is extremely easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend Carleton equipment for any equipment you may need!

Customer service is excellent!! My mower was ready for its annual maintenance, service was fast, easy and I will have my mower back prior to my yard needing mowed again. Definitely makes it very easy for me to keep up the maintenance so I am able to keep my yard taken care of. This is the best my yard has looked in 16 years in the spring.

My mother in law recently purchased a Kubota RTV from Carleton Equipment. From concept to delivery, Carleton Equipment was helpful, genuine responsive, and respectful. Jym helped us determine our needs, discussing the options, providing financing information, equipment specifications, and even provided video links during Covid to help us shop online. Thanks to Jym and Anne, the paperwork was easy and seamless, all handled quickly and electronically, which was a great benefit to us living about 3-4 hours away. On account of Covid, we expected our new purchase to be arrive late. It actually arrived early, making for a very happy Mother in Law. (And you know, if Momma aint happy, aint nobody happy). Jym hauled and delivered a spic and span new machine, freshly washed ready to go. He went over all of the features with my mother in law, ensuring she knew how to drive it, all of the safety information, care and maintenance. He even went for an inspection test ride with her. It ours like a kitten! She is over the moon. We are excited about the units capabilities for our work and other purposes. For my mother in law however, this represents mobility and freedom that she was loosing with age and ability. She now has a way to access the property, haul her flowers and garden things, and get down the driveway to collect mail. She feels safe in her new Kubota. That is so valuable to us. Jym also called after wed had it for a week to see how it was running, how we were liking it, and if everything was acceptable. I would comment on how it runs but my Mother in Law hasnt been out of it enough for me to even sit in it. We want to thank Jym and Carleton Equipment for their trustworthiness, clear communication, quick responses, and follow through.
