The folks at the Natchitoches office have been helpful in getting me set up with a CPAP machine and masks. Kim worked with me to explain how the machine works and trying various masks.Unfortunately the parent company hasnt been as responsive. I switched masks; they didnt pick up the switch and sent me the wrong supplies. It wasnt that big a deal, just annoying, and so Ill knock off one star for that.Overall its been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Lincare to anyone looking for a CPAP machine or masks.

I recently received a CPAP machine from Lincare. I was told upon signing for the machine that there would be a nurse and plenty of support in learning to use the machine. A couple of weeks after I received the machine, Mary, who identified herself as a nurse, called me and asked how I was, made general chit-chat for a few minutes, asked if I was getting used to the machine, then after about 5 minutes total, hung up. A week or so later I requested another nurse. Kim said she would be the one helping me from that point on. She came to the house one time to help me. There were no other visits to my home from anyone at Lincare.I called several times asking about the different face masks. It was impossible to talk with anyone when I called, and rarely would anyone return my call. I would have to make several calls before talking to someone. It was very frustrating. No help. No support. I felt like they really didn’t care.Then today, March 20, I got a letter that said “we have contacted you several times in an attempt to obtain the needed information to continue billing...........”. What a joke! After all the times I have tried to contact them. I have 30 days from the date of the letter, March 13, to return the equipment or ownership of the device would be transferred to me and I would be billed for the purchase price. In addition, I would be responsible for maintenance and repairs of the machine. What a rip-off.I will never do business with Lincare again. If a doctor recommends medical devices from them, I will refuse. I will return my machine to them tomorrow, I refuse to mail it anywhere so they can bill me for ‘problems’ on a machine that is in perfect condition. I no longer trust Lincare since they have done nothing but lie to me.If I could give them a lower rating than 1, I would. Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced!

This is the absolute worst medical supply company ever. Ther business is medical supply. I am on oxygen 24/7 and have lung disease and several autoimmune diseases. It is very important I change my oxygen hoses on a regular basis. Been with this company 6 months and they can’t even manage to get me the hoses I need and the connectors. The worst customer service ever.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have absolutely no concern for their patients. I had to call upwards of 50 times to even get them to ship me my supplies for my CPAP. When they finally did ship them, they were wrong. Not once, but 3 times i have received incorrect parts. Every time i speak with them they give me the same excuses and assurances that they will solve the problem but they never do. Absolutely horrible service and its a wonder they are still in business.
