Went in at 3pm was out at 3:10 pm. It was all great work and service, quick and everything works perfect. I will be bringing my cracked phones there from now on. They saved me 80 bucks for not using best buy.

I had a piece of a charger break off into my phone and after spending hours trying to get it out, RJG was able to remove it in SECONDS!!! They didn’t even charge me. They will definitely have my future business!

When I walked in I was greeted by someone quickly. I explained I had messaged last night about getting my sons iPhone 7plus battery replaced. He said it would be about 10 minutes. I dont think it was even that. He was quick and polite and Knew what he was doing. First time going there and having something worked on. Would return if I needed something else.

The service may have been timely but that is the only positive note i can give. As for the service I can’t say the same. If you have hardware or a machine you care about that you might consider fragile. Do not bring them here to be handled carefully because they will NOT be. I was assisted by marquis and after dropping parts of the pc on the floor and mangling cables in front of me he did not take any responsibility or apologize. He was showing aggravation and irritability while explaining himself instead of taking responsibility. My visit was very poor and unprofessional.

I was referred to this place by a friend, and Im really glad I was. I have a Samsung 9+ and most places offer screen/display replacement only, as in they wont only replace the screen because its easier to replace it all. Well, instead of having to pay $220-$300 for repairs, it cost $140. They also cleaned out my charge port and speakers because theyre cool like that.Also, they were polite and professional over the phone and in person with me.

I walked in and handed them my cellphone with a broken screen. They said come back in two hours. Only an hour and half later I was handed back my phone which looks and works like brand new. I was very pleased.

Was at work today and finally stopped procrastinating about getting my phone fixed. I came by during work and dropped off my phone to have the screen replaced and it only took them about 10-15 minutes. When I picked it up I had noticed that the technician took extra steps and even cleaned my speakers and charging ports as well. The price never changed from the original quote and all in all they were really friendly. If my screen breaks again I’ll definitely be coming back.

RJG did my sons gaming computer build with very satisfying results. The best part was the service and the detailed explanation of the process. The time and frustration avoided by having them do it was worth the low cost.

Went there to get a laptop charging jack replaced. Was quoted 75 and 2-3 day wait. Waited five days just for an employee to tell me they would charge me 125 instead of the 75 I was originally quoted. Then they refused to do the original quote. Took my laptop and left. Waste of 5 days without a laptop. Doesn’t help that I’m a college student and really needed my laptop in this time of Covid-19 pandemic.

At first I gave them five stars but after learning more I am amending my rating. While the staff is very friendly he told me the battery could not be changed in my phone. After more research in this I found out the battery is user serviceable push a button on the side out it pops put new one in. The man at the phone store at HEB in beaumont showed me this costs $20 bucks to fix it. Wont use RJG computers again

Amended review, drive was still in computer and apparently a connection cable went bad, odd timing but ok. They offered to fix it so I am very relieved.

My new Acer laptop windows quit operating, so I dropped it off here for a diagnosis(for $73).3 days later they contacted me and said my hard drive was fried and needed a new one for $300. Stuff didnt add up. Next day, my wife after 15 minute internet research got it back running.For future customers, dont waste your time and money on this diagnosis.

The guys at RJG were helpful and knowledgeable about their job. They recently built a gaming pc for me and I have to say, its flawless. I strongly recommend using them if youre inexperienced with pc building, with one caveat. It would have saved myself some time and money had I brought the parts myself and scheduled a day to have the work done. They charge a fairly hefty markup on parts they supply (35%) which doesnt sound like much until the parts used eclipse 1000$. Thats the price of convenience and I dont fault them for making more money, 2 hours of labor (150$) is a pretty sweet deal to get a ready to roll gaming pc so Im not complaining.In closing, RJG computers is the place to go for any pc related needs. If money and time are limited, supply your own parts. Support local business and keep money in the community wherever possible!

My phone screen was all white and not usable. It had been shattered for months, but usable. The staff were very nice and they replaced the screen and display for me. It was like having a new phone!

Office Depot referred me this place, they kept my computer for 10 days before looking at it. Then called me and told me it could not be repaired. I had extremely slow internet speed. When I picked it up they charged me $45 to tell me to trash my computer. I left there and took it to Grinnell Computer in Beaumont. No charge for looking at it. They made recommendations- I approved. My speed is now 400-480 mbps. They also upgraded my hard drive. Grinnell is all about service.

Dropped my phone facedown and in addition to shattering my screen, I somehow also broke my back camera and flash. I recalled friends who’d brought their phones to RJG for repairs so figured I’d try too. Tony installed a new screen, added a tempered glass screen protector, and installed a refurbished back camera/flash, and I only got charged for the screen installation. These people are not trying to get you to make costly “repairs” so they can get a paycheck—they’re skilled professionals who genuinely want to help you. I’ll never go anywhere else for my electronics!

My business phones battery decided to quit on me, so I called up RJG and they had a battery in stock and 45 minutes later I had my phone back working. They are prompt, organized, and very friendly. I will never go anywhere else with my phone repair needs. I appreciate the level of care that they give their customers. Brought my nintendo switch lite in to get it repaired, got it back with the right analog stick broken and the power button broken. a ribbon cable connector broke off of the motherboard, and instead of fixing that, i paid $50 to get back a BROKEN switch. not happy

These guys know what they are doing! Excellent work and fast turnaround. They also do house calls, although more expensive. Experienced guys in networking. I know several offices and companies that use them for wifi networking, security camera installs, and custom computers. And a plus, these guys have excellent bedside manners!

Brought in two computers for them to work on. It took them nearly two weeks to figure out they could not work on either of them.

Had the HDMI port stop working on my Xbox One X. Looked up local businesses that repair them and found RJG Computers with good reviews online. Checked their website and HDMI repair/replacement was the first thing listed under repairs they make on Xbox One X consoles. Dropped it off at the business, didnt hear anything back for over a week. Then we had a bad storm hit the area, didnt hear anything back for another week or more. Called to see what was going on, was told something of theirs had broken and theyd call me when the new one came in and it was fixed. Days later I get called and told that they basically finished breaking it the rest of the way, and I could come pick up my $500 brick.I was trying to avoid spending $250 for Microsoft to repair it, and now I have to spend $500 to buy a brand new one.

I was referred to RJG Computers recently as my SD card on my phone got corrupted and a large group of personal family photos and short videos disappeared and was lost. I was devastated, to say the least. The gentleman who helped me was Computer Technician Philip Wittung. He was extremely helpful and could sense how important retrieving this data was to me. Before I made it home, I got a call from him saying all was well and he was able to retrieve all my data that had been on the corrupted SD card. I dropped off an IPad and was quoted $100 and one day to replace the screen. When I went to pick it up the next day the price “ fluctuated” to $140 according to the cashier. They couldn’t honor the price after one day.

Went in to fix my phone screen, they fix it in 10 minutes, went back home and the fingerprint was not working so i head back and they put a new screen on it for no cost, a month later my screen suddenly went off with some weird white stripe on one side, went back in and they told me it was not the screen that was the lcd problem which is part of the screen but that is not covered by the warranty, and they told me that happens when you throw it to the ground, so that told me not to go to that place again
