I never post a review, but this time I need too.I go to Starbucks many times. Today I was there order 2 grande caramel lattes decaf 2%milk extra hot.Got home sip on my coffee and tasted like water for some reason I notice a sign notifying the customer they were going to close at 9 I got there at 8:45 not knowing about the closing time.. but I did notice the workers were ready to go home both are my coffee were nasty water tasting so sad because I always get them and they taste great... hopefully management talk to their employees about it

Average Starbucks. Everything was great. However, I recommend relocating the dumpster if possible. Its too close to the drive thru window in my opinion.

The iced apple crisp macchiato was excellent. Very strong coffee that tasted like apple jacks... the nitro cold brew is for your black coffee men in my opinion very good. Then salted caramel iced macchiato is very fulfilling in my eyes its so good, the pumpkin pie cold brew aint too bad itself... bearded redneck approves of the coffee yall.

Barista was short with me and a bit rude. I ordered a caramel frappe chino and it was CAKED in caramel. Absolutely nauseating. It didnt even taste like a little bit of coffee.

Even though the prices are a little bit High the coffee is number one I love it several different flavors. If Starbucks could just get the service of their product two equal equality of their product they would be a great booming fast-growing business.

This store is unhygienic dirts/sand on chairs. Unclean tables filled with trash. flies inside the deli counter.

Im a Starbucks lover and this is my most visited location (since its on my way to work). I always encounter friendly staff and my order always comes out perfect! Couldnt ask for anything better!

The friendliest baristas I’ve ever met work at Starbucks on 365. They are also so good at what they do. I always enjoy my order here. This location can get busy (as all Starbucks do) but these baristas are quick!

Was in the line and ordered a black coffee, lady told me it would be faster if I just go in. I park and go in, waited 10 minutes for them to pour me a cup of regular coffee. Not ever stopping here before work again.

I had my first Starbucks experience today. The drink was good. I had the Pineapple Matcha drink. It could have been a little sweeter. My only issue is that they waited about 10 minutes to inform us that the inside seating area was closed.

I’ve gotten coffee here as of late to help my family get out of the house a bit more plus I have gift cards but every time the coffee and food is great. The other day it was a two-person team in the afternoon and the location should have closed because I know how busy this location can get even with a few more people on the floor. And even with two person floor the ladies did a wonderful job! Please, if this happens again close so the baristas and supervisors aren’t stressed in an already stressed environment and customers that have been extra nasty due to the pandemic. ❤️ And also give them a higher raises please they all deserve it!

Ordering was quick and easy. My order taker was super nice. He had transfered from the Dallas area. I waited at least 30 minutes to relieve my drink and bagel. Ill fix my own coffee at home.

Rude staff and they don’t ask if you have starbucks rewards.you get half a star for clean toilets.

The store was clean and orderly. There was plenty of room for social distancing. Short wait time. Much better to walk inside than wait in drive through.

Im gluten free and need my drink made correctly so I dont get sick and they made it correct and fast! Seating inside was closed but outdoor seating was open.

1 hour wait then got my coffee and it was watered down from ice being melted

Drive through line took me 30 minutes to get through at least. Received the completely wrong breakfast sandwhich after telling the girl at the window what i had but didn’t notice until after leaving.

I moved to the area from Houston; never experienced 30+ minute waits for coffee from any Starbucks until moving here... This location needs to go through training again... their drive through wait times are horrific and so is their customer service about their wait times. You can go to a fine dining restaurant, sit down, order, and leave by the time you get through Nederlands Starbucks drive thru just for a cup of coffee. INSANE! I hope people read this and realize this is not how Starbucks are suppose to run.

Really bad service at this location. Waited at the register for about 10 minutes before someone asked if they could help me, there were at least 8 employees behind the counter. Only to be told their location didn’t sell what I was looking for which was chickpea bites and avocado protein box. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to stocks and sells this! Very limited choices and bad service at this location!

Another 45 drive thru wait time ... that’s the amount of time it takes to go to a sit down dinner restaurant. How can drive thru good restaurants that actually cook food be 5 minutes and this be so extremely long just for a drink.

The baristas here actually care to know the menu and know how to navigate a customers order and even make meaningful suggestions. If you start to come regularly they start to know you more than just an order. I appreciate the care they take at this store and they normally do a good job keeping the store clean.

Wait was a bit much when I mobile ordered and it was 7 min took me driving there plus 15minutes but the coffee was good.

I drink it at home but rarely in a store. Wasnt impressed with the regular coffee.

I called to see if they had a free coffee for senior citizens....no they dont

I always get my coffee here, especially since there isnt many other places to choose from. Where Im from (Washington) there are so many coffee places on every corner so its definitely not like that here. But despite that fact, I have grown to love Starbucks. I tend to be picky about my coffee but they generally always get it right! I love it. I have sat inside a few times to do some work and it was a pretty great atmosphere. Its close to my house, so you bet I rack up my points on the Starbucks app.

They need more workers here every time I come to this location the wait is Very long some times 45 minutes. The Beaumont location is not even this slow. They need to hire more people with such a busy place!

Slow at rush times, so I suggest calling in orders. Other than that, customer service is pretty superb 😁😁😁

This place is ALWAYS busy.but sometimes they can be sloppy.try ordering from the app.if you look in my cup to the side,you’ll be a blue piece...that’s not the straw,that’s the lid neck from the milk carton left in my drink lol get the caramel macchiato or latte in venti size,it’s fresh and so much more better than the one in target that’s around the corner.

OMG THE LINE IS SO SLOW! Waited a little over an hour. I would have left but I was literally stuck in the line! The inside had few people in line. The workers were completely overwhelmed.

Starbucks ... Anywhere lately, this place is so overrated! I only go for my grandchildren. I do not visit Starbucks unless requested to pick up a coffee for them ..usually a frap.The franchise does have quality tasting coffee. The staff is never efficient.

Ngl people dont understand that the consistently packed 40 car long line is from people ordering 10 drinks that are made from scratch each. You can expect a long line, but its not the workers, its the customers. The impatient ones will tell you not to go there because they dont count on virtues and like to be fed with a silver spoon.Working at a coffee shop myself, a double shot of espresso usually takes anywhere from 20-30 seconds to pour. When one customer orders five drinks with THREE shots of espresso and there might only be two places to pour espresso out of, obviously one order will take a while. This isnt fast food, you cant make espresso pour faster, otherwise itll taste terrible.The staff has always been happy to see me, as I have been patient with them. Mistakes are made, but its never a problem to fix it. Karen might get red in the face because her late was made wrong but at the end of the day, shes the fool and could never learn true patience.Good job, Port Arthur Starbucks, you have stood the test of time. A new location in Orange was a great idea, maybe another in mid-county would be good, too.

They never ever get the order correct . This is an example .today I placed two chai lattes one with regular milk and other almond milk . They gave both. Almond milk. So many many examples likes. End of the day they never do the order correct. They mess up something. I never usually do reviews. But after many times this happening to me I am writing this. Hope they change

I have been in line for almost a hour. If I wasnt stuck in line I would leave. They have no food and a hour wait. What a crock,. I live in Austin and cant believe how slow and unprofessional this is run. Dont get in line if you dont want to spend a hour waiting. Not worth it.

I never post reviews, however this Starbucks is dreadful and warrants such.They were out of nitro cold brew, which is hard to believe and means poor inventory management. I ordered 2 cold brew coffees instead. Cold brew coffee is pre-made and the barista just pours it over ice.It took 18 minutes for me to receive my cold brew. My cups were filled to the top brim with ice cubes, so I only got 5 watery sips out of my $4 beverage. It was extremely diluted compared to cold brew I have had at other Starbucks locations.There were only 2 customers inside and the drive thru had 3 cars. For four baristas, I think this is easily manageable.I could understand such bad service if Starbucks was slammed or this was a small mom and pop shop. I would expect some standardization and more efficient service since Starbucks is a global chain. Seems like this franchise location is mismanaged.I gave 2 stars because the young barista was not rude and my cup was clean- the basics, honestly.

Go there real often.Venti Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel Drizzle in the cup. Outstanding. Also Iced black tea with peppermint..no sweetener is refreshing. Sandwiches are awesome ☆☆☆☆☆

The Mid-County Starbucks is crazy busy almost all of the time. And I dont mean this as a criticism, but they need to get better organized. The one in Beaumont on College is much better organized and they could give Mid-County some lessons.

Never have Strawberry refresher on hand or sold out by lunch time. Lack of products shows incompetents in understanding basic supply and demand chain by people ordering. Get ready to wait 10 to 15 minutes in drive thru for nothing. 70% of the crew here has no idea what they are doing. Want faster service and a location that has everything go to the Target location across the street.

I had an on the app order, I waited in line and the baristas just had attitude, I told them I had an app order and they just kept saying who are you with, doordash or grub hub, when it’s an app order for me. I showed them my order and they said they didn’t have time to help me. They had me waiting almost an hour for 4 drinks. I can’t exactly walk out since they already charged my card.

Just wanted to give kudos to Lisa and crew at the 69 and hwy 365 location, they were having problems with the mobile orders linking up with the store equipment and none of the stickers that normally print out to let them know who ordered what were printing. Lisa was calm, pleasant, and took care of several of us who came in around the same time to pick up our orders with efficiency, accuracy and a smile. Very hard to find that level of customer service these days...

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I have been to this location several times in the last few months and the lines usually move super fast. The staff always greet me as I come in and they have regulars who they chat with a bit. Such a great atmosphere.

That dragon fruit drink is amazing, of course add some lemonade.

The coffee is very tasty 🙂 I had different drinks the last 3 times I have gone. The butter and chocolate croissants were fresh, warm, and melt in your mouth good!! The employees are always busy, yet try their best to work fast and help out their customers.

The employees are not trained well in customer service or their ability to make coffee. I visit almost daily and my orders are rarely made correctly. I mostly order on mobile app and my order still takes approximately 15-20 minutes to be completed. Also the employees don’t acknowledge you when standing at counter so just gotta hope it’s all there and correct.

I like this starbucks friendly and fast most of the time. Coffee is good. Never had a pastry.

Good coffees but slow service. They need to improve on their speed and/or their process. Consider how easy, fast and economical is to prepare coffee vs spending money and 30 to 40 min waiting for one.

This place is consistently awesome! Personally I think their coffee is overpriced but even still, I find myself in there because its just so good. Just found they have a sugar free cinnamon dolce flavor syrup that is my new favorite. Enjoy!!

First time at a Star bucks, and it was nice. I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant thingy ( I have no idea what the actual name was.) And I loved it. I dont know how they do it but it was hands down one of the best breakfast croissant thingys I have ever eaten!!

I love coming to this Starbucks location. First, the workers are friendly and fast. The dining area is huge and they have areas for groups or for individuals; they also have outside seating. My drinks are always made right. And I love the parking area and drive-thru layout that is smartly designed. Wifi speed is decent. Its an easy in-and-out as its along FM 365. Oh, and keep an eye out for the Batman car that visits here regularly (Polaris Slingshot).

My latte is always hot! Theyre a popular spot. The To-go line and the inside line can both be busy which causes some wait-time. The workers, bless their hearts, are working non-stop to accommodate the patrons. Sometimes I think they should have more equipment to get more items out faster, but theyve got a space problem, cramped quarters behind the counter! Perhaps franchise owners should be looking into how to increase productivity in a limited space.

My order was taken - the counter person neglected putting my name on my order resulting in a long wait. When I asked where my order was - another employee snapped rudely with very loud and bad attitude tone...it has been done go look over there - then left abruptly. What ever happened to good customer service.

I love the breakfast and chai tea! Wish they would update the open times on the Website.Open time shows 4:30a.m. I went there @4:50 wasnt open,was a bummer I work @5:30. Overall I love it!

Nice staff. But the speed of service is completely unacceptable. Waited in the drive through for at least 20 minutes after ordering and could not leave because the way the drive through is set up.

Food was good. Drink was good. Theyve been messing up on my orders recently and they always seem to be out of the Chicken & Double Smoked Bacon sandwich. Four days in a row Ive been craving it and its never there.
