Awesome customer service! All the employees I spoke to were super helpful and friendly, but Ken K was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me with my car troubles. Great store, great staff!

I believe his name was Alan. He was absolutely the sweetest and kindest gentleman ever. He put in a new battery for me and explained everything in terms I could understand. Very sweet guy! You guys have a customer service gem in him!! He is the best!!

Shawn was helpful on the phone when I called and he put some parts on hold for me but he was busy with another customer when I arrived and Shawn made it clear to the other help in the store that he was going out and customer waiting.......two times, but the other clerks standing in the back of the store did not respond. One clerk walked past me as I stood in the next in line area and ignored me. Not exactly good customer service and I will never go back to the New Baltimore Auto Zone. RUDE and disturbing experience, Ill never go back, theres too many other auto parts stores to spend my money and not be treated with such lack of courtesy.Had to give one star to get this posted but that is for Shawn and the others get a minus rating.

This is my favorite AutoZone, all of the workers are very polite and helpful. Sometimes you can get some good deals and find some good coupons, especially if your a Rewards member.

Not really impressed. Service in itself was good. However, Id expect the person behind the counter to know exactly what i need.Not ONLY did the woman give me the wrong style rotors and brake pads, the box of pads only had only one pair of pads as oppsed to the whole set for the front.Thank you to Autozone in Ferndale for straightening it out and getting me the right sets and making sure all the pads were in the new box.

I started out at Richards Auto parts because they were our local auto parts and have been in the community forever. I walked in stating that I was clueless about fuses, and my cig lighter was not working. The guys barley looked up and told me to look in my manual. I went to Auto Zone and Shawn who was very busy gave me all the help I needed!! Replaced the fuse showed me where everything was and when I asked what I owed him, he told me just my reapeat business!! He had no idea I went to Richards!! What an awesome guy!! Thank you so much Shawn and Auto Zone!!I will be back!!

Thier price was double that if another store and because they didnt carry the same week known brand price matching didnt apply, always check your pricing! Other than that the service is dependant on the day but rest enough for returns.
