Went the other day and two female cashiers were working and were super kind! They helped me with everything I needed, even helped me find coupons on the app! They gave me great service and I will definitely be returning!

Got yelled at by the dark skinned boy who works here. Also saw him almost put the cashier with glasses in tears from yelling at her. Love the store, great prices but not the attitude I get from him everytime.

Just left this store and it was a mess! Merchandise scattered all over the floor. I had to step over items just to get the couple things I came for . I understand things can be a bit messy from the night before bit this was bad . Some isles looked ransacked .

When I went into the store it was quite busy, and I only saw one employee working at the time. Despite the store being busy Kenneth kept a positive attitude and was super nice!

My 3 year old had to go to the bathroom really bad, they cant hold it at the age. I asked if he could use the restroom, n that he had to go really bad and she said nope..I said he cant hold it, she said I dont know what to tell you. great family store!!

Got horrible attitude from the male manager while the two girls were super helpful! He wasnt wearing a uniform and was super rude to the other girls when they asked for help. Also seemed like he didnt know the store very well, because a cashier with short hair directed me to the stuff I was looking for while he just looked dumbfounded.

Friendly staff, the cashiers are super sweet. Was ignored by a manager that wasnt in uniform that I later found out was named Ken. He got attitude with me when I tried to get his attention so I found a girl worker working in the aisles and she helped me with what I needed.

I am giving it a 4 because of the manager, Ken. He was very kind and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. The reason I am not giving them a 5, is due to their regular employees being rude and disrespectful. I come to this store a lot, but WILL NOT shop if ken isn’t there. Ken greets me as I walk in the door, asks me if i need help finding anything, and when I do need his help, he is always speedy in finding whatever I need, as if he knows the store like the back of his hand. When Ken is not there, I am not greeted, I have to walk around the store aimlessly, and have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. the one employee Autumn has even ignored my questions, to the point I have to repeat them 3-4 times. The other employee, she has short hair but I’m not sure of her name, seems to see me and ignore me, usually having other employees help me. I have heard other people in the area also have problems with these same girls in the store. I would absolutely stop shopping here if Ken wasn’t managing any longer.

The cashier with short hair was super sweet and had an awesome attitude, even though she had just been yelled at by the man who works there. Wonderful store, but i always steer clear of him becauae he has a naatu attitud .

I walked in and there was a worker, who i later in the conversation found out was a manager named ken was screaming at one of the other workers, he didnt have a uniform on and i thought it was just a customer at first but i got nosey and started listening and he stated he was a manager and he was in charge. It was unprofessional.

I’m rating a 3 merely for the fact that I know this was due to the fact that my favorite manager, Kenneth, wasn’t there. 2 girls Nessie and Autumn we’re both very rude to me when I was trying to shop while they were trying to what looked like unload their shipment truck, while I would squeeze around them and the boxes, both girls would whisper stuff under their breath and give me such dirty looks. I heard one of them them say multiple times “are you fu**ing kidding me? Can you see what I’m doing?” And that’s what set me off, I very quickly got my last thing to try and cash out and NEITHER of the girls acknowledged me while I was at the front so I rang the bell they have not once, but twice. I’m so distraught that this happened, I hope to shop here again but not under the attitudes and back worksmanship of AUTUMN OR NESSIE.

Worst shopping experienceS Ive ever had. Twice now, weve had horrendous experiences at this specific family dollar. Basically, theyre completely racist. I was with my brother one time, and literally all of the black baby dolls/barbies, were on the highest shelf, on the other side of the toys, with all of the broken toys. Not one toy of another race was with the white dolls. Also, today, my father and I were shopping and there was one person running the store, and we waited for 10 minutes trying to find someone to ring our items up, and when we finally found someone, she asked in the sassiest tone, if we rang a bell. A bell, that wasnt even there....Then she pulled out a bell, and /jokingly/ my dad went to ring it, and she snatched it away and gave him the death stare. Feeling awkward enough already, he asked if she was having a bad day (just to make conversation, I guess) and she told him No, its just that smart alecs dont cut it for meI dont know about you, but racism, smart comments, AND NAME CALLING TO CUSTOMERS like a child, just doesnt cut it for me.Unfortunately, my father and I were to upset to purchase are items, and were forced to place all of the baskets contents back on the shelves.I do not see how this place is still in business, even though its a brand new store. completely rude, racist, and just unprofessional.
