I was greeted within 30 seconds of arriving by a very courteous representative. When I told him Id like to wait on an outside bench, he graciously and thoroughly wiped up all the moisture on the bench from the previous nights rain. It was a bit disappointing how quickly the servicing was completed. I was enjoying reading outside.

I leave my car for a service at this place in Needham. It was hit by third party Vehicle. No one even contact me about accident. I verified that 3 hours later when I called to ask if my car is ready. I come next day and what I see, nothing was done. They got the third party info. No one call to make accident claim. Body Shop Manager Donna DiVenuti, said it’s not her fault what happen, I agreed not your direct fault, but it was happened when my car was in a service at Muzi Chevrolet and they wore responsible for my car until I got my keys back. Only after that she start calling to insurance. Several times she repeat she doesn’t have to do that and she doing everything above and beyond. I ask if they can give me a car or rental car, because I’m out of wheels. She said no, because there is no claim number yet. I said you guys leave me with out car. She send me to Service Manager John. He also said no, not without claim number. I was waiting for updates for 5 days, None. I called and left message to please call me back, None. Next day I got Donna on the phone and first what I heard was, why I bother them, it’s not her responsibility, they still have no claim number I’m not eligible for rental car and remind me she is doing everything above and beyond. My pulse going crazy, I think it was 200 times per minute. I’m hang up. I was so upset. I had worst experience and poor customer service. I decide to fix my car in different body shop. Never again will buy Chevrolet. They are only nice when you buying a car, after a deal done, they loose interest in you.

My car is covered by an extended warrantee for 6 years or 75,000 miles. It currently has about 36,000 miles on it. The a/c stopped working and your service department said it needed to be recharged and they checked for a leak but couldnt find one. As I understand the wording on the warrantee, the recharge is covered if a problem is found because of defective parts or a leak. My question is what happened to the freon if it didnt leak out? Just because a leak wasnt found doesnt mean there isnt one. I dont feel right paying a bill for $230.34 for something that I strongly feel should have been covered under a warrantee that I paid $1780.00 for. If someone could give me an idea of what could have happened to the freon other than a leak of some sort, I probably would feel better. I look forward to a follow-up to this survey.

All is well at Muzi Chevrolet - I just wish GM wouldnt stop selling Impalas.I would like to see them stop selling Malibus and keep selling Impalas. I test drove both cars. No doubt in my mind the Impala performance was better than the Malibus.But overall Muzi Cevrolet service dept. are good. They do a fabolous job!Not too long of a wait.-Robert DelRaso

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and followed COVID protocol. I came in to get a front plate mount put on my car and the employee offered to complete my state inspection as well, which was super convenient and a big relief. Service was quick and affordable. I will definitely be back!

After my car wouldnt start and AAA couldnt jump it I towed it to Muzi. The next morning they had left me a voicemail saying the battery just needed a deep recharge. So they charged my battery overnight and it was perfectly fine. They didnt try to sell me a new battery when I didnt need one. I have had nothing but great experiences every time Ive brought my car to them.

I was completely satisfied and walked out to see someone backed into something and put a scratches on the rear quarter panel as well as on my bumper and tailgate and reported it to Michael right away he called the manager of the autobody they came out and I noticed more scratches then I first noticed . I was so happy to get my first oil change from muzi Chevrolet and I believe accidents happen and was told they would look through the tapes and see when the accident happened I havent herd from the gentleman yet and also would like to see the tapes myself as to those scratches were not there when I brought my truck there!

Five stars to Rodolfo (our salesman) at Muzi and Scott (the sales manager) at Muzi. This was by far THE BEST experience i’ve ever had at any dealership. They were straightforward, and honest. They were considerate to the fact that i had 4 young children and not any time to go back and forth with numbers. The time i was actually at the dealership total was about an hour. All other communications were from the comforts of home. When it was time to come in to get the vehicle everything was ready and just needed to sign papers. They even offered delivery if i needed. They made it SO easy, and were great people to work with. I highly recommend these guys if you’re on the market for a vehicle!! Thanks again!

Was told my repair was covered under a GM recall. Try to charge me 550.00 to fix when I declined the fix because they werent covering the charges they charged me 140.00 for a diagnosis fee when we already knew the problem. Totally unprofessional and rude service ckerk.

I have had several used/older Ford and Chevy vehicles that have been serviced at Muzi over the past 15 years. This includes major work like engine replacement and collision repairs at the Muzi Collision Center. All 3 of these service groups have and continue to provide great work at reasonable prices. Its the best one shop stop for service and well worth the 70 miles I must travel from home. It will be my go-to if and when I finally decide to spring for a new vehicle as I know they will keep it running long after me :)

Shady sales practices. Saw an ad for a discounted 2020 Bolt & called in. Deven says it was sold, but the same discounts applied to the 2021. Came in, tried it & they ran the numbers, bringing in a monthly price on a piece of scratch paper. I asked for details, but was told they couldnt print anything out. They then took 15 minutes discussing what to do before they could figure out how to show me the price that didnt have the same discounts. I expressed my disappointment and Deven couldnt care less. I wound up buying at a different dealer the next day & I had a fantastic experience. Not happy with Deven or Muzi. Id suggest staying away if you dont like the classic outdated car dealer sales ploys.

Came for oil change, sticker, fog light replacement, recalls, and inspection sticker. Added cabin filter replacement. $250?? Was charged $45 for a fog light bulb (which the tech broke inside the housing, now theres shards of glass all inside the light housing) and then quoted $1,800 for pads and rotors. $1,000 for parts like, $800 for labor. Thats insane. $170 was what I just paid for 4 rotors and pads for my truck and Ill do it in my driveway. No wonder no one wants to go to dealerships. Been going there 5 years for oil changes, never had an issue, but yeah thats absurd. $75 total for a fog light bulb. I knew I should have done it myself.

It was basic recall of my Bolt. Service manager asked if I was waiting and I said yes and she showed me the waiting room and said 30 min to 1 hour. At 90 min I went back to the service desk and she rummaged around and found me in the pile of NOT WAITING. I could have sat there another hour. Shoddy. When I had a BMW or an Acura nothing so stupid ever happened.

Ive been in the market for an electric/hybrid car for the past three to four months. My family and I were immediately drawn to the Chevrolet Volt and wanted to take advantage of the multiple rebates and discounts available through Costco, GM, and the government. I wanted to custom build the car and went to my local dealer. Unfortunately for me, this was not Muzi. After two and a half months of the dealership not knowing what was going on with my order and not being able to communicate with Chevrolet, or even myself as their customer, I started looking around for additional help due to time restraints on the rebates and discounts.I spoke with Rob at Muzi and within 5 minutes, he helped me understand what was going and offered multiple solutions me than the other dealership did over the past two and half months. Even though I wasnt his customer, he treated me like I was and he had no guarantee or expectation I would get out of the sale with the other dealership and do business with Muzi. He genuinely wanted to help me get the car.After more back and forth with the other dealership, I was able to cancel the sale and do business direct with Rob at Muzi. It only got better as everyone I met at Muzi in the various departments treated me with the same level of service that Rob has been doing. Bo in the finance department was very knowledgeable and acted with the same sense of urgency, understanding we were now on a tight time schedule. He answered all of my questions and clarified everything with another expert if he didnt have 100% knowledge of it. The owner, in between helping multiple customers, even came over to introduce himself and acknowledged the issues we experienced with the other dealership and made sure we were satisfied with the level of service we were receiving.Overall, this was one of the best experiences Ive had from a situation that could have ended without me making a purchase, to buying a car with Muzi. I will be recommending Muzi to coworkers, friends, and family when they are in a market to buy a car. Thank you for making the painful process with the other dealership a very positive one with Muzi!

I came in with a check engine light and a noise from the engine. It turned out to be a major job. Manifold, pistons, a lot of gaskets, etc..... They took care of everything. Supplied me with a rental while they completed the job. They got it back to me the next day good as new. The noise is gone and its running great. Completely satisfied.

Was browsing online and found a brand new Impala that I really liked. Gave a call in and ended up talking to Lauren Manning. She was really helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely and satisfactory manner. She was able to set me up with a test drive in the vehicle and once I drove it knew it was mine. We ended up getting the paperwork surprisingly fast, even with credit not so great, they were able to help me out. I highly recommend this dealership, as well as Lauren. Dealership needs to work on improving customer service skills; my phone calls were not returned or answered not only by the sales managers but also were not returned by General manager and Financial manager.When I eventually had a chance to speak to a sales manager today he didnt listed to what I had to say and interrupted me a few times. Then he gave me a best deal that was absolutely not realistic and wished me luck in finding the deal.I hope Chevrolet Headquarters will look at our comments and make corrections in education of staff .

I bought my 2016 Chevy Sonic in July 2016. I had a great team to work with. I have just had my car serviced and the time was really short. Usually when I scheduled dealer service from other places I always had more than 2 hour wait time. Muzi gets the job done in half that time. Usually I only have to wait 40-50 minutes for routine service. I have had no problems with my car or the staff at Muzi. They are very considerate of our time as well as getting everything done on time. I wont go anywhere else when its time for a new ride. Outstanding people work there.

Purchasing your first vehicle is intense but having the opportunity to make your purchase with Muzi Chevrolet makes the experience all the better. The customer service from the moment I walked through the door, until the very end of driving away in the car of my dreams was exceptional. The staff there explained in detail the entire process I would have to go through as well as making sure I was was comfortable with putting my money towards the quality of a vehicle I wanted. I spent 3 1/2 hours at this dealership as I waited for my two new tires and 25K service appointment....should have been 90 minutes. They told me they had the tires in stock (not true) and that they would rotate the tires to put the best tires on the front. After waiting this entire time, they come and tell me they dont have them (were going down the street to another place) and had put the wrong tires in the front. Poor service but obviously apologetic along the way. Biggest issue is the lack of truthfulness upfront about having what they need and then not letting me know immediately (but waiting so they could earn the money on providing the service). Wasted two hours of my time for something that was easily avoidable...and then merely credited my bill 2% ($10) of the total charge for my troubles.

We were customers of the Muzi Chevy service department for over 11 years. For years we were very happy with them. They were reliable, reasonably-priced, friendly, considerate and never tried to force us into services we didnt need. Then over the last few years things started downhill - customer service got worse as did the repair services. There was more than one instance where we didnt make it out of the parking lot before finding the repair was incomplete. The last repair was admittedly elusive and difficult but the customer service was some of the worst weve ever experienced. Were incredibly disappointed to have a great service option deteriorate to where well be going elsewhere from now on.

Having never purchased a new car from a dealership, I heard horror stories from friends about how hard it can be. I went in knowing exactly what 1-year-old Grand Caravan I wanted. Bobby, and Keith let me take my time, figure out my financials and what worked best for me and my current situation to get payments that made me feel comfortable. I was able to pickup the car the next day and, while I wouldnt normally purchase an extended warranty, JD and I settled on a price that would make me feel as If buying 1 year old, rather than 5 or more years old was the right choice. I am starting a new life on the west-coast and I needed something reliable, covered under warranty and not a headache. I cant wait for the road trip.Last but not least, as I was getting ready to drive off, I noticed a chip in the windshield, a total bummer! Peter arranged for someone to meet me at my work (this upcoming Thursday) and everything will be handled by Muzi. Couldnt be happier with the class of all the staff I spoke to.My one, critique would be the amount of time pickup day was for me. I was traveling from Portland back down to NJ through some unfamiliar areas. I noticed that one of my tires was losing pressure. I pulled up maps on my phone and found Muzi Chevy. I spoke with Carole, in service, and she said to pull right in. They were right off 95, so I figured they were a good bet. They had the vehicle on a lift in what seemed like 5 minutes and I was back on the road very quickly. Thank you to everyone in the Muzi service department for your help, you really saved me.
